In era of lowbirth, aging population, low growth and social polarization, the effective welfare delivery systems are taking on added significance than past years. Public housing welfare resources, such as public rental housing, housing voucher, affordable housing loan, are more diversified and expanded. These programs could work effectively by the comprehensive interlink and community based delivery system. From the standpoint of recipients, how effectively the substantial benefits of welfare resources being delivered to each individual is more important than how much welfare resources being produced totally. This study aimed to explore the reform of public housing welfare delivery system. For this purpose, diagnosed the current states and key issues related to public delivery system, and analyzed what kinds of housing welfare services should be strengthened, and finally suggested the collaboration among the public sectors (local government, LH, HUG, HF etc.) and the partnership with non-profit organizations. Main research implications are as follows. The main housing welfare services which could be categorized as the housing welfare center's role are advice & information offering, several public resources interlink and accessibility improvement, community based network construction, etc. And the most important key for successful delivery system reorganization is the collaborative operation of the public sectors and local government, non-profit organizations.

Appraisal is a basic archival function that analyzes values of records and determines the eventual disposal of records based upon their archival values. In electronic records environment, however, appraisal is different from traditional appraisal system that mainly is based on paper records. Since electronic records don't have physical entity and strongly depend on computer technologies, archivists fall into various dilemma in appraisal of electronic records. Moreover, because creation environment of electronic records is remarkably complex and diversified, appraisal of electronic records cannot be done until the later stages of the life cycle of the records. In Korea, appraisal system is founded on the Tables of Transaction for Records Scheduling through which disposal activities of all records are definite in a concrete form. However, there are little institutional infrastructures associated with appraisal of electronic records. Therefore this paper will intend to analyze characteristic features about appraisal of electronic records as a preliminary study for establishing appraisal system of electronic records in Korea. For this purpose, I have firstly compared creation environment of electronic records with traditional creation environment mainly based on paper records, and analyzed differences between appraisal of electronic records and traditional appraisal system based on paper records in view of recordness of electronic record. then I have examined functional appraisal that focuses on functions and activities in which the records are created and used, and discussed about main issues in relation to establishing appraisal system of electronic records.

Aquatic insects were collected from 18 sites in the Yongsan River System from August, 1988 to July, 1989. The monthly fluctuation and distributional pattern of the aquatic insects along the environmental factors were investigated. Quantitatively collected aquatic insects were identified, and numbers, standing biomass, dominance indices and diversity indices in each site and month were determined. The aquatic insect faun of the Yongsan River System was composed of 146 species, 82 genera, 38 families in 7 orders including 44 species of mayflies, 32 species of caddisflies, 24 species of stoneflies, 21 species of flies, 16 species of beetles, 6 species of dragonflies and 3 species of dobsonflies. Seasonal occurrence of species were more diversified in winter and spring than in summer. Also, the number of individuals occurred was higher in winter and spring than in summer while it was the highest in upper stream and the lowest in Kwang-ju stream. Component ratio of the number of individuals according to the insect orders was as follows: Mayflies 38.71%, Flies 36.97%, Stoneflies 10.21%, Caddisflies 6.80%, Beetles 2.96%, Dobbsonflies 2.74%, Dragonflies 0.95%. Percentage of standing biomass according to insect orders were as follows: Mayfiles 32.81%, Stoneflies 26.51%, Caddisflies 17.58%, Dobbsonflies 14.84%, Flies 3.74%, Beetles 3.08%, Dragonflies 1.45%, The highest standing biomass occurred in spring and the lowest in summer.

Nowadays, consumers' consciousness on me quality are very diversified and their pattern is changing from the price-priority to me quality-priority. So they prefer good-quality products without defects. Therefore quality is a core competence. To compete with me facts, it is very important to keep me the quality competence. To do so, one way is to introduce 100ppm quality innovation system. Many corporates introducing 100ppm improved defect rations(not only process defect ratios but also product defect ratios). In these respects, this study focuses on the comparison and measurement of performance by the analysis of quality system between 100ppm corporates and non-100ppm corporates. Second, this focuses on the finding out core competence reinforcement factors according to the introducing of 100ppm quality system to improve the performance. Third, this focuses on the persuading to introduce the 100ppm quality system to the non-100ppm corporates. Last, this focuses on the playing on the role of guidance to improve QM efficiency.

Recently, according to development of information-oriented society, internet application technology on electricity electron controled technology fields are diversified and the necessity of remote measurement by internet is gradually increased. In this paper, to meet in these necessity we design and implementation of remote measurement system using internet embedded module, which was developed for on-line measurement of various kinds of analogue data. This system is consisted of two parts greatly, hardware module for measurement and software module to control it. The advantage of this system is that users can acquisition the remote data of temperature and illumination etc. without extra serve pc easily. In order to test the validity of the proposed system, we examine the response and operating characteristic about several states. As a result of the test, we proved the effectiveness of it.

The relationships between fashion and architecture have been interactive. Since the fashion has had the role to decide the structure type of urban environment, it is becoming the new sign of space boundary. This study searches the social and cultural characteristics of Nomadism and the relationships among all kinds of changing objects. After then, the module system characteristics are meditated by analyzing the composition method of module system in architecture. Moreover, the study examines the aesthetic values in the fashion and body architecture from artistic aspect. Based on the above discussion, the followings are the characteristics of body architecture as the social structures expressed in modern fashion. The liquidity is the fluid form of dynamic structures. It shows the extended space form which produces the continuity. The transformation is the variable structure by module system and it forms the diversified structural combination. The movement combines the controlling function to be able to regulate and move freely the body related objects. The convergence is the text combination interpenetrated mutually in enlarged space. Through this, the non-linear continuity and the access of the individual factors are shown.

Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) is being used at ports and in coastal areas of the world for preventing accidents and improving efficiency of the vessels at sea on the basis of "IMO RESOLUTION A.857 (20) on Guidelines for Vessel Traffic Services". Currently, VTS plays an important role in the prevention of maritime accidents, as ships are required to participate in the system. Ships are diversified and traffic situations in ports and coastal areas have become more complicated than before. The role of VTS operator (VTSO) has been enlarged because of these reasons, and VTSO is required to be clearly aware of maritime situations and take decisions in emergency situations. In this paper, we propose a prediction table to improve the work of VTSO through the Cognitive Work Analysis (CWA), which analyzes the VTS work very systematically. The required data were collected through interviews and observations of 14 VTSOs. The prediction tool supports decision-making in terms of a proactive measure for the prevention of maritime accidents.

As the application of IoT has diversified, there is a growing need to store information of sensors on servers in real time. However, building servers and collecting data requires a lot of money to secure existing PCs and storage space. This paper presents an easy way to build a cloud system at a low cost. This system presents the process of simply proposing and implementing a cloud system using Raspberry which is open hardware and Node-Red which is open software.

As domestic buildings have been large-scaled, diversified and high-rise, there have been a consistent demand for design, development of construction technology and accident prevention activity as well as quality enhancement. In spite of governmental and related institutions' efforts for reducing national losses which come from numerous accidents, there have been endless small and large accidents on the construction site and thus, it is urgent to conduct empirical researches in this area. Currently safety supervision system in construction industry has enforced harm and danger prevention planning system, however it merely stick to other existing materials. In addition, it is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. Consequently in this paper we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM method. The reason why PSM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries,' thereby strengthening there competitive edges. Boost of safety control system by PSM method will make an enormous contribution to preventing construction accidents on the site by establishing and securing an autonomous safety control system.
