  • This paper estimate coefficient of adhesion through speed sensor-less vector control and load torque disturbance observer used for maximum tractive force control. And also proposes anti-slip control algorithm, which controls torque force of motor in order to keep the estimated adhesion force in maximum adhesion by controlling PI torque with the differential value of estimated adhesion force coefficient.

비선형 외란 관측기를 이용한 유도전동기의 강인 적응 백스테핑 제어 (Robust Adaptive Backstepping Control of Induction Motors Using Nonlinear Disturbance Observer)

  • In this paper, we propose a robust adaptive backstepping control of induction motors with uncertainties using nonlinear disturbance observer(NDO). The proposed NDO is applied to estimate the time-varying lumped uncertainty which are derived from unknown motor parameters and load torque, but NDO error does not converge to zero since the derivate of lumped uncertainty is not zero. Then the fuzzy neural network(FNN) is presented to estimate the NDO error such that the rotor speed to converge to a small neighborhood of the desired trajectory. Rotor flux and inverse time constant are estimated by the sliding mode adaptive flux observer. Simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

  • The control method of programmable dynamometer for overall test of machine is to load reference torque which is computed from torque transducer into motor under test. But the torque information detected from torque transducer have a lot of noise when the load torque of moter is a small quantity or changing. Thus, torque transducer must have a low pass filter to detect a definite torque information. But The torque delay generated by filter with torque transducer occur a torque trouble for moter torque of programmable dynamometer. Therefore, this kind of system could not perform dynamic and nonlinear load. In this paper, the control method using the load torque observer without a measure for torque transducer is proposed. The proposed system improved the problem of the torque measuring delay with torque transducer, and the load torque is estimated by the minimal order state observer based on the torque component of the vector control induction moter. Therefore, the torque controller is not affected by a load torque disturbance.

  • This paper proposed an ECAM (Electronic cam) control system which has simple and general structure. The proposed cam controller adopted the linear and polynomial curve-fitting method to generates a smooth cam profile curve function. Smooth motion trajectory of master actuator guarantees the good performance of slave motion and has an important effect on the interpolation quality of ECAM. The auto-tuning PID velocity controller was applied to overcome the uncertainties in ECAM, and the gains of the controller are updated continuously to ensure the consistency of system performance under varying working conditions. The robustness of system against the varying load torque disturbances and noises is guaranteed by using the load torque disturbance observer to suppress the disturbance on master actuator. The velocity compensator was applied to compensate the degradation of performance of slave motion caused from the varying driving speed of master motion. The stability and validity of the proposed ECAM control system was verified by simulation results.

  • 본 논문은 전동기에서 기계적인 파라미터의 변화와 함께 외란의 변화에 대하여 외란상쇄 피드포워드 루프 제어를 적용한 유도전동기의 벡터제어를 고려하였다. 제안한 시스템에서 부하토크는 유도전동기의 토크를 최소차원 상태관측기를 근거로 하여 추정한다. 최소차원 상태관측기를 통해 추정된 부하토크에 의해 토크 전류를 얻어내고 토크 전류분을 피드포워드 보상해 줌으로서 외란에 의한 영향을 상쇄시켜 외란이 유입되거나 부하가 가변되는 등의 조건에서도 안정되게 동작하는 강인한 속도제어 시스템을 실현할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 속도 센서가 없이 검출된 전압과 전류에 의해 속도를 추정하여 사용 하므로서 신뢰도를 높일 수 있도록 하였다. 제시한 제어기의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 Matlab Simulink를 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 타당성과 안정성을 검토하였고, 이를 실제 시스템을 구성하여 ADMC300를 이용하여 실험을 수행한 결과 기존의 시스템에 비하여 강인한 시스템으로 구동됨을 증명할 수 있었다.

  • This paper proposes a new anti-slip re-adhesion control system fur electric railway vehicle driven by inverter-fed induction motors. This paper introduces an instantaneous tangential farce coefficient estimator between driving wheel and rail, which is based on disturbance observer. The torque command of proposed system regulates to exceed this estimated tangential farce coefficient in order to avoid undesirable slip phenomenon of driving wheels. We have already proposed the anti-slip re-adhesion control system based on disturbance observer for simplified one wheel equivalent model successfully. This paper extend to this system to the actual bogie system, which has four driving wheels driven by two induction motors fed by one inverter. In order to apply anti-slip re-adhesion control to the actual bogie system a new anti-slip re-adhesion control based on both disturbance observer and speed sensor-less vector control of induction motor with quick response are combined. The experimental results and the numerical simulation results prove the validity of the proposed control system.

  • A torque transmission system, which is composed of several gears and couplings, is flexible. Therefore, the torsion vibration occurs when the motor speed abruptly changes. Consequently, for Accuracy characteristic response of motor, we must suppressed vibration. Therefore, vibration suppression is very important motor control. To vibration suppression, various control method have been proposed. Specially, one method of vibration suppression used disturbance observer filter. This method is torsion torque passing disturbance observer filter. By feedback of the estimated torsion torque, the vibration can be suppressed The coefficient diagram method is used to design the filter and proportional controller.

  • This study presents neural load disturbance observer that used to deadbeat load torque observer and regulation of the compensation gain by parameter estimator. As a result, the response of PMSM fellows that of the nominal plant. The load torque compensation method is compose of a neural deadbeat observer. To reduce of the noise effect, the post-filter, which is implemented by MA process, is proposed. The parameter compensator with RLSM(recursive least square method) parameter estimator is suggested to increase the performance of the load torque observer and main controller. The proposed estimator is combined with a high performance neural torque observer to resolve the problems. As a result, the proposed control system becomes a robust and precise system against the load torque and the parameter variation. A stability and usefulness, through the verified computer simulation, are shown in this paper.
