This paper try to provide basic and universal concept of the architectural planning for the barrier-free environment. To accomplish this purpose this study has analyzed inductively the architectural requirements for all kinds of people with disabilities. The Analysis showed a safety, an accessibility and a distinguishment as the concept of architectural planning for the people with disabilities. Based on the findings of the study have been researched the general cases done for the barrier-free architectural environment. As the result, it has been proved that the design concept for the disabled person should be regarded as the basic concept of the general architectural planning.

The traditional Aids to Navigations(AtoN) have been ensuring the safety of ships by indicating the passage and dangers by depending on the flashing lights. But the more the industrial complex behind port which is all over the country involving the Ulsan port developed, the more the lights behind port is stronger, and then the distinguishment of the signal of AtoN from the lights behind port is more difficult. And It is urgently needed to prepare the counterplan about the ensurement of safety because the authorities levels up the limit tonnage of the ships which are sail in and out during night to improve the operation of port through reducing of the traffic jam So, the method of direct lighting like LED non-neon is applied to unmanned lighthouses or light beacon, and the LED flashing number plate is applied to light buoys whose light power is weaker than to improve distinguishment and to be easy positioning of ships. As a result, the users of Ulsan port comment favorably on this item and the development of AtoN must be continuos to overcome the lights behind port.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the handicapped facility in residential outside area, to found how to improve the law in analyzing the residential area and to suggest consideration factor in design phase. To concentrate the study, the objects of case study are selected carefully, also case study method is selected as well as objects. After observing the summary of objects, the checklist is made accordance with the improvement law of facility. The checklist has the general and detail factor about outdoor residential area, and the detail factor is based on the improvement law of facility and is used to examine and analyze.

Infrared spectroscopy is a powerful tool for gem identification and research. Therefore, this study was focused to a method of the identification of amethyst, citrine, rock quartz and jadeite by the FT-IR. The FT-IR measurement was very effective in judgement of amethyst, citrine and rock quartz whether they are natural and synthetic. And FT-IR was very useful for the distinguishment of the natural jadeite (A-Jade) from wax/polymer-impregnated jadeite (B-Jade). Such technique will be helpful to identify new challenges present by treatments and synthetics.

Safety, accessibility and distinguishment as the concept of architectural planning and design are demanded in staircases due to increase of the old aged people and disabled people's enlarged social participation. In this research is tried to provide the importance of vertical walking function at the design for the staircases. For this reason, structural elements of the staircases are studied in the ergonomic aspect for barrier-free environment and a comparative study is made on the regulations of the staircases in the inside and outside of the country in disabled & aged people's view. Based on this study, the quality of the staircases in public facilities and Apartments is analyzed. As the result, it has been proved that the vertical walking function of the staircases is the most fundamental characteristic of the staircases design before everything else.

Purpose: This basic research tries to provide planning concept of elderly housing which can cope with the needs of the aged society. Methods: This study has been conducted mainly by literature investigation research. Previous researches include Universal and Barrier-Free Design, Elderly Housing Standards, Elderly Welfare Act and other related acts, various papers related to elderly housing, and so on. To set up the Planning concept of elderly housing, elements or indices of previous studies have been comparatively analysed. Results: Elderly housing has been divided into individual type, group type and facility type according to the residents' health and operation system of the housing. This paper focuses on the individual type among three categories. Seven concepts of the elderly housing have been derived as the outcome of this research - Safety, Accessibility, Amenity, Distinguishment, Adaptability, Convenience, and Sociality. Implications: This concept will provide the planning direction on the construction and renovation for Elderly Housing in the future.

The cloud environment is hypervisor-based, and many virtual machines are interconnected, which makes propagation of malicious code easier than other environments. Accordingly, this paper proposes a malicious traffic dynamic analysis system for secure cloud environment. The proposed system continuously monitors and analyzes malicious activity in an isolated virtual network environment by distinguishing malicious traffic that occurs in a cloud environment. In addition, the analyzed results are reflected in the distinguishment and analysis of malicious traffic that occurs in the future. The goal of this research is secure and efficient malicious traffic dynamic analysis by constructing the malicious traffic analysis environment in the cloud environment for detecting and responding to the new and variant malicious traffic generated in the cloud environment.

Selection of training set influences the classification accuracy in supervised classification using satellite imagery. Generally, if pure pixels which character of training set is clear were selected, whole accuracy is high while if mixed pixels were selected, accuracy is decreased because of low-resolution imagery or unclear distinguishment. However, it is too difficult to choose the pure pixels as training set actually. Accordingly, this study should be suggested the suitable classification method in case of mixed pixels choice. To achieve this, a few pure pixels were chosen as training set and classification accuracy was calculated which was compared with classification result using an equal number of mixed pixels. As a result, accuracy of SVM was the highest among the classification method using mixed pixels and it was a relatively small difference with the result of classification using pure pixels. Therefore, imagery classification using SVM is most suitable in the mixed area of construction and green because it is high possibility to choose mixed pixels as training set.

Object: Show the treatment about Jungkijeung (Zhongqizheng) by distinguishing Apoplexy(Zhongfeng), yujungfung(Leizhongfeng), gualjung(Juezheng), and observation of cause, process, quality. Method: Researched definition, cause, process, treatment and herb med through chinese & korean medical publication refered to Jungkijeung(Zhongqizheng) Result: 1. Jungkijeung(Zhongqizheng) is simmilar to Apoplexy(Zhongfeng) that spiritual shock occurred to syncope, dysarthria, trismus, quadriplegia. But the symptom of Jungkijeung(Zhongqizheng) is coldness, no-sputum, sink-pluse; that of Apoplexy(Zhongfeng) is warmness, much secretion, float-pulse. 2. Jungkijeung(Zhongqizheng) is mainly caused by the serious anger and the reverse movement of spints by the seven emotional factor. The process of Jungkijeung(Zhongqizheng) are "Fire and Fever(huore)" "Weatness and sputum(shitan)", and most importantly "Weakness of vital-qi(qixi)" 3. The treatment of Jungkijeung(Zhongqizheng) is adjustment and circulation of jiao. In early stage, don't use of Apoplexial- Med. 4. As following herb-med are used for Jungkijeung (Zhongqizheng). Sohaphang-won(Suhexiangyan) is 18 times; Palmisungi-san(Baweishunqisan) is 13 times; Kang-tang(Jiangtang) is 8 times: Mokhyangsungi san(Muxiangshunqisan) is 6 times. 5. Atractylodes macrocephala KOIDZ(Baishu) is used for 40 times most frequently, Saussurea lappa CLARKE (Muxiang), Cyperus rotundus L (Xiangfuzi), Citrus unshiu MARCOR(Chenpi), Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH (Gancao), poria cocos WOLF (Furing), Panax ginseng NESS (Renshen) etc are orderly used. 6. Acupoints same as GV20(Baihui), LI4(Hegu), Liv2(Xingjian), 12 Junghyul(Jingxue) is used for acupunture. And CV8(Shenque), CV4(Guanyan) is used for moxibustion. Conclusion: As Jungkijeung(Zhangqizheng) is differed from Apoplexy(Zhongfeng), yujungfung(Leizhongfeng), gualjung(Juezheng), we must also cure Jungkijeung (Zhongqizheng) to the other disease. It is need to distinguishment Jungkijeung(Zhongqizheng) from neurotic, psychotic disease, though similar to conversation neurosis.

This study explores the trends and implications of social welfare qualitative research in Korea. The results are follows. At present, social welfare qualitative research is entering in the quickening period. The characteristics of configuration of social welfare qualitative research in Korea are overwhelming inferiority in post-positivism and heuristics, wide differences between universities in metropolitan area and in local area at the aspect of amounts of qualitative research products, rapid increase in the interests of qualitative research in doctoral candidates, and distinguishment of doctoral candidates as a leader group in qualitative research. The results of critics of qualitative researches are follow: 1) initiative of naturalistic interpretism 2) inclination of methodicism 3) poorness of critical themes 4) propensity in grounded theory. These trends of social welfare qualitative research in Korea, in spite of the limits, have various implications: 1) Trying to critics of social welfare knowledge based on positivism and formation of opposing discourse to positivism 2) diversification in paradigm of inquiry 3) spread of narrative thinking of social welfare phenomenon.
