Neglected buildings for long period can seriously reduce the durability of the building due to rust in rebars and deterioration in concrete quality due to exposure to outside air, and the seriousness of suspended buildings such as safety accidents and social crimes is emerging due to poor management. In this study, various problems such as the occurrence of safety accidents were analyzed through a fact-finding survey of buildings that have not been maintained due to long-term neglect in all areas of Jeju. In order to reuse a building that has been discontinued, the safety of the building structure itself must be checked. After securing safety through durability investigation, construction should be resumed or converted into a normal building through re-purposing, dismantling, remodeling, etc.

Post-structuralism in Fashion tendency since the late 20th century has been developing in complicated and diverse modes. Post-structuralism has revealed the inconsistency of Western philosophy contering on rationalism, and has formed an important thought system of modern time through open thinking and various ways of expression. Among them, decentering which is formed from the concern for outlying 'others' while denying self-centered 'man himself, has supplied a new cognizance paradigm in the expression and interpretation of fashion formation. This paper has analyzed the expression-form of fashion in three ways: de-construction, discontinuance, and esthetic appreciation of the others. Finarly this study has supplyed, though decentering thinking, a new esthetic cognizance principle for fashion which is expressed in free and multiple meaning and form.

A nuclear power plant construction project normally involves a large construction work of which the total project cost is over 5 trillion Won, Such a large-scale construction project has the risks of schedule delay and quality degradation due to increase in project cost, because designs are changed due to design errors. The reasons for design changes during installation are 1) insufficient engineering capability of the owner, 2) information discontinuance due to the multiple package method, and 3) inefficient constructability review processes. Accordingly, this study proposes, through problem analysis, a method of developing a constructability review system that utilizes constructability review processes and a data-based technology (3D modeling) that are optimized for nuclear power plant construction projects. It also presents a method of establishing a system for reviewing constructability in which constructability review processes and a Database (3D model, Schedule, Design change Items) are linked each other.

It is applied in the high quality equipment construction by introduction of this high duality treating technology (ozone treating, activated carbon treating, high quality oxidation treating, UV treating etc.)waterproofing or corrosion proof method caused secondary economy damage of operation discontinuance and high quality treating equipment for applying existent waterproofing method that corrosion proof ability (ozone resistance performance, chemical resistance etc.) and abrasion resistance performance by comprehension insufficiency of user and designer. Therefor, In this study, we will analyze problem of waterproofing and corrosion material of existing construction application by high quality treating, and measure physical performance change by various condition. It is required to waterproofing and corrosion system and application of the field valuation.

장기방치된 공사중단 건축물들은 외기의 노출로 인한 철근의 녹 발생, 콘크리트의 품질 저하 등으로 건축물의 내구성이 심각하게 저하될 수 있으며, 관리부실로 안전사고, 사회적 범죄 발생, 환경오염 등 공사중단 건축물에 대한 심각성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 제주 지역의 공사중단 건축물의 현황을 조사하고 문제점을 파악하고, 1곳에 대해 구조체의 내구성을 조사분석하여 사용가능성을 진단하였다. 내구성 조사를 위해 외관조사(육안조사, 기울기조사)와 비파괴검사(압축강도시험, 탄산화조사시험, 철근탐사시험)이 진행되었으며, 구조체가 내구성을 갖추고 있으며 건축물의 상태는 경과년수에 비하여 양호한 것으로 분석되었다.
