Nickel-Titanium (NiTi) rotary instruments have brought a big step toward "efficient" practice of endodontic procedure. The rotary files help clinicians to reduce their working time and also increase the clinical success rate with minimal procedural errors. However, NiTi instruments still have a few drawbacks including unpredictable fatigue fracture. Clinicians may reduce the potential risk of instruments fracture by following some clinical guidelines for rotary instruments. In some clinical cases of instruments fracture, we may try to remove the instruments' fragments or bypass the fragment to reach the apical canal. In some limited cases, the fractured instruments' fragments would not jeopardize the clinical prognosis of root canal treatment. Nevertheless, it is impossible to be overemphasized that the prevention of file fracture is much easier than the removal of fracture fragment. Clinicians need to understand the fracture mechanisms and, in clinic, need to discard the used instruments timely.

The test results for water repellency of paper and paperboard according to KS M 7057 can readily be influenced by an operator's bias. In order to discard such bias, the automatic analysis program of water repellency was developed based on different shape features of a liquid trace formed on a specimen. That is, the shape of a liquid track flowing down on the specimen with an angle of $45^{\circ}$ was evaluated according to width variation between head and tail of the trace($S_{Hr}$), uniformity of a liquid flow($S_{d}$), length of long traces($L_{SHr}$), eccentricity of liquid traces($E_{i}$), and then was recognized as a specific degree of water repellency. Finally, the automatic analysis system of water repellency based upon KS M 7057 made it possible to readily measure water resistance of paper and paperboards classified into R0 to R10.

기존의 일관성 개념은 임의적인 평가를 가정하고 있으며, 실제 AHP procedure에 반영되는 개념의 기준이 아닌 RI를 통해서 정의 내리고 있다. 수식적인 관점에서도, 경험적인 상대 비율을 통해 CR이 계산되어지고 있으며, 타당한 평가행렬이 Discard될 수도 있다. 이상적인 평가기준을 제시하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기존 AHP 절차에 있어서 일관성 기준의 개념 및 적용과 9점 척도의 한계성에 의한 문제점을 제시하고 이 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 새로운 쌍대 행렬 평가기준을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we have proposed a method which can prevent data looping in multi tactical data-link operating situation. Because the situation of multi tactical data-link in Korea would be more complex than ever before, data looping is more likely to be happened. To prevent data looping, forwarder has to manage TQ(Track Quality) in forwarded track message by degrading it to enlarge correlation gate. Forwarder also has to discard useless track message which can be determined by minimum TQ value. To decide optimal formula for forwarder to degrade TQ and to determine minimum TQ, a research about track motion, correlation, TQ managing, etc in real system is necessary.

This paper presents a new dynamically adaptable polling scheme for efficient support of real-time traffic over an IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN network. The poll scheduling plays an important role in IEEE 802.11 PCF. However, the current version of the polling list management scheme proposed in the IEEE 802.11 standard is inefficient when a variable number of mobile stations have variable packets to transmit. If Point Coordinator has an exact information on the station status, it is possible to efficiently perform polling. In this paper, we suggest an adaptable polling scheme to meet requirements of the stations. In our scheme, each station transmits packets including a piggyback information to inform that it wants to receive a poll in the next polling duration. Simulation results indicate that our scheme may reduces the packet discard ratio and real-time packet transfer delay.

Chemical pesticides have been re used for a long time to protect crops from diseases, insects, and weeds ; ample and secure supply of foods in present days would not be possible without them. However, concerns on the risk of using chemical pesticides rising steadily in recent years forced discard many of them and seek an alternate, environment-friendly control strategies. Microbial pesticide is regarded as one of the most promising methods because if properly developed, it will be effective, cheap, and environment-safe. Currently, about 180 microbial pesticides are under development throughout the world and at least 20 of them including B.t. and antibiotics are registered in Korea. This paper discusses some of the successful examples, intriguing problems, and future prospects of microbial pesticides.

Defense industry as 'a new dynamics of economic growth' policy implies driving policy of defense products' export. The purpose of this study is to suggest suitable strategies to meet with such policy in terms of region and individual nation. The strategies towards advanced region are joint sale strategy for the third countries, extension strategy of trade-off and development strategy of products to exploit niche markets. The strategies towards non-advanced regions are package strategy including exchange of economic development know-how, strengthening strategy of relationships to leading groups in national decision-making processes, exploit strategy of sales market through transfer discard and surplus equipments to other nations, government to government sale strategy towards countries holding low leveled equipment maintaining and management abilities. Finally, successive strategies require leaders' will, active sales diplomacy and active international cooperations of defense industry.

Many real networks exhibit overlapping community structures. Recent studies have been performed that analyze the impact of overlapping community structure on information propagation, but few of them concerned with individual behaviors. From this point of view, we propose a Markov process model to evaluate the performance of information propagation in social networks with overlapping community structures. In addition, many individual social behaviors are combined in the model. For example, individuals may exhibit selfish behaviors, such as individual and social selfishness, and people may discard the information after they have used it. The accuracy of the model is verified by simulation. Furthermore, the numerical results show that both overlapping community structure of the network and individual behaviors have a significant impact on the outbreak size and propagation speed of the information. Additionally, the overlapping community structure of the social network can reduce the impact of selfishness on information propagation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to estimate the life time of OLED TV panel through electric current ADT(Accelerated Degradation Test). Methods: We performed accelerated degradation test for OLED TV Panel at the room temperature to avoid high temperature impact on the luminance. Results: we got more accurately the life time of the OLED TV when we applied ADT without temperature factor than including both current and temperature. Conclusion: Until now, the ADT of the OLED TV has been conducted with temperature and current at the same time for reducing test time and costs. We estimate incorrect life time when the temperature is adopted as an accelerated factor. Due to the high temperature impact on the luminance of the OLED TV panel. So as to solve this problem, we discard temperature and use electric current only.

The personal information extrusion accident(hacking, improper maintenance) by the internet has been increased rapidly during the last ten-year period. The personal information includes Korean resident registration number, name, cellphone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc. Korean resident registration number is unchangeable from the cradle to the grave. Illegally accessed personal information can be wrongfully resoled or used at phishing scam. In this paper, we propose a alternative means of Korean resident registration number using the authorized certificate. The authorized certificate is in use safely in Internet. The authorized certificate(included Chinese name) is in used in offline service, the authorized certificate(included English name) is used in online(for government service) and the authorized certificate(not included name) is used in online(for private service). The authorized certificates are possible for discard, republication. The method can reduce the possibility of the personal information extrusion.
