공동주택 건축공사 단위작업의 위험성 평가 방법 (Risk Assessment Method for Activities of Apartment Construction)

  • Recently, the disaster rate of the construction industry has increased with high-rise, and complexity of the building, unlike the decrease in the disaster rate in other industries. Although risk assessment is performed to reduce the occurrence of disasters, it is difficult to estimate the risks accurately due to activity in which no disaster has occurred, and inconsistencies in the level of details of work. In this study, in order to evaluate the risk of the major activity for the apartment construction work, the activity was identified by referring to the risk assessment model of construction industry type by the KOSHA. The construction work types and activities were consistently organized in level of work into nine work types and 82 activities were through experts consultation. Analyzing the disaster types that occurred during work through KOSHA disaster cases, calculating the probability of disaster occurrence according to the type of disaster, and combining the probability of disaster with the severity of disaster to estimate the risk assessment method was presented. Using the daily report of the construction site of the apartment, the results of a case study confirmed the validity of the risk calculation method presented in this study.

방재마을 구축에 관한 연구 (Study on the Plan for Disaster Prevention Town Development)

  • 전 세계는 자연환경의 변화로 지역적 폭우의 발생, 가뭄현상의 장기화, 대규모 지진발생이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라의 경우도 방재개념이 적용되지 않은 지역에서 반복적으로 재해가 발생하여 대책이 시급하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 이에 소방방재청에서는 2009년부터 재해취약지역을 대상으로 방재시범마을의 조성을 추진하며 방재대책의 개선방안을 모색하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방재마을구축과 관련하여 방재마을의 개념 및 사업 유형에 대해 정리하고, 관련제도, 국내 외 시범사업의 사례분석을 통해 방재마을 구축에 관한 발전전략을 제시하고 방재마을 조성에 대한 기본개념을 제시하여 방재마을 구축의 기초자료를 제시했다.

재난안전 분야 핵심 학술지 탐색 및 네트워크 분석 연구 (Study on Determining Core Journals and Network Analysis in the Field of Disaster & Safety)

  • 최근 발생하는 재난의 형태는 복합적이며 대형화되어가고 있는 추세이다. 예고 없이 발생하는 재난에 효과적으로 대비하고 대응하기 위해서는 기존에 활용되는 정형화된 재난안전정보 이외에 재난안전 분야의 학술정보를 활용하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 한국과학기술인용색인DB와 재난안전정보 공유 플랫폼 기술개발 R&D 사업에서 개발한 재난안전정보 분류체계를 활용하여 재난안전 분야 학술지를 식별하고 논문 콘텐트의 데이터 식별 및 전처리를 통해 인용관계 네트워크, 공저 네트워크, 키워드 네트워크를 구축하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 정보 분석 단위별로 구축된 네트워크를 기반으로 재난안전유형별 국내 및 해외 핵심 학술지, 주요 연구기관, 주요 키워드와 개별 정보간의 연결 구조가 자세히 파악되었으며 사례별로 분석 결과를 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 석탄광산 선탄장설비와 국소배기시스템의 일부를 모형화하여 포집특성과 유동특성실험을 수행하였으며 동일조건에서 수치해석을 수행하여 그 결과를 비교 검토하였다. case 5가 46.35%의 가장 높은 포집효율을 보였으며 실험의 3가지 변수 중 고무 커튼의 사용유무가 국소배기시스템의 포집효율에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 case 1, 5, 6에 대해 포집된 입자크기 확인 결과, 포집성능이 우수한 case 5가 입경 $20{\mu}m$ 초과 입자들이 약 55%로 가장 많이 포집된 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 제어거리는 0.5m 이상이 적절한 것으로 판단된다.

And risk increase of Pyroclastic-rock proportional to exposure time.   • In this study the main elements which can be commonly adopted to every kind of business are selected through the research, case-study, benchmarking common items of a direct or indirect loss cost. As a result of the development of a program for evaluating loss cost a case or accumulated data can be easily managed through estimating the direct and indirect loss cost as tell as the ratio between directs and indirect cost. The program is fit to case-study and we are compared direct cost with indirect cost. Automatically, this program showed ratio between directs and indirect cost for style, scale of accident The person in charge of safety and hygiene can have better chances to get into management also the owner or the CEO can recognize the importance of management of safety and hygiene. So this can guide the company to invest in a prevention of disaster and to adopt a safety and hygiene management promote the prevention activity of a company, and finally decrease the accident rate in the country.

  • In the case of a disaster, the damage caused by the disability vulnerability of persons with disabilities is significantly increased, discussing about a problem for the protection of the vulnerable class. However, until now policy, technology and response guidelines for disaster and safety have been focused on the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to develop customized support technology for disaster and safety considering vulnerable characteristics of vulnerable class. Firstly, it is necessary to prepare draft improvement proposal of act and support system related disaster and safety for persons with disabilities and older persons. So, this study was carried out analysis of act, policy and support system on disaster and safety for persons with disabilities and older persons of domestic and overseas in order to draw implication. Furthermore, we established direction for improvement of act and policy on disaster and safety for persons with disabilities based on the analysis, and suggested draft improvement proposal.

  • In Korea, although the damage from disaster (flood and storm) is increasing, the early stage warning and countermeasure are not in operation rapidly. The research areas of transportation engineering arenot diverse, so once the road is flooded and interrupted, drivers, the system operators and managers are in panic, and nearby roads are in terrible traffic congestion. In case of Korea, the research of evacuation is highly needed, because it is very necessary and easy to apply in real field. In this paper, we establish the concept of transportation disaster prevention system and suggest the directions of it. In addition, based on this research, we choose one example of disasters and establish an example of the transportation disaster prevention system. Our goal is to make steps; prevention, preparation, countermeasure and restoration in the view of minimizing on social chaos and damages emphasizing aspect of transportation countermeasure. This research will be the good precedent of approach, analysis and countermeasure when the disasters are occurred, and a basis of transportation disaster prevention system and manual in Korea.

재해 데이터베이스의 사례연구를 위한 휴먼에러 재해 검색방법에 관한 연구 (Study on searching method of human errors accidents for case study of disaster database)

  • Most human-error case of accident database is written by various description and expression because accident database is produced by two or more person. And extracted information by searching of database varies in researcher's judgment criteria and the capability. Furthermore, much time and effort are required to examine manually information related to the human error from each accident case. Accordingly, it is difficult to explore objectively the accidents relevant to the human-error from the accident data base which is accumulated enormously. In this study, to solve these problems, it was developed an searchig method which is not influenced by researcher's judgment criteria and capability. For this, human-error keywords were extracted from a Japanese-English dictionary to examine objectively the accident case related to human-error in data base. This searching method by the human-error keywords can be applicable in most accident databases, although a database will be accumulated in future. Also, using the searching technique of this research, knowledge obtained by searching result can be compared with other research's results by the same method. Although the number of accident case increasese, searching results from database have the objectivity because it is not necessary to modify the based searching method or change the human-error keywords. However, as subject of future investigation, it would be necessary that the extension and investigation on human-error keywords improve and the technique to enhance searching accuracy would be modified.
