SMP 클러스터가 고성능 계산을 위한 플랫폼으로 등장함에 따라, 이 시스템을 활용하기 위한 프로그래밍 환경에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이 논문에서 우리는 ParADE라고 부르는 쉽고, 이식성이 높으며. 고성능의 프로그래밍이 가능한 새로운 프로그래밍 환경을 소개한다. ParADE는 OpenMP 프로그래밍 환경으로 HLRC 변종 프로토콜을 구현한 다중 쓰레드 DSM 시스템을 기반으로 하고 있다. 특별히. 이 논문에서는 성능 개선을 위한 OpenMP 변환기의 역할에 중점을 둔다. OpenMP 변화기는 OpenMP 프로그램 모델과 실행 시스템의 수행 모델 사이에서 가교 역할을 한다. 특히, OpenMP 변환기는 동기화 디렉티브를 변환하고 임계 영역에 있는 작은 변수의 메모리 일관성을 유지하기 위해 집합 통신 함수를 활용한다. 동기화 디렉티브 성능 측정을 위한 마이크로벤치마크 프로그램을 통한 실험에서 ParADE 시스템은 기존의 DSM 시스템에 비해 우수한 성능을 보였다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to understand the meaning of the DNR experiences of nurses. Methods: The data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and field records with five nurses from November 2009 to February 2011. The data were analyzed using narrative inquiry methodology. Results: Three fundamental themes were derived from data analysis as following: 'faithfulness to care for comfort,' 'helping for peaceful farewells between the patient and the family,' 'reflecting one's lives with a collision of feeling toward the death.' Conclusion: The results indicate that nurses take a role of an advocate in caring for DNR patients and being concerned about their families' conflict and anguish. In addition, this study indicates the importance of education on living will, advanced directives and preparation for the death tailored to the public including healthcare professionals.

In recent years, the widespread application of quality management and measurement reliability has put increasing emphasis on procedures for periodic instrument calibration. By optimizing calibration intervals, unnecessary calibrations can be minimized, thereby reducing costs. Moreover, optimizing intervals will improve compliance with regulatory directives while ensuring maximal compliance with reliability targets. In this paper, we present Calibration Interval Analysis Program developed using several establishment methodologies of calibration interval for measurement quality and reliability improvement. Also, we perform calibration interval analysis for some measurement instruments and analyse its results.

The railway industry is constrained by barriers within itself, which prevent it from competing effectively with other means of transportation, particularly road transportation. Therefore, many countries have adopted the policies that aim to remove barriers to providing international transport services by creating a common framework for railway industry. Recently, the European Union has produced the European Interoperability Directives, which aim to remove the technical problems involved in running trains between member states. In this respect, it is important to harmonize the technical requirements and specifications of Korea railway industry. This paper presents an action plan for the advancement of railway technical specifications in Korea. For this, the railway law and regulations of other countries are reviewed. Also the technical problems and operational barriers of railway industry are analyzed in Korea. This will help transportation agencies to resolve the technical problems of criteria in Korea railway industry.

The environmental regulation of a product is a global trend. The environmental regulation directives such as RoHS, WEEE, ELV and REACH have impacted Korean export-oriented auto parts manufacturer and affects the export of the product to aboard. In electronics manufacture and auto parts manufacturer, there are different systems for environmental regulation compliance. Nowadays the automotive mechatronics parts in a car are increasing. The HEV and intelligent car will need more mechatronics parts. It is necessary to apply the environmental regulation system of electronics to the automotive parts. In this paper, we proposed the application of PDX standard used in electronic industry to the BOM of the auto parts manufactures and showed an example of generated BOM for selected auto part using PDX. The PDX-based BOM can be used for the recording of environmental substances of the automotive mechatronics part and help the collaboration across auto parts manufactures in accordance with environmental regulation.

The first Type Certificate project for small airplane is in progress in the Republic of Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare the circumstances that the airplane developed and certificated by this country will exported to foreign countries and operated in the world. One of the main items to be prepared is the systems related with continuing airworthiness of aircraft during the operation. From this point of view, the systems and corresponding capabilities to maintain the aircraft to continue the flight and safe landing will be the immediate work. This study is to review the continuing airworthiness system established by foreign countries such as USA FAA and European EASA and to propose how we will setup our continuing airworthiness system for the airplane developed and certificated by the Republic of Korea.

The EU has introduced various environmental protection policies and regulations which are stricter than accepted international standards. WEEE, RoHS, and EuP directives in the Electrical and Electronic Industry could have a direct effect on our exports to EU countries. To gradually enlarge exports to the EU, it is necessary to have a precise understanding of the EU's environmental regulations and prepare the relevant countermeasures to adequately cope with them. Korean companies should formulate concrete plans to meet the EU's environmental regulations in those industry. In order to decrease the negative effects that environmental regulations of EU give to Korea, the corporations and the government should change their present passive environmental policy and carry out the environmental- friendly policy. If Korean companies can adequately meet the standards set by the environmental policies and regulations of the EU, it will greatly enhance the competitiveness of companies in this market.

Appropriation is essential for innovators to succeed. Traditionally, among various appropriation mechanisms, patents and secrecy have received attention, and the differential role of patents has been highlighted according to different industries or sectors. These discussions give a rough idea, however, and do not yield concrete directives for strategies in the context of innovation management. This paper describes an analysis of the effect of a firm's position within the value chain and the objectives of innovative activities with appropriation mechanisms. Multivariate analysis of diverse appropriation mechanisms using Korean innovation survey data revealed a specific combination of mechanisms and significant determinants in the context of objectives of innovative activities.

기술기준은 전기통신망에 대한 지침이 되며 통신망 총체의 설계 목표가 된다. 기술기준으로 다루어야 할 범위와 기준의 수준 등은 통신망 환경에 따라 다르게 운용되며 권고적 성격을 띠고 있는 표준과는 달리 강제 규정으로 운영되고 있다. 기술기준은 특성상 통신망 환경을 반영하여 규정되어야 하기 때문에 각국에서의 고유의 통신망 환경에 맞는 기술기준 체계 및 조직을 구축하고 기술기준 업무를 수행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 국내외 주요국의 기술기준 체계 현황 및 차이점을 상호 비교분석하고 우리나라 기술기준 체계의 발전방향을 전망하였다.

목적: 말기 암 환자와 의사를 대상으로 추후 의료적 치료 결정을 내리지 못하는 경우를 대비하여 심폐소생술 거부, 의료적 권한 법정 대리인, 생존시 유언장을 포함한 사전의료지시(서)에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2007년 5월부터 11월까지 가톨릭대학교 성빈센트병원 호스피스 병동으로 내원한 말기 암 환자와 가톨릭중앙의료원 2, 3, 4년차 내과 전공의(의사)를 대상으로 사전의료지시에 대해 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사를 실시하였으며, 환자 134명, 의사 97명으로부터 답변을 받았다. 결과: 환자 128명(95.5%), 의사 95명(97.9%)은 사전의료지시를 찬성하였으며, 환자 79명(59.0%), 의사 96명 (99.0%)은 추후 치료에 반응하지 않는 말기 상태일 경우 무의미한 생명연장을 위한 심폐소생술을 원치 않았고, 환자 85명(63.4%), 의사 75명(77.3%)은 본인이 의사결정을 할 수 없는 상황일 때를 대비한 의료적 권한 법정 대리인 지정에 찬성 하였다. 예로 제시된 유언장 내용에서 설문에 응한 환자 134명(100%), 의사 94명(96.9%)은 말기 상황일 경우, 가능한 편안하게 사망할 수 있도록 자신에게 시행되는 모든 치료를 중단, 보류하기를 원하였다. 결론: 본 연구에서 말기 암 환자와 의사는 인생의 마지막을 결정짓는 도구로 사전의료지시(서)에 대해 긍정적이고 적극적인 태도를 보였다. 하지만, 아직 법적, 사회적 합의가 없어 하나의 체계로 정립되지 못하고 있다. 여러 쟁점이 해결되어 힘들게 투병하고 있는 말기암 환자에게 사전의료지시(서)가 보편적이고 합법적인 의료 체계로 확립된다면 그들 인생의 마지막을 존엄하게 맺을 수 있는 선택이 될 것으로 생각한다.
