모바일 커머스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing on Behavior Intention for Mobile Commerce)

  • Mobile commerce is defined as any direct or indirect transaction conducted and facilitated through a wireless telecommunication network such as payment, ticketing, auction and mobile banking. Despite the importance of mobile commerce, there have not been so many academic studies on the unique characteristics of mobile commerce environments. In this study, our research model is developed based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) to investigate the user's technology acceptance process in mobile commerce environment. The factors, such as ubiquity, compatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, cost, security, attitude and behavior intention for mobile commerce were selected from pier study in information systems area. The data for empirical analysis of the research model is collected online-questionnaire of 167 mobile commerce users in South Korea. The hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results of our study show that: (1) compatibility, perceived usefulness and security had influences on the attitude whereas perceived ease of use and cost did not have any significant impact on the attitude, (2) compatibility influenced perceived usefulness whereas perceived ease of use did not, and finally (3) ubiquity, perceived usefulness and attitude had considerable influences on intention for mobile commerce. Therefore, practitioners should focus on enhancing security, quality of contents and services as well as offering what mobile commerce users want. The results of this study may useful for academicians and practitioners alike.

  • This study proposes a collaboration system framework on the web service in a supply chain to implement an efficient virtual supply chain and improve an ability to fulfill received orders over a supply chain. The system based on the framework proposed in this paper plays an important role for automatic order negotiation and placing/receiving an order noticed in web service by the main system. Furthermore, it can evaluate the fulfillment of received orders over a supply chain by using the transaction results from hierarchically related vendors and establish efficient manufacturing plans. In a word, this system is the automated system for creating manufacturing plans, placing and receiving orders. A little more important main function of this system is that it has a dynamic evaluation capability about fulfillment with received orders over a supply chain, and improves the evaluation method of fulfillment ability with received orders with related to direct dealing vendors, which is a main problem in existing system. As a result, this system is able to reduce the work load of the sales and purchasing materials, production control division, to manage accurate inventory promptly, to maintain the optimal inventory level by analyzing the information of fulfillment ability with received orders, and to enhance the level of service for customers.

Analysis and Experimental Verification of the Moving-Magnet Linear Actuator with Cylindrical Halbach and Radial Array

  • In the machine tool industry, direct drive linear motor technology is of increasing interest as a means to achieve high acceleration and to increase reliability. This paper analyzes and compares the characteristics of the tubular linear actuator with the cylindrical Halbach and radial array, respectively. A tubular linear actuator with cylindrical Halbach array, consisting of parallel magnetized arc segments instead of ideal radial and axial magnetized rings, is manufactured. The magnetic field solutions due to the PMs and to the currents are established analytically in terms of vector potential, using the 2-D cylindrical coordinate system. Motor thrust, flux linkage and back emf are then derived. Thrust characteristics according to such design parameters as magnet height and air gap length are also given. The results are validated extensively by comparison with finite element analysis (FEA). Test results such as thrust measurements are also given to confirm the analysis.

  • 기존의 데이터 마이닝 방법들은 공통적으로 최소지지도(minimal support) 값의 변경에 의한 빈발항목 탐사의 비효율성, 불필요한 연관규칙의 생성으로 인한 불편성, 그리고 새로운 트랜잭션을 추가하게 되면 이전탐사과정에서 발견한 결과를 재활용하기 어렵다는 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 SPM-IRG 방법을 제안한다. SPM-IRG 방법은 최소지지도 값을 이용하지만 트랜잭션내의 각 항목에 대하여 다른 항목과의 직접적·간접적인 관련성을 파악한 후 빈발항목을 생성한다. 또한 관심있는 항목에 대해서만 빈발항목을 구성할 수 있기 때문에 기존의 방법에서 발생하는 비효율성을 최소화할 수 있다

Analysis of management status of chestnut cultivation in Chungcheongnam-do

  • In this study, we attempted to estimate the degree of management of chestnut forestry households in Chungcheongnam-do and to provide information for establishing chestnut cultivation-related policies. The chestnut management standard diagnostic table consists of three major categories, namely, management base, management and sales capacity, and production technology levels, along with 19 subcategories. A survey of 309 chestnut forestry households was conducted from 2014 to 2019 in Gongju, Cheongyang, and Buyeo in Chungcheongnam-do. The average score for the 19 subcategories was 65.7 points, indicating that these areas have excellent management conditions. When the total score was higher, the output per hectare and the rate of top-grade products in the total output were also higher, indicating a significant correlation. These findings will be useful for providing consulting services to chestnut growers as they highlight the correlation between the higher scores of the indicators in the chestnut management standard diagnostic table and the management performance of the farmers. We found that the scores of the indicators for management and sale skill, such as management record and analysis, material purchase, and direct transaction with consumers, were relatively lower than those of the indicators for management base and production skill. It is assumed that the chestnut growers aging has led to negligence in recording details on incomes, expenditures, and work and lowered the willingness to make substantial profits. Therefore, it is essential to overcome these problems for profitable chestnut farming.

Credit Rationing and Trade Credit Use by Farmers in Vietnam

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate the impact of credit rationing on the amount of trade credit used by farmers in Vietnam. This study employs a survey data collected through direct interviews with heads of 1,065 rice households randomly selected out of provinces and city in the Mekong River Delta (MRD). In each province or city, the village with the largest area of land devoted to rice production from the district with the largest area of land devoted to rice production was picked up for survey. In each village, 200 rice farmers were randomly chosen for interview. Based on a probit model and a semi-parametric propensity score matching (PSM) estimator while controlling socio-demographic traits of rice farmers, the estimated results show that non-credit rationed farmers use less trade credit to finance production compared to their credit rationed counterparts. Moreover, the amount of trade credit used by farmers decreases as the degree of credit rationing drops. This paper provides evidence of the substitutive relationship between bank credit and trade credit. It also implicitly suggests that banks can drive trade creditors out of the market if they manage to solve the problem of information asymmetry and transaction cost.

  • Farmers E-Market is a website that allows agricultural workers to direct market their products to buyers without the use of a middleman. That theory is blockchain system will be used by authors to accomplish this. The system, which is built on a public blockchain system, supports sustainability, shippers, and consumers. Farmers can keep track of their farming activities. Customers can review the product's history and track its journey through carriers to delivery after making a purchase. Farmers are encouraged to get information about their interests promptly in a blockchain-enabled system like this. This functionality is being used by small-scale farmers to form groups based on their location to attract large-scale customers, renegotiate farming techniques or volumes, and enter into contracts with buyers. The analysis shows the use of blockchain technology with a farmer's portal that keeps the video of trading data of crops, taking into account the qualities of blockchain such as values and create or transaction data. The proposal merges python as a programming language with a blockchain system to benefit farmers, vendors, and individuals by preserving transactions.

이식용수산물 교역의 정보비대칭과 원산지표시제도 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Information Asymmetry and the Country of Origin Labeling in Live Small Fish Trade for Aquaculture and Naturalization)

  • The main objective of this study is to analyze problems of the Country of Origin Labeling(COOL) in small live fish(SLF) trade by applying the asymmetric information theory which is called ${\ulcorner}$Lemon Market Theory${\lrcorner}$. The purpose of importing SLF is to enhance fishing household income and import substitution effect as well. SLF importation is quite different in its nature from importing general fish and fish products for final/direct consumption. SLF are imported for the purpose of domestic aquaculture and naturalization where domestic production/supply of SLF is less than domestic demand for or such species are not native to Korean waters. Information asymmetric problems arise even in SLF trade as the same way in general goods and services. However, the information asymmetry issues in SLF trade are much more complex than non-living goods because SLF are traded in the live state. To alleviate such problems the Korean government initiated the general COOL scheme to imported SLF. However, many experts argues that such policy on SLF would not be appropriate because of SLF's very nature. Applying the lemon market theory, we can analyze how information discovery schemes are able to signal correct information to SLF trading parties and to result in more symmetric information in SLF trade markets. This research carried out a case study about small live eel(SLF) trade and its farming. The results showed that applying the COOL to small live eels just right upon coming into fish farms tends to increase substantially fish farmer's income and at the same time to lower unnecessary transaction costs. In particular, such transaction costs by imposing simply the general COOL on SLF may easily outweigh its benefits. For instance, to resolve the problems, the Korean ministry of agriculture and forestry(KMAF) has developed a quite different COOL rules from the general ones and has applied them to imported live cattle and medium/small livestocks. The KMAF's differentiated COOL policy on some imported livestocks may be a good case which can be applied to imported SLF. In addition to the differentiated COOL on SLF, Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) and traceability system would play crucial complementary roles in alleviating information asymmetry problems in SLF trade. Advanced fisheries tend to strengthen their SPS system rather than to adopt the general comprehensive COOL schemes into imported SLF trades and domestic market exchanges.

하이브리드 산업연관표를 이용한 우리나라 $CO_2$ 배출 구조 분석 (An Analysis of $CO_2$ Emission Structure in Korean Industry Using Hybrid IO Table)

  • 우리나라의 산업별 직 간접 $CO_2$ 배출구조 분석을 위해서는 산업연관표의 에너지 부분을 물량화한 하이브리드 산업연관표(소위 에너지 및 환경 산업연관표)가 필요하다. 그러나 최근까지의 연구 성과를 보면 $CO_2$ 배출 총량이 연구자에 따라 각각 다르고 산업별 배분 역시 많은 편차를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 에너지 및 환경 산업연관표 작성방법을 비교 분석하고 개선방안을 제시함으로써 우리나라의 $CO_2$ 배출 총량 산정과 산업별 배출량 추정의 정도를 높이는데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 에너지 원료로의 사용과 연료로의 사용을 구분하고, 생산물세 및 보조금으로 인한 교란요인을 제거한 새로운 하이브리드 산업연관표를 작성하였다. 그 결과 석유석탄 산업에서는 원료로 투입된 에너지를 거래표에서 제거한 후가 제거하기 전보다 $CO_2$ 배출량이 5.2배 낮게 나타났다. 또한 기초가격 기준 산업연관표를 이용하여 추정한 $CO_2$ 배출량이 생산자가격 기준 산업연관표를 이용한 경우에 비해 2.7% 적게 나타났다.

고객의 개인적 요소가 대기시간 경험에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Customers' Individual Factors on Waiting Experience)

  • 서비스를 구매하기 위해 고객들은 자주 대기를 경험하게 된다. 고객은 대기로 인해 불만족을 느끼고 서비스 장소를 이탈할 수도 있기 때문에 서비스 제공자가 대기시간을 관리하는 것은 중요하다. 이를 위해 대기시간에 관한 연구가 다양하게 진행되어 왔다. 그 결과, 서비스 제공 단계별 대기시간 연구, 실제와 지각된 대기시간에 대한 연구, 대기를 경험하는데 영향을 미치는 대기환경과 대기정보 등 매개변수에 대한 연구, 고객의 특성에 따른 대기경험의 차이 연구 등을 통해 고객의 대기경험을 개선시키고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 Hui and Tse(1996)가 제시한 고객의 행동적 메커니즘의 평가적 요소, 즉 지각된 대기시간, 대기수용정도, 대기에 대한 감정적 반응을 고객이 대기할 때 경험한다는 것을 바탕으로 서비스 제공자가 대기 시점에서 통제하기 어려운 고객의 개인적 요소들(고객충성도, 거래중요도, 대기기대수준)이 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실제 대기상황(패밀리 레스토랑, 놀이공원)에서 탐색적 연구를 하였다. 두 번의 실험을 진행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 레스토랑에서 조사한 결과, 고객의 거래중요도가 대기경험에 긍정적으로 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 레스토랑의 서비스 제공자가 고객의 거래중요도를 높일 수 있는 전략을 통해 고객의 이탈을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있음을 시사한다. 둘째, 놀이공원에서 조사한 결과는 거래중요도뿐만 아니라 고객충성도가 대기경험에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해, 놀이공원의 서비스 제공자는 지속적으로 고객충성도를 높일 수 있는 전략을 통해 필연적으로 발생하는 대기에 대한 고객의 불만을 최소화할 수 있음을 시사한다. 위의 연구결과는 서비스 장소의 특성에 따라 고객이 대기를 다르게 경험하기 때문에 서비스 제공자는 해당 서비스 장소에 따라 고객특성을 파악하여 이를 강화, 개선해 대기시간을 관리하는 것이 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다. 셋째, 지금까지 대부분의 연구에서 조절적인 변수로 취급되었던 거래중요도, 대기기대수준 등의 고객 특성이 대기경험에 영향을 미치는 주요 독립 변수로 연구됨으로써 대기경험에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 즉, 획일화된 서비스전략이 모든 고객을 만족시키지 못하기 때문에, 고객의 개인적 요소들에 따라 대기경험에도 차이가 생길 수 있음을 감안한 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 또한, 대기시간 연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 고객충성도가 대기경험에 미친다는 것도 알아내었다. 고객충성도는 중·장기의 긍정적인 서비스 경험에 의해 형성되는 것이기 때문에 누적되는 고객만족의 중요성을 위해 대기시간 관리에서 중요한 개념이라고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 실제 대기시간과 대기경험 간의 관계에서 지금까지 대기시간 연구들이 지각된 대기시간을 위주로 연구해왔으나, 실제 대기시간이 대기경험에 미치는 영향도 주목할 필요가 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 한계 대기시간과 함께 실제 대기시간의 영향력을 알아봄으로써, 동일한 실제 대기시간에도 개인이 느끼는 한계 대기시간에 따라 대기경험에 다양한 반응이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 대기경험 간의 관계에 있어서도 Hui and Tse(1996)의 연구와 달리 고객은 대기시간을 지각하면, 이에 대한 수용여부를 결정하고, 대기상황에 대한 감정적 반응을 한다는 어느 정도의 방향성을 발견할 수 있었다.
