We introduce the concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy congruences on a lattice, and discuss the relationship between intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy congruence on a distributive lattice. Also we prove that for a generalized Boolean algebra, the lattice of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals is isomorphic to the lattice of intuitionistic fuzzy congruences. Finally, we consider the products of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for an intuitionistic fuzzy ideals on the direct sum of lattices to be representable on a direct sum of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals on each lattice.

$SrTiO_3$ reaction mechanism formed from $TiCl_4$ and $SrCl_2$ solution by direct-wet-process was studied. Through this study it is identified that crystalline $SrTiO_3$ is formed above pH 13.8 amorphous $SrTiO_3$ above pH7 and crystallization temperature of amorphous $SrTiO_3$ is at 37$0^{\circ}C$. the final products are composed of 60% crystalline $SrTiO_3$ and 40% amorphous $SrTiO_3$ The amorphous $SrTiO_3$ is identified with the IR absorption spectrum of Sr-Ti-O by FT-IR spectrometer. Under pH 7 gelationus metatitanate (H2TiO3) is formed from TiCl4 but above pH7 the activity by the formation of metatitnic acid ion $[TiO_3]^{2-}$ is so high that $SrTiO_3$is formed more easily through the reaction with $Sr^{2+}$.

Due to rapid progress in the performance of high-end computers, numerical prediction of fluid flow and flow-induced sound is expected to become a vital tool for aero- and hydro- dynamic design of various flow-related products. This presentation focuses on the applications of large-scale numerical simulations to complex engineering problems with a particular emphasis placed on the low-speed flows. Flow field computations are based on a large eddy simulation that directly computes all active eddies in the flow and models only those eddies responsible for energy dissipations. The sound generated from low-speed turbulent flows are computed either by direct numerical simulation or by decoupled methods, according to whether or not the feedback effects of the generated sound onto the source flow field can be neglected. Several numerical examples are presented in order to elucidate the present status of such computational methods and discussion on the future prospects will also be given.

This research is to establish a theme-type organic edu-farm model and provide ways to practically apply it so as to vitalize urban-rural exchange through the emerging concept of green tourism. This research also traces the practical development of organic edu-farm programs. Organic edu-farm(OEF) should be some of the ideas to develop organic agriculture resources according to the local features, and learn by direct and actual experience a life of organic farm. A few policy suggestions to put OEF model in practical use are proposed. What the state needs to do through direct involvement are to put efforts at demand expansion on organic farm products, to clean and beautify the green rural environmental settings, to build more urban-rural exchange facilities. What is more important, however, is financial support, to create the network and to develop program contents for each OEF operation unit. The OEF model proposed in this research will be applied as a relevant reference in planning and realizing sustainable green tourism at the village level.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the KOMPSAT-2 Direct Receiving and Processing System, hereafter DRS, located in Svalbard, Tromso and Toulouse. The KOMPSAT-2 from KOMPSAT-2 satellite and generating preprocessed image data that is a kind of raw image data for standard image production. The products generate from this system are comprised of 1R and 1G product upon having a geographic coordinates. In the following paragraph, it is described that DRS configuration, data processing procedure and product characteristics and then, the value-added image production test such orthoimage is introduced.

Servicizing is defined 'not as to sell the products but as to sell the functions'. This study was done on the methods for revitalization as the object items of navigation & antenna among car parts. The direct door-to-door survey was done for 101 enterprises (direct-management stores) and percentage & t-test were done for statistics. The results can be summarized like followings. First, PR on servicizing is required. Second the optimized methods can be obtained by incorporating reuse & recycling distribution systems of servicizing with the existing recovery system Reuse distribution system can be constructed rationally because inventory control is being done correct1y with the periodic recovery. Finally, as for the analysis on the relative importance of main factors of servicizing, it shows that supports & providing the concrete frame of the government & local autonomous body are important.

A series of poly(hyroxyamide)s (PHAs) was prepared by direct polycondensation reaction of 4,4'-(2,3-pyridinedioxy)dibenzoic acid and/or isophthalic acid with 3,3'-dihydroxybenzidine. The yield percentages of the products were high, and the inherent viscosities of the polymer in DMAc solution at 35℃ were 0.31-0.59 dL/g. All PHA polymers were found to be soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as DMAc, DMSO, NMP, and DMF. On the other hand, LiCl was required to dissolve IPHA-1 in aprotic solvents. Poly(benzoxazole)s (PBOs) were partially soluble in conc-H₂SO₄; IPBO-4, -5, and -6 were partially soluble in NMP only when LiCl was added to the solution, and the solution was heated. The PBO polymers showed a maximum weight loss in the temperature range of 654-680℃, and the char yields at 900℃ under nitrogen atmosphere exceeded 63%.

As the agricultural marketing environments, which are consumers' tastes and preferences, producers' involvements in marketing business, government policy and liberalization of domestic market, have rapidly changed, current marketing systems are facing transitional periods. To cope with changing marketing environments, it is desirable to develop new marketing system that efficiently direct the flow of agricutlural products from producers to consumers. Cyber-marketing system, in which producers and consumers could conduct direct transaction with each other using computer internet system, would be suggested so that marketing stages and costs can be reduced. However, for cyber-marketing to be managed successfully, it is a need to establish data base and information network system for producers' group and consumers' group and to improve the marketing functional performances such as grading, packaging, and storage system.

In order to develop the nano-sized WC powder that improved the hardness of hardmetals, carbothermal reduction of WO3 by C was examined by using the thermogravimetric analysis. At the direct carburization reaction path of $WO_3{\rightarrow}WO_{2.72}{\rightarrow}WO_2{\rightarrow}W{\rightarrow}W_2C{\rightarrow}WC$, the nano-sized grain was generated at the reaction stage $WO_{2.72}$ to $WO_2$ and W. For trial production, the intermediate products which consists of metal and carbide phases obtained by the first heating has been carburized to the final WC powder. We succeeded in the development of the WC powder of about 70nm. In addition, the nano-sized WC powder in which the vanadium of the most effective grain growth inhibitor was uniformly dispersed was developed.

In this paper, we describe the development of a Southeast Asia environmental information web portal based on near real time MODIS Level 2 and higher level products generated from the direct broadcast data received at the Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing (CRISP). This web portal aims to deliver timely environmental information to interested users in the region. Interpreted data will be provided instead of raw satellite data to reduce operational requirements on our system, and to enable users with limited bandwidths to have access to the system.
