The products of reactions catalyzed by Methanococcus. jannaschii (Mj) aldolase using various substrates were identified by gas chromatography (GC). Although Mj aldolase is considered a fuculose-1-phosphate aldolase based on homology searching after gene sequencing, it has not been proven to be a fuculose-1-phosphate aldolase based on its reaction products. Mj aldolase was found to catalyze reactions between glycoaldehyde or D, L-glyceraldehyde and DHAP (dihydroxyacetone phosphate). Before performing GC the ketoses produced were converted into peracetylated alditol derivatives by sequential reactions, i.e., dephosphorylation, $NaBH_4$ reduction, and acetylation. By comparing the GC data of final products with those of standard alditol samples, it was found that the enzymatic reactions with glycoaldehyde, D-glyceraldehyde, and D, L-glyceraldehyde produced D-ribulose-1-phosphate, D-psicose-1-phosphate, and a mixture of D-psicose and L-tagatose-1-phosphate, respectively. These results provide direct evidence that Mj aldolase is a fuculose-1-phosphate aldolase.

Environment-friendly(EF) agricultural policy developed to support high-quality farm products, such as organic farm products, doing so for the sake of strengthening the competitive power of Korean agriculture after the agreement of UR. The details of the policy are as follows : enforcing certification of organic farm products, establishing of the Law of Fostering the EF agriculture, carrying out the order of direct-payment, setting up the Five Year Plan for EF agriculture, etc. This study focuses on the background of social economy, the standpoint of EF farming in agricultural policy, and the analysis of the characteristics in EF agriculture. Three aspects in the background of the policy are as follows : the social movement, the social economy, and the social system. The standpoint and characteristics of the policy are studied by the analysis of the target and means of the policy which is based on the policy documents.

Sustainable agriculture in Korea will gain important momentum by implementing The Direct Payment Scheme for Environmentally Friendly Agriculture in 1999. The farmers who want to participate in the program will be paid 530,000won/ha directly by the Government in return for engaging sustainable agriculture. The policy scheme which is a pilot program will be restricted to environmentally regulated areas to apply such as water supply protection zone, environmental protection districts and national parks. As a consequence of the policy, the supply of transitional organic agricultural products is expected to increase significantly. However the increased supply of low input agricultural products may have difficulties to find an appropriate marketing channel which is differentiated from the general agricultural product market. Development of an open market system for mass transaction of the low imput agricultural products is necessary. Also various government programs and projects which are designed for clean environment and regional community development must be integrated into the sustainable agriculture program to have synergy effects.

Isothiazolinone derivatives are widely used in consumer products as disinfectants or preservatives, but there are growing concerns about their impact on human health. Therefore, rapid screening of these biocides is very important for proper control and regulation of potentially hazardous substances. To this end, low-temperature plasma (LTP) ionization mass spectrometry (MS) was investigated to demonstrate its potential for direct and selective analysis of isothiazolinones from sprayed aerosol samples. Benzisothiazolinone (BIT) was clearly identified from a commercial fabric deodorant using LTP ionization MS and MS/MS. LTP allowed selective ionization of BIT directly from the simply sprayed aerosol sample and illustrated its potential for fast screening without sample pre-treatments. Selective nature of LTP ionization, on the other hands, implicates use of LTP ionization MS as a general screening method for specific groups of hazardous chemicals in commercial products.

Excretory-secretory products (ESP) of T. vaginalis have been shown to inhibit sperm motility, viability, and functional integrity, leading to a decreased fertilization rate in vitro. This study investigated whether T. vaginalis induce apoptosis and ultrastructural changes of sperm using flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Incubation of sperm with T. vaginalis ESP increased phosphatidylserine externalization and DNA fragmentation, and decreased mitochondrial membrane potential. Transmission electron microscopy of sperm incubated with ESP revealed abnormal features such as distorted heads, broken necks, and acrosomes exocytosis. This is the first report that demonstrates a direct impact of T. vaginalis ESP on sperm apoptosis and architecture in vitro.

경기 북부 내 직거래 매장에서 유통 되는 농산물 207건을 수거하여 잔류농약의 실태를 조사하였다. 로컬푸드와 소비자생활협동조합(생협) 매장을 대상으로 일반농산물 94건, 친환경농산물 113건의 다소비 채소류를 수거하여 다종농약다성분 분석법으로 GC/ECD, GC/NPD, GC-MS/MS, LC/PDA, LC/FLD, LC-MS/MS를 이용하여 263종의 농약을 분석하였다. 잔류농약이 검출된 검체는 모두 로컬푸드 매장에서 수거한 일반 농산물로 14건의(6.8%) 시료에서 잔류농약이 검출되었고, 그 중 1건에서(0.5%) 잔류농약허용기준을 초과하였다. 총 16개 농약성분이 검출되었고 검출된 작물은 시금치, 얼갈이, 깻잎, 아욱, 오이, 부추, 미나리였다. 농약 검출량을 바탕으로 일일섭취추정량(EDI)과 일일섭취허용량(ADI)을 이용하여 위해성 평가를 하였으며, %ADI 값의 범위는 0.0134-61.6259%로 안전한 수준이었다.

현재 Wi-Fi Alliance에서 발표한 Wi-Fi Direct 표준 기술(Wi-Fi Peer-to-Peer Technical Specifications v1.2, 2010)은 둘 이상의 장치로부터 Wi-Fi 직접 통신을 허용하기 위하여 정의된 기술로서, 최근 출시되는 스마트폰과 TV 등의 여러 장치에서 이 기술을 제공하고 있다. 본 기술에서 Coordinator 역할을 수행하는 GO(Group Owner)는 제 3의 장치로 부터 접속을 허용할 수 있기 때문에 상대적으로 높은 에너지 자원과 연산 능력이 요구되지만, 현재 표준 기술에서는 GO 역할 결정에 대한 환경적 요소를 고려하지 않으며, 따라서 각 장치 간 에너지 분산 측면의 효율성이 제한적이다. 본 고는 Wi-Fi Direct를 구성하는 각 장치의 물리적 파라미터와 사용자 환경에 의존적인 역할 기반의 파라미터를 도출하고 이를 통하여 GO 역할을 효율적으로 결정할 수 있도록 DIVA 방식을 새롭게 제안하며 실험을 통하여 효과를 나타내었다.

현재 Wi-Fi Alliance에서 발표한 Wi-Fi Peer-to-Peer Technical Specification (v1.4, 2014) 기술은 Wi-Fi Direct 접속을 위하여 개발되었으며, 최근 출시되는 대부분의 스마트폰과 TV, 모니터, 셋톱박스, 게임콘솔 등의 장치에서 상용화되고 있다. 하지만, 위 기술 표준에서 정의되는 초기 접속 절차는 5~10 초의 시간이 소모되며, 이는 해당 기술의 성능과 더불어 사용의 편의성 측면에서도 문제가 될 수 있다. 이러한 문제는 현재 표준 기술의 Scan 절차와 Find 절차로 구성된 초기 Discovery 절차의 비효율성으로 인하여 발생되며, 본 고는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 Wi-Fi Direct 절차를 구성하는 Scan 및 Find 절차를 재구성하여 Discovery 소요 시간을 단축시키고 접속 환경에 대한 효율을 향상시켰으며, 객관적 검증을 위하여 성능분석과 실험을 진행하였다.

In our society, consumers and enterprises work in cooperation for the continuous development and growth of society as well as construct effective and ethical measures. One of the representative examples are customercentered management activities in corporations, social responsibility activities, and sustainable ethical consumption that show consideration for the consumer's environment. The ethical consumption behavior of consumers becomes a virtuous circle that influences other consumer's ethical decision making by creating an ethical consumption culture. Furthermore, the cost and effort to solve non-ethical consumption problems can be solved. This research aims at aspiring the perception of consumer's ethical consumption and finding measures to increase ethical behavior. This paper further investigated the consumer's ethical consumption behavior, personality traits, perception of consumption society, and ethical judgements. For the research, a structured survey was conducted on 300 university students in Seoul. SPSS ver. 21.0 and AMOS ver. 18.0 programs were used for statistical data analysis. The results indicated differences in variables that influence consumer's ethical consumption behavior (fair trade, boycotts, and environmentally friendly products). In particular, it was evident that ethical judgements (such as the agent, personality traits, and perception consumption society) have different direct and non-direct influences on ethical consumption behavior. Strengthening the management of factors that influence measures that increase university student's ethical consumption behavior in direct and non-direct ways, providing education and improving information are believed effective in increasing ethical consumption behavior.

Since the reopening of official relations in 1992, Korean and China have become major trading partners, apart from myriad exchanges in culture and other aspects of society. The subject of this study is to analysis on determinants for China market entry type of the Korean company. This article measure the effects on Korea exporter interests of Korea's trade with china. This paper investigates the determinants of export and FDI referring in entry type in the China's market of Korea company. There are 250 samples and 130 returns, 170 of them are analyzed for a entry competitiveness. This paper has there main a parts, Multiple regression result shows that the export entry competitiveness are positively affected by the product character and market character. However, The enterprise character and location character does not affect in the export competitiveness. Also, the direct investment entry competitiveness are positively affected by the market character and location character. However, The enterprise character and product character does not affect in the direct investment. Logit analysis result show that the direct investment entry does positively affected in CEO international mind and export entry does affect in more than rival competitive products. In addition, the export entry does positively affected in the customer taste diversity, political risk and economical risk, market environment instability.
