The purpose of this study is to investigate the sages’ philosophic view of home economic management in Chosun dynasty. The research method is to review literatures such as Jangbosanrimkongje, Songhosasal, Sasojul, Nehun, Geneusa, Mocminsimsa and Dasanmusun. The major points of this study were as, 1) Sages mastered that the primary principle of home economic management is to control the material desires. 2) Sages believed that home life management is required the lowest materials, and those materials enough are able to obtained through diligence, frugality, thift and savings. Therefore Sages advised us that each of us lives a diligent, frugal, thrifty and saving life.

The case, Papera Traders Co. Ltd. and Others v. Hyundai Merchant Marine Co. Ltd and Another(The Eurasian Dream), was occurred on July, 1998 when the ISM Code became mandatory under SOLAS and from that date it applied to oil tankers, chemical tankers, gas carriers, bulk carriers and cargo high-speed craft of 500 gross tonnage and above. On July 23, 1998, a fire started on the deck of pure car carrier Eurasian Dream while in port at Sharjah. The source of fuel was the stevedores action of pouring petrol or transferring fuel in some way - refueling or pouring into a carburettor. The fire eventually destroyed or damaged the vessels cargo of new and second-hand vehicles and rendered the vessel itself a constructive total loss. Justice Cresswell held that the fire that destroyed or damaged the cargo was due to the unseaworthiness of the vessel they have the burden of proving that the vessel was unseaworthy before and at the beginning of the voyage and that the loss or damage was caused by that unseaworthiness. This case was a dispute between dependent and claimant alleging that the carrier should provide "properly man, equip and supply the ship and keep the ship so manned" under Hague-Visby Rules. Although ISM code was not officially applied to the carriage by car carriers until July 2002, a rule based on the code had customarily been employed as a mean for international dispute resolution. Examining the above case closely, the purpose of this study is to explore the relation of ship management and obligation to exercise due diligence in making the vessel seaworthy.

최근 전문건설업체는 건설경기 침체로 인해 공사물량은 줄었으나 수주를 하기위해서 경쟁해야 하는 업체의 수는 오히려 늘어 경쟁이 심화되고 있다. 전문건설업체는 현장 업무의 특성상 한명의 직원이 여러 현장의 업무를 수행하고 있으며, 인력공급흐름 각 단계에서 발생하는 정보의 전달이 이루어지지 않아 인력배치가 늦다. 대부분 효율적으로 관리되어야할 인력자원을 시공사 출역관리 시스템에 의존한 관리만을 하고 있어 협력업체는 적정 투입 인력 및 생산성을 제대로 확인할 수 없으며 자원의 생산성에 따라 인력배치가 이루어지지 않는 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 대안으로 최근 이슈화 되어 전 산업에 적극 활용되고 있는 스마트 폰의 기능중에서 위성항법시스템(GPS)을 활용한 근태 관리 시스템을 제안하고 Web 기반의 PMIS(Project Management Information System)와의 연동을 통한 실시간 정보전송 및 조회를 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션 프로토타입을 구축함으로써 전문 건설업체 자체적으로 현장 관리를 함에 있어 기여할 수 있는 근태관리 방안을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 침몰사고를 일으킨 선박의 사고에 대한 해양안전심판원의 사고 판례를 분석하고, 선박침몰사고에 따른 선체보험약관인 ITC약관 및 ISM Code의 적용에 관하여 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 실제 해양사고의 사례 연구를 통하여 사고의 원인에 대한 보험사측의 주장과 선주측의 주장을 다루었다. 선주측이 보험금을 노린 고의 침몰이라 주장한 보험사측의 주장과 선원의 과실에 따른 해양사고임을 주장한 선주측의 주장에 대하여 ITC보험약관을 적용해 본 결과, 이 사고의 원인은 선박 운용상 승무원들의 과실에 기인한 인위적인 원인(선원의 악행)에 의해 발생한 것으로 결론을 내렸다. 그러나 선주가 ISM 코드에 따른 상당한 주의의무를 태만히 한 사실이 인정되어 보험 회사측의 주장이 정당한 것으로 판결되었다. 따라서 이 사고에 대한 전반적인 고찰을 통해 알 수 있는 것은 선주는 그 선박에 적절한 자격있는 선원을 승선시켜야 할뿐만 아니라 선박의 안전 확보를 위한 ISM코드의 구축과 시행을 형식적이 아닌 실제적으로 철저하게 수행해야함을 알 수 있었다.

As a poet, a reviewer of books, and an editor of a major literary journal, Marianne Moore participated in aesthetic revolution which invented the American poetry of the twentieth century. Of all the modernists, she was one of the few truly technical originals, and became an endearing mascot of poetry. Innately attentive to detail, Moore wrote a myriad of poems about animal and plant subjects, and set out to develope and secure her own particular paradigm for modernist poetic and the poetry of objective and scientific description. Foregrounding a mind scientifically trained, Moore used her verse to demonstrate a means by which to see the reality beyond the obvious. Ironically enough, however, a central difficulty with understanding Moore's poetry lies with her concern for such scientific or surface description and precision. In order to understand Moore's poetry fully, it is of special necessity to appreciate relativity among the seemingly disparate entities such as science and literature, as Moore herself did. This paper explores the way in which the poetic techniques of Moore substantiate her sense of morality that underlies the creation of her poetry. Rather than merely addressing her artistic genius or craftsmanship as a modernist poet, Moore's methods engage the power of imagination, magic, lifting the human spirit and eschewing anthropocentric perspectives. For Moore, the poet's magic comes by diligence. In so doing, as I would argue here, Moore draws on the nature of language, especially what Bakhtin insisted with his notions of polyphony and carnival. By introducing openness to various perspectives and meanings in her verse, Moore succeeds in maintaining her own sense of creativity while continuing to acknowledge morality. In a similar skein, her use of active verbs in animal poems and the kaleidoscopic descriptions demonstrate how Moore accommodates imagination and reality, and form and content.

Since enforcement of double entry book-keeping accounting system on 1 January 2007, local government should draw out financial statement for assets and liabilities possessed after due diligence. But, some social infrastructure including underground facilities are difficult to implement entire inspection actually. In this study, we proposed effective approach for assessing assets of local government's social infrastructure such as road, water and sewage, subsidiary facilities etc. using GIS built on local government by NGIS project. Through this, local government ensures correctness and effectiveness of asset inspection as a result of successive establishment of double entry book-keeping accounting system.

This paper is aiming at providing the systems thinking perspective on the collapse of the savings and loan banking system in Korea. Two causal loop diagrams are developed to conduct the analysis: The first is focusing on the structural problems included in the establishment of S&L banking in 1990s. The later is developed based on the project financing mechanism by controlling the credit standard required during the due diligence. The result of this study shows that the main cause of the collapse of the S&L banking is the structural problem connected to real estate market including the failure of regulation.

어떤 집단에서든 그 구성원의 효율적인 관리가 무엇보다 중요하다. 이러한 효율적인 관리는 집단의 구성원이 많을수록 한 개인이 방대한 자료를 분석 및 관리하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 많은 자료를 바탕으로 퍼지 추론을 이용하여 근태 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼저 퍼지입력 변수로는 출입구에 미리 설치되어 있는 지문 도어락과 관리실의 PC를 통해 사원들의 출퇴근 시간과 월별 근무시간, 월별 근무일수, 월별 조퇴 및 지각일수를 산출한 후 월별 휴가일수를 입력한다. 이 입력 데이터 값으로 퍼지 연산을 수행 후 구성원 개개인의 월별 성실도를 결정하였다.

This study investigates the validity of applying new carbon nanotube (CNT, Carbon Nano Tube) surface heaters, which are applied in combination with various products, to the vessel's materials, and proposes the commercializable products accordingly. In order to actually apply a CNT surface heating system technology to the ship's equipment for the first time in Korea, we carried out the interview of experts in the technology field and the due diligence of the shipyard, and presented the technology road map for the selected three items. Finally, for "Heating System of Ship Fuel Tank" with the highest commercialization potential, we proposed a conceptual diagram to enable the final development of the product through the product analysis.
