In this era of convergence, which is characterized by the integration and combination of technology and industries, broadcasting and communications, offline and online, and devices and services, the content industry is also experiencing rapid changes including inter-genre exchange, the creation of new industries, and customized demand. Specifically, IT-based digital content industries such as the online game, e-book, mobile contents and web portal industries are no longer restricted to the boundaries of video, music and games but are being expanded into the realms of education, medicine, fashion and sports thanks to CT innovation of 3D, CG, AR/VR, VFX, etc. As such, various countries have come to recognize the convergent content industry as a new growth engine that will pick up where the IT industry left off, and are forming policies for its development accordingly. This research aims to optimize the system of content taxonomy which is currently genre-focused and unable to support technological development and convergence, and to discover and select star contents to be rigorously developed with governmental support. In this paper, 20 star contents in 8 areas were selected, and these are expected to create tremendous cultural and economic value through ongoing technological and industrial development.

LED의 사용이 증가됨에 따라, LED 디스플레이의 저전력 설계에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 신호로 제어하는 정전류원 회로에 단열회로 동작을 유도하는 전원소스 공급을 통하여, 저전력화가 가능한 LED 컨트롤러부를 설계하였다. 설계한 회로는 0.35um CMOS Process로 구현하였으며 회로의 선형 동작을 확인하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 기존의 LED 컨트롤러부에 대비하여 약 82% 소비전력 절감효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 LED 디스플레이 동작의 발열 대책 및 저전력화에 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

잉여수계를 사용한 연산기는 디지털 신호처리, 컴퓨터 그래픽 등에 있어서 여러가지 장점을 갖으므로 전용 프로세서 설계에 사용되고 있다. 그러나 크기 비교와 일반적인 제산에 있어서 단점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서 제안된 연산기는 곱의 역을 사용한 제산의 결과가 나머지를 갖는다면 현재 제수에 의해 산출된 몫의 최대 값보다 큰 값이 발생되는 조건을 반복연산의 종결조건으로 사용하였으며, 몫의 비교를 대응된 제수 값으로 대신하였다. 그러므로, 설계된 연산기는 작은 크기의 제한된 제수를 사용하는 제한점은 갖지만, 컴퓨터 그래픽의 스케일링 등에 적용하는 경우 연산기의 크기 및 속도가 우수한 제산 연산기로 사용할 수 있다.

전자무역은 종래의 서류거래 대신 EDI나 인터넷 등 컴퓨터 네트워크를 이용하여 전자적 데이터 메시지를 송수신하여 종래의 무역거래방식에 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술을 결합시킨 새로운 형태의 무역거래를 말한다. 따라서, 본고에서는 무역결제 및 무역운송을 중심으로 무역거래의 전자화 현황을 살펴본 향후 전자무역의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

볼레로 프로젝트는 무역거래에 필요한 종이서류를 전자메시지로 전환하여 안전하게 교환할 수 있는 기반을 제공하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 한편, EDEN 프로젝트를 승계한 일본의 TEDI는 무역금융실무에 대한 전자정보의 교환을 안전하고 확실하게 수행하기 위해 통신환경이나 권리의무관계를 포함한 운용환경 등의 정비를 위해 법적인 틀의 제공과 상호운용성을 확보하기 위한 이행지침(guideline)의 책정을 그 목적으로 한다. 따라서, 본고에서는 국제전자무역시스템인 Bolero와 TEDI의 시스템ㄱ조상의 메시지 송${\cdot}$수신과정을 비교${\cdot}$고찰하고자 하는 것이다.

기술 환경의 변화는 문헌정보시스템의 혁신적인 변화를 촉진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 정보 체계기술과 인터넷 정보기술을 융합된 차세대 문헌 정보 시스템의 원형으로 시맨틱 라이브러리를 정의하고, 시맨틱 라이브러리의 기능적 요구사항과 아키텍처의 참조모델을 제시하였다. 시맨틱 라이브러리는 온톨로지와 메타데이터 기반의 의미적 상호 운용성과 통합을 실현하고 정보 자원의 개방과 공유 참여와 협업을 통하여 이용자 정보서비스를 혁신하는 체제이다. 또한 시맨틱 라이브러리는 FRBR의 논리구조를 근간으로 하여 서비스 지향 아키텍처로 구현됨으로써 효과적으로 시스템을 구축을 실현할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 문헌정보 시스템의 모델로 6개 수평 계층과 3개 수직요소로 구성되는 시맨틱 라이브러리의 참조 모델을 제시하였다.

Purpose - The purpose of this thesis is to assess the product design digital learning status of universities that are currently involved in learning environment projects in manufacture and commerce integration (MCI). Thus, enterprises must keep learning and creating new inventions with revolutionary progress. Research design, data, and methodology - This study not only emphasizes the analysis of technical ability, course concepts, conducting models, and learning environments of every aspect, but also systematically probes the planning of learning, system framework, web learning, environmental activities, data statistics, and digitalized learning, among other aspects. Results - The results of this study help in finally understanding each school's manufacture and commerce integration situation, in order to evaluate product design learning. Consequently, it is essential to evaluate computer learning at schools, thereby affecting communication and the requirements of business education training. Conclusions - It is essential to focus on MCI to promote web teaching to preserve and enhance knowledge disseminating technologies, and immediately share knowledge with learners, while improving work efficiency and cultivating the talent needed by industry.

Purpose - e-Commerce is now one of the alternatives in shopping. Ease of Use and convenience aspects are the main supporting reasons that e-commerce is a trend for most people today. This study examines the relationship between the theory of technology to consumer behavior in using e-commerce applications. Research design, data, and methodology - The number of samples in this study was 600 samples from four major e-commerce made in Indonesia. The research method of this study Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS and SPSS applications as analysis tools. Results - The results of this study state that most hypotheses support prior research and grand theory. On the other hand, the components of technology acceptance theory are mostly able to moderate variable consumer behavior in the digital era. Conclusions - The combination of essential elements of technology theory are oriented to the fundamental aspects of human beings as social beings. The most important thing for the development of the e-commerce industry to develop and be sustainable is the obligation to increase consumer confidence. The combination of components of technology theory and CCT can be a comprehensive marketing strategy and innovation to competitive advantage in the future.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop a model tat explains the motivation of mobile coupon gift intention in mobile instant messenger service. Methods: This study utilized Structural Equation Model to clarify factors those influence mobile coupon gift intention under mobile messenger environment. Results: The research model in this study is verified with two hundreds sample data. This study found that mobile coupon gift-givers's giving intention is influenced by experimental and obligated motivation, price utility, social value of gift-giving, and perceived ease of use of the technology. Conclusion: This study verified five factors those influence to mobile coupon gift-giving intention. Although this study initially suggests and verify gift-giving intention model, we expect further research that related to other factors affecting the intention and other recent technology factors such as personal innovation and others.

정보통신기술의 발달에 따른 전자상거래의 도입으로 국제무역거래에도 무역서류의 전자화가 필요하게 되었다. BOLERO 프로젝트는 MANDATE 프로젝트의 성과를 기초로 하여, 전자식 선화증권의 실용 가능성에 관련한 예비실험(Pilot Test)을 실행한 것으로서, 이 프로젝트를 발전시켜 1999년 9월부터 상용서비스를 개시한 것이 볼레로넷 서비스이다. 따라서, 본고는 볼레로넷이 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 사용하는 시스템과 그 시스템상의 메시지의 안전한 송수신을 살펴봄으로써 무역업자들이 이 서비스를 사용할 수 있는지 여부를 고찰하고자 하는 것이다.
