Purpose - The purpose of the research is to assess the current state of cryptocurrency in Vietnam and to provide several solutions and recommendations to the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and other relevant agencies for monitoring, managing, and controlling cryptocurrency effectively and efficiently. Research design, data and methodology - The study is based on the assessment and analysis of cryptocurrency in the world and the real situation of cryptocurrency in Vietnam in order to provide solutions to the controllable development of operation of this currency. Results - The study indicates the current operations of cryptocurrency in Vietnam and provides several suggestions to effectively control this currency. Conclusion - According to the study on current cryptocurrency and the situation of cryptocurrency in Vietnam, the author has proposed a number of solutions to provide suggestions to manage and develop the operations of cryptocurrency in a most practical manner. The governments of many countries in the world, including the Government of Vietnam, need more time as well as appropriate technology improvements to take advantage of these new digital currencies; therefore, they still need to ensure safety in compliance with the control and regulatory capabilities of the central government and central banks.

In recent years, many attempts have been made to predict the behavior of bonds, currencies, stock or other economic markets. Most previous experiments used the neural network models for the stock market forecasting. The KOSPI 200 (Korea Composite Stock Price Index 200) is modeled by using different neural networks and fuzzy logic. In this paper, the neural network, the dynamic polynomial neural network (DPNN) and the fuzzy logic employed for the prediction of the KOSPI 200. The prediction results are compared by the root mean squared error (RMSE) and scatter plot, respectively. The results show that the performance of the fuzzy system is little bit worse than that of the DPNN but better than that of the neural network. We can develop the desired fuzzy system by optimization methods.

Unlike other currencies, cryptocurrency is not a currency used for general transactions, but is currently applied to various investment assets and its scope is expanding. The purpose of this study is to the effect of personal characteristics on investment intention. As a theoretical background, it was verified by applying the Extended Technical Acceptance Model (ETAM). self-confidence propensity, bandwagon propensity, risk tolerance propensity, network externality, attitude, and Investment intention were composed of variables. The research method collected data from 871 people who had experience in cryptocurrency investment through a survey and analyzed it after excluding the data of 71 people who were judged to be inappropriate. The structural equation modeling method using AMOS was used. As a result of this paper, five hypotheses were accepted as statistically significant. This study concluded that self-confidence propensity, bandwagon propensity, risk tolerance propensity, network externality, and attitude had statistically significant effects on Investment intention. In this respect, this study will be able to provide useful information for cryptocurrency research.

IT기술의 발전과 함께 대두된 블록체인 기술은 단순히 비트코인과 같이 디지털 통화와 연관된 기술로 알고만 있었지만, 최근 들어 보안에서 새로운 기술로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 모바일 환경의 보안에서도 생체인식기술과 블록체인이 연계된 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있고 무선모바일환경의 IoT기반에서도 각 다양한 디바이스간의 블록체인 기반의 인증들이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 진행되고 있는 블록체인 기술과 무선모바일 환경에 적용 사례와 보안요구사항을 분석하여 향후 블록체인 연구를 진행하는데 가이드라인을 잡고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 광학식 기법을 이용한 적외선 센서(IR Sensor)를 이용하여 지폐 계수기에서 지폐가 32채널 IR Sensor를 지났을 때 빛에 대한 반사량과 투과량을 측정하여 진폐와 위폐를 구분하는 방법을 구현하였다. 진 위폐를 감별하기 위하여 10bit gray scale의 지폐 IR 이미지를 사용하였으며, 지폐이미지 정보는 0부터 4095까지이다. IR 이미지의 특징은 어두운 부분과 밝은 부분으로 나뉘며, 위폐는 이러한 IR 특징이 진폐와 다르게 나타난다. 적외선 센서는 비교적 고가이었으나 최근 대량생산으로 가격이 저렴해져 이 분야에 적용이 적합하다. 제안된 방법에서는 IR 특징을 정의한 SW의 Table과 입력된 IR 이미지의 특징을 비교하여 진폐 및 위폐를 감별하는 방법을 사용하였다. 결과적으로 구현된 시스템의 성능은 유로화 진폐의 경우 권종에 따라 1-2%의 오인식 경우가 있으나, 여러 나라의 위폐의 경우 100% 검출하여 구현 성능이 양호함을 보였다.

2009년 비트코인과 같은 암호화폐의 등장으로 지급수단인 화폐의 패러다임이 크게 변화하고 있으며, 우리의 일상생활에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 따라 통화정책 등의 업무를 담당하고 있는 각국의 중앙은행들은 전자지급수단을 포괄하여 디지털로 유통되는 통화와 디지털화폐의 발행 및 영향에 대해 다양한 분석을 시도해 왔으나, 어떤 발행방식이 적합한지에 대한 연구는 충분하지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 이용되고 있는 전자지급수단과 비교하여 국내에 적용가능한 디지털화폐의 발행방식에 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과 계좌기반 발행방식은 현재 계좌시스템과 별다른 차이점을 보이지 않았으나, 토큰기반 발행방식은 금융의 효율성 제고 및 금융분야 기술혁신을 유도할 수 있는 것으로 예상되었다. 다만, 토큰기반 발행방식은 전자서명기술의 특성으로 인해 대출 등 금융기관의 중개 기능을 약화할 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, CBDC의 해킹, 피싱 등 보안공격에 대한 소비자 보호를 위해 현재의 전자지급수단과 유사한 법·제도적 지원이 필요하며 현금과 동등한 편의성, 익명성 등을 유지하기 위해 CBDC 발행 방식에 대한 지속적인 기술개발 노력이 필요하다.

최근 전자지갑, 디지털화폐, 선불포인트, 선불카드 같은 선불전자지급수단의 사용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 선불지급수단은 선 충전, 후 사용이라는 특성이 있다. 본 연구는 선불 충전이 필요한 서비스의 개선에 도움을 주고자, 선불전자지급수단의 온라인 충전 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대하여 기술수용모델을 변형하여 실증적으로 연구하였다. 선불전자지급수단의 온라인 충전 이용의도에 관련된 선행연구가 많지 않아 기존 간편결제와 전자화폐에 대한 연구들을 통해 요인 변수를 도출하였다. 선불 교통카드 사용자를 대상으로 조절효과를 중심으로 온라인 충전의 이용의도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 독립변수 중에서 '편리성', '보편성', '자기효능감'은 매개변수인 '지각된 유용성'에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. '지각된 유용성'은 종속변수인 '이용의도'에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 사용자들의 성별, 인터넷 사용시간, 인터넷 쇼핑 구매빈도, 모바일충전 이용빈도, 교통카드 이용형태 등에 따라서 '지각된 유용성'과 '이용의도'에 조절효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 시사점으로 선불 서비스의 유용성을 높이는 방향으로 서비스에 대한 개선과 차별화된 마케팅의 필요성을 제안하였다. 다른 요인변수와 조절변수를 추가하여 전자지갑, 간편결제포인트, 디지털화폐 등의 서비스를 대상으로 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

최근 우리나라는 외화획득용 원료 등 구매제도에 대해 전자화를 도입하게 되었다. 정부는 구매확인서의 전자화를 위해서 2011년에 대외무역관리규정을 개정하였다. 또한, 외화획득용 원료 등 구매제도에는 구매확인서에 이어 2012년에 내국신용장도 전자화하였다. 이는 우리나라 전자무역이 로컬거래 절차의 전자화를 추진하게 되는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 외화획득용 물품관리제도에 대한 선행적 고찰과 대외무역관리규정의 개정을 통한 구매확인서 전자발급의 의무화 및 한국은행 무역금융 취급세칙의 개정으로 내국신용장의 전자개설 의무화에 따른 이론적, 법적 고찰과 로컬거래 절차의 전자화의 추진인로컬거래 통합관리시스템의 구축에 있어 법적, 실무적 문제점과 대응방안을 분석하였다.
