The relevance of the research involves outlining the need for modern professionals to acquire new competencies. In the conditions of rapid civilizational progress, in order to meet the requirements of the labor market in the knowledge society, there is a readiness for continuous training as an indicator of professional success. The purpose of the research is to identify the impact of various forms of application of information technologies for lifelong learning in order to provide the continuous self-development of each person without cultural or age restrictions and on the basis of rapid digital progress. A high level (96%) of need of the adult population in continuing education with the use of digital technologies has been established. The most effective ways to implement the concept of "lifelong learning" have been identified (educational camps, lifelong learning, mass open online courses, Makerspace activities, portfolio use, use of emoji, casual game, scientific research with iVR game, implementation of digital games, work in scientific cafes). 2 basic objectives of continuing professional education for adults have been outlined (continuous improvement of qualifications and obtaining new qualifications). The features of ICT application in adult education have been investigated by using the following methods, namely: flexibility in terms of easy access to ideas, solving various problems, orientation approach, functional learning, group or individual learning, integration of leisure, personal and professional activities, gamification. The advantages of application of information technologies for continuous education (economic, time, and adaptive) have been revealed. The concept of continuous adult learning in the context of digitalization has been concluded. The research provides a description of the structural principles of the concept of additional education; a system of information requests of the applicant, as well as basic technologies for lifelong learning. The research indicates the lack of comprehensive research in the relevant field. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using the obtained results for a wider acquaintance of the adult population with the importance of the application of lifelong learning for professional activities and the introduction of methods for its implementation in the educational policy of the state.

Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

정보와 미디어 집약적인 21세기 게임 환경에서 디지털 리터러시 스킬과 비판적 역량의 활용은 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 이 연구는 공상 과학 판타지를 주제로 한 대규모 멀티 플레이어 온라인 롤 플레잉 게임 (MMORPG)인 와일드스타(WildStar) 참여자들의 디지털 리터러시 활용 관행에 대해 탐구하고 설명한다. 활동적인 역할 참여자는 게임 내부의 특정한 역할을 가지고, 그룹 중심의 대화형 스토리를 만드는데 적극적으로 참여한다. 역할 참여자가 어떻게 정보, 미디어 및 기술을 찾고, 사용하고, 평가하고, 관리하는지 잘 이해하기 위해, 이 연구는 광범위한 역할 참여자 관찰 데이터, 위키페이지나 토론게시판의 글과 같은 참여자들의 커뮤니티 활동을 보여주는 데이터, 그리고 17 명의 참여자들을 대상으로 한 반구조화 면담 데이터를 통합 분석한 하이브리드 민족지학적 방법을 사용하였다. 참여자들은 다양한 미디어와 기술을 사용하여 롤 플레잉을 보완하고 단순화시키면서, 더욱 몰입적인 롤 플레잉을 만들었다. 개인별 디지털 리터러시 수준은 상대적으로 상이하고, 참여자들은 더 유능하고 경험 많은 커뮤니티 구성원의 기술에 의존하기도 했다. 온라인 게임의 특성과 롤플레잉의 교육적 효과를 고려한 디지털 리터러시 교육과 도서관 프로그램의 영향과 적용 방안에 대해서도 논의하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트 교육 및 디지털교과서 활용교육에서 교육 효과성을 검증할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 먼저 스마트교육 및 디지털교과서 활용교육의 목표를 21세기 학습자역량 증진, 교수자 역량 증진으로 설정하고 이에 따라 각 하위요소를 7개 영역 5개 영역으로 선정하였다. 선정된 요소에 따라 문헌연구 및 전문가 협의회를 거쳐 하위요소의 정의 및 설문문항을 확정하였다. 학습자 역량 증진의 하위요소는 창의력과 혁신능력, 비판적 사고력과 문제해결력, 의사소통능력, 협업능력, 정보활용능력, 자기주도학습력, 유연성으로 선정하여 26개의 설문문항을 개발하였다. 교수자 역량의 세부 영역은 21세기 학습자역량 이해, 정보활용능력, 학습자와의 관계형성, 수업설계, 평가 및 성찰로 24개의 설문문항을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 설문문항은 스마트 교육 및 디지털교과서 활용 교육의 효과를 검증하는 도구로 사용될 수 있다.

이 연구는 문화기반시설인 공공도서관의 지역문화발전 기여전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다, 이를 위하여 먼저 공공도서관이 수행하는 업무와 지역문화발전의 상의적 수수관계를 바탕으로 기여도를 평가하고 한계를 적시하였다. 이어 공공도서관과 밀접한 지역문화를 지식문화, 독서문화, 학습문화, 대중문화, 여가문화로 구분하고 이들의 발전과 진흥을 위한 공공도서관의 기여전략(장서개발과 이용서비스 중심의 핵심역량 제고, 디지털 정보해득력 교육 지원기능 강화, 독서생활화를 위한 독서촉진과 저변확대, 평생학습(문화)프로그램 제공서비스의 최적화, 시설 공간의 개방화 및 친숙성 증대, 지역 유관기관과의 연계 협력사업 확대)을 제안하였다.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

This study aimed to discover the notable experiences of Library and Information Science students in a virtual internship program. It employed qualitative descriptive research design by thematically analyzing the monthly internship journal of the interns. Using Colaizzi's method to identify themes from their experiences, the study revealed that interns expected to gain knowledge and skills on operations, services, and new information communication technologies in libraries. Orientation was found helpful in identifying the things interns needed to prepare. The interns faced issues from procrastination and technical difficulties, which they coped with employing avoidance strategies. Overall, the internship was viewed as an opportunity to learn and navigate the online digital system of the library despite the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. They realized their capacity and reflected on which competencies need improvement. In conclusion, students still learned the necessary knowledge and skills of a librarian; experienced the challenges faced in an actual library and were provided with various opportunities and realizations regarding the practice of librarianship. This study proposed a three-stage framework that outlines the involvement of the supervising instructors, librarians, and interns in the internship program from the preparation to the process and post-assessment.

본 연구는 중학생의 내현적 자기애와 역기능적 분노표현양식의 관계에서 자기역량지각의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 있는 중학교 1학년 413명을 대상으로 내현적 자기애, 자기역량지각, 분노표현양식을 측정하였고 SPSS 20.0을 이용해 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 결과로는 첫째, 내현적 자기애는 자기역량지각의 하위요인 모두와 부적상관을 보이고 역기능적 분노표현양식과는 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애와 역기능적 분노표현양식 사이에서 역량지각의 하위요인인 신체외모와 품행역량 그리고 사회적 수용도와 운동역량이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과는 내면의 취약한 자기로 인해 자기애성향을 보일 수 있는 중학생의 특성을 이해하고 순기능의 분노표현으로 적응적인 생활을 위하는데 건강한 자기애 발현을 어떻게 도울 것인지에 대한 그 기초자료를 제공했다는 데 의의가 있다.

오늘날 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 미래에 대한 불확실성이 증대됨에 따라 기업이 시장 환경에 대응하고 함께 번영하여 '계속적 기업(Going concern)'으로 살아남기 위해서 '핵심가치'가 부각되고 있다. 기업의 핵심 가치는 '조직의 미션이나 비전을 성취하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 행동 방식에 대한 것으로 핵심가치가 대두되게 된 배경은 "윤리점검"과 "사업적 목표 달성"이다. 이러한 핵심가치는 기업이념 속에서 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 기업이념이란 회사를 어떤 목적에서 또 어떤 방식으로 경영해 나갈 것인가에 대한 기본적 생각, 사상을 표현한 것으로 경영자가 스스로 기업 경영에 대해 사회적으로 공표한 견해로 최근 많은 국내 글로벌 기업들이 핵심가치에 기반을 둔 기업이념을 선포하였다 이에 국내 대기업인 L- 그룹의 사례인 L- Way를 통해 핵심가치가 기업이 지속가능한 경영에 미치는 역할과 중요성에 대해 알아보기 위한 연구이다.

지능형 교통시스템은 국내 인프라 중, 도로에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 기술로 차량이 도로에서 가장 효율적으로 움직일 수 있도록 만들어주는 시스템을 말한다. 국내 지능형 교통시스템인 하이패스는 다른 나라와 달리 조금 늦게 시작하였지만 빠른 속도로 발전하며 최근 스마트톨링 기술이 도입되면서 톨링 시스템에서 '멈추고 다시 출발'하는 stop and go를 해결할 수 있는 기회를 마련하였다. 본 연구는 사례연구를 통해 국내 스마트톨링을 견인한 롯데정보통신의 추진방법과 결과를 다루고자 한다. 롯데정보통신은 다른 기업과 다르게 정보통신 기술 중, 결재 시스템을 오래전부터 투자한 기업으로 인프라에 투자한 경험은 적지만 부산시와 협력하여 광안대교에 스마트톨링 시스템에 참여함으로써 지능형 교통시스템의 발전에 앞장서게 되었다. 새로운 투자를 감행한 롯데정보통신은 단순히 기존 핵심역량을 뛰어넘게 되었을 뿐 아니라 한국톨링 시스템의 온실가스 저감 역량을 한 단계 격상시키는 역할을 하게 되었고, 기업의 재무성과도 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
