본 연구는 교원의 AI디지털역량을 평가하고 연수에 활용할 수 있는 교원의 AI디지털 역량에 대한 단계별 프레임워크 개발에 대한 것이다. 이를 위해 AI디지털역량에 대해 활용과 소양의 관점을 테크놀로지컬교수내용지식(TPACK)의 관점과 연계하여 분석하였다. 그리고 단계별 교원의 AI디지털 역량 선행연구 사례로 영국교육훈련재단의 3단계 역량, 유네스코 ICT 교사 역량 프레임워크 등을 제시하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 국내의 여건을 고려하여 교원의 AI디지털 역량을 진입, 적응, 선도의 3단계로 구분하여 제시하였다. 최초 진입단계는 2차에 델파이 조사를 통과하였으며 그 외 2개 단계는 1차에서 통과하였다. 최종 진입단계는 AI디지털에 대해 이해는 하였지만, 실천에 어려움을 겪는 단계, 적응단계는 표준교육과정에 적용하는 수준, 선도단계는 심화과정에 AI디지털 적용과 타 교사에게 모델이 되는 수준으로 기술하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 총괄 AI디지털 역량을 통하여 세부적인 역량 개발이 가능하며 평가문항개발의 참고자료로 이용할 수 있다.

The objectives of this research were to identify the digital competencies required for information science specialists at Saudi universities and to examine whether there existed conspicuous differences in the standpoint of these specialists due to years of work experience with regard to the importance of these competencies. A descriptive analytical method was used to accomplish these objectives while extracting the required digital competency list and ascertaining its importance. The research sample comprised 24 experts in the field of information science from several universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The participants in the sample were asked to complete a questionnaire prepared to acquire the pertinent data in the period between January 5, 2021 and January 20, 2021. The results reveal that the digital competencies required for information science specialists at Saudi universities encompass general features such as the ability to use computer, Internet, Web2, Web3, and smartphone applications, digital learning resource development, data processing (big data) and its sharing via the Internet, system analysis, dealing with multiple electronic indexing applications and learning management systems and its features, using electronic bibliographic control tools, artificial intelligence tools, cybersecurity system maintenance, ability to comprehend and use different programming languages, simulation, and augmented reality applications, and knowledge and skills for 3D printing. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were observed between the mean ranks of scores of specialists with less than 10 years of practical experience and those with practical experience of 10 years or more with regard to conferring importance to digital competencies.

본 연구는 기업의 컨설팅 성과에 있어서 컨설턴트의 역량이 미치는 영향에 관해서 알아보고 이러한 관계에 있어서 프로젝트 매니저의 역량이 얼마나 조절효과가 있는가를 중소기업을 대상으로 분석해 보았다. 결과적으로 프로젝트 매니저의 역량을 중요한 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 중소기업의 프로젝트의 규모적인 한계로 인해 관리능력은 유의하지 않은 결과가 나타났다.

사회진출을 앞두고 고등교육을 받는 대학생 단계에서 가장 요구되는 생애역량은 직업역량 이다. 21세기 지식기반사회의 직업 현장에서는 다양한 능력을 보유한 인재가 요구된다. 이제는 직업역량이 높은 인재를 양성하는 것이 대학 기능 중의 하나로 간주되므로 대학교육을 통해 직업역량을 높이는 방안이 연구되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 직업역량을 강화시키는 것을 목적으로 하는 융복합형 교육시스템을 제안한다. 이 교육시스템은 융복합 전공교육, 교육과정의 융합, 교육공간의 융합, 교육방식의 융합, 교육기간의 융합을 포함하고 있다. 이런 융복합 교육시스템을 통해 인지적 역량, 비인지적 역량, 글로벌 역량을 포함한 다양한 직업역량을 강화시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study investigates the adoption and application of digital transformation in the financial sector and analyzes the process and outcomes of digitization and digitalization in the field of the finance industry of South Korea and overseas, in order to seek both managerial and strategic implications for successful implementation of digital transformation in the future. The findings show that, for successful digital transformation, it is necessary to maximize active and systematic use of advanced online and digital technologies that form the basis of business and create an open, horizontal organizational culture and communication system to equally share and distribute advanced technologies and competencies through the entire organization. Furthermore, this study also discovers the legitimacy to concentrate the organizational competencies and know-how in providing technical training for members, expanding customer experience, and improving customer satisfaction services to contribute to improving the quality of life for members of the organization and creating and improving social and public infrastructures, instead of using digital transformation only to improve productivity of organizations or firms. As such, it is necessary to concentrate corporate competencies in establishing and supplying digital transformation that is not just human-centered but also has productivity, innovativeness, and reliability at the same time.

본 연구에서는 컨설팅 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있는 컨설턴트의 역량을 능력, 지식, 태도로 구성하고, 서비스품질과 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 추후에 이뤄질 컨설턴트 역량개발 및 서비스 품질 개선 방안을 찾는 연구들에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 컨설턴트가 지닌 역량이 컨설팅 서비스 품질에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다. 둘째, 서비스 품질은 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다. 셋째, 컨설턴트가 지닌 역량은 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다.

이 연구는 디지털 리터러시를 강조한 과학 수업을 통해 학생의 과학에 대한 태도 변화와 핵심역량의 성장을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 C 지역의 C 중학교 1학년 116명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 총 35차시의 디지털 리터러시를 강조한 과학 수업을 투입하였다. 첫째로, 과학 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 변화가 있었다(p<.05). 하위영역별 효과 크기는 0.67~1.52로 중간이상의 효과 크기를 보였다. 둘째로, 디지털 리터러시를 강조한 수업의 유형에 따라서 성장 인식의 전체 빈도 차이는 크게 없었다. 하지만 핵심역량에 따른 분석에서는 Web 기반 수업은 핵심역량별로 빈도의 차이가 크지 않는 반면, 첨단기술 수업은 핵심역량별로 다소 차이가 큼을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 과학교육에 주는 시사점으로 디지털 리터러시를 강조한 과학 수업의 활용을 높일 필요가 있다.

Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

인공지능, 빅데이터, 로봇 등의 디지털 신기술 분야의 급격한 성장에 따라 정부와 교육기관들은 신기술 분야에서 요구되는 역량을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위한 교육과정들을 개발하고 있다. 그러나 교육과정 개발 및 운영의 근간이 되는 역량 개념에 대한 정의가 불분명하여 교육과정 개발에 어려움을 빚고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 신기술 분야의 교육과정을 개발하는데 필요한 역량을 정의하는 것을 연구 목적으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 문헌 연구 분석을 통해 기존 문헌에서의 역량 정의와 특성을 파악한다. 이후 신기술 분야 전문가와의 심층 인터뷰 통해 선행연구로부터 도출된 정의에 대한 검증과 추가적인 의견을 수집하고 신기술 교육과정에 적합한 역량 정의를 최종적으로 도출한다. 연구 결과, 신기술 교육과정 개발을 위한 역량은 "주어진 업무를 기대하는 수준에 맞게 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 지식 및 기술의 집합"으로 정의하였다. 또한 역량의 핵심 구성 요소인 지식 및 기술과 역량의 구성 원리를 도출하였다. 이러한 역량 정의와 특성은 신기술 분야 교육과정을 체계적이고 효과적으로 구성하는 데 기여할 뿐만 아니라, 교육과 실무 간의 격차를 줄이는 데에도 활용될 수 있다. 나아가 본 연구 결과는 지속적으로 새로운 지식과 기술이 축적되는 신기술 분야 기업들의 지식 경영 체계 구축에도 기여할 수 있다.

본 연구는 컨설턴트의 학습동기 및 의지가 기업가정신과 역량에 미치는 영향 및 기업가 정신의 매개효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 검증결과 학습동기 및 학습의지는 기업가정신의 혁신성과 진취성에 역량의 능력과 지식에 영향이 있었으나 기업가정신의 위험감수성, 컨설턴트 역량의 자세와는 영향이 없거나 미미했다. 기업가정신중 혁신성과 진취성이 컨설턴트의 역량에 긍정적인 영향이 있었으며 위험감수성은 무의미 했다 한편 기업가정신의 매개효과 검증결과 혁신성과 진취성은 학습동기가 능력에 미치는 영향을 완전매개, 지식에 미치는 영향은 부분매개하였으며 학습의지가 컨설턴트의 능력 또는 지식에 미치는 영향에는 혁신성은 부분매개효과가, 진취성은 매개효과가 없었다. 연구결과 학습동기와 의지관리를 통해 기업가정신과 컨설턴트의 역량 함양이 가능하며 특히 컨설턴트 역량 함양을 위해서는 기업가정신의 혁신성 진취성 교육이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.
