The purpose of this study to understand collaborative process and the capabilities of the firm impact on innovation performance in convergence environment. To achieve the purpose, research model was empirically tested with a survey from 162 employees from 4 Korea manufacturing companies and 1 USA company. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). As a result, collaboration process, learning capability and operation capability have significant and positive impact on innovation performance. It is a meaningful result that the collaboration process improve the innovation performance of firms through the operation capability and the learning capability.

This study analyzed the effects of SMEs' open innovation capabilities and organization capabilities to lead these innovations on corporate performance. For this purpose, an empirical analysis was conducted targeting 250 small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) employee. The empirical study results are as follows. Absorptive capability, relational capability, CEO's innovativeness, employee's innovativeness, and decision-making openness had a significant positive (+) effect on the non-financial performance of SMEs. It was analyzed that multiplicative capability did not significantly affect non-financial performance. On the other hand, absorptive capability, relational capability, CEO's innovativeness, and decision-making openness had a significant positive (+) effect on the financial performance of SMEs. It was analyzed that multiplicative capability and employee's innovativeness did not significantly affect financial performance. Decision-making openness and absorptive capability were analyzed as factors that have an most important influence on a company's financial and non-financial performance. Based on these research results, academic and practical implications were presented.

The amount of digital content grows exponentially by the development of the internet and the change of computing environments and the target also is getting wider. The industry using this digital content has been growing greatly. However, the distribution of pirated digital content is increasing using internet because digital content is easy to store and transmit and the damage is growing. In this paper, we propose safety trading system which can conceal the author's information safely in digital content in order to block illegal distribution of digital content. ARIA encryption algorithm is used to protect the concealed information of author in digital content and it is a help to track the illegal traders by doing fingerprinting of buyer information to digital content and managing the transaction information. The technical support for copyright dispute is to allow by providing the capability to verify illegal edit to original digital contents.

In this paper, hardware design and implementation of digital controller for the High Precision Digital Power Supply (HPDPS) based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is presented. Developed digital controller is composed of high resolution Digital Pulse Width Modulation (DPWM) and high resolution analog to digital converter circuit with anti-aliasing filter. And Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has the capability of a few micro-second calculation time for one feedback loop. 32-bit DSP and DPWM with 150[ps] step resolution is used to implement the HPDPS. Also 18-bit 2 mega sample per second ADC board is adopted for the developed digital controller. Also, hardware structure of the developed digital controller and experimental results of the first prototype board for HPDPS is described.

It is being emphasized that management of core process is another crutial factor in the development of a product, besides of management of quality factors for the product itself. The study purposes to introduce process quality concept to digital contents market, and also aimes at meauring of process maturity, based on level 2 and 3 of Capability Maturity Model, for domestic companies especially devoted to digital contents area. The result shows that the maturity level of most of companies surveyed is very low and that mobile and game fields are slightly more matured than animation field. The paper also proposes some of future efforts to be made fur improving maturity level of digital contents companies.

The purpose of this study is to identify a core competencies of the smart worker which most needed in the Smart Work 2.0 environment and to define the competence model of smart worker that can be most applied to. Smart worker for the core competence model as a originality & innovation competence and social skills, digital capability and the capacity of each organic connection to each other is very necessary. Such a smart worker competencies needed to strengthen the three related to the smart foundation for a smart network that will help encourage a very important role is considered.

In this paper, we propose a time-to-digital converter (TDC) with compensation capability for PVT (process, voltage, and temperature) variations. A typical delay line-based TDC measures time based on the inverter's propagation delay, making it fundamentally sensitive to PVT variations. This paper presents a method to minimize the resolution change of TDC by compensating for the propagation delay caused by the PVT variations. Additionally, it dopts Cyclic Vernier TDC (CVTDC) structure to provide a wide input detection range. The proposed CVTDC with PVT compensation function is designed using a 45nm CMOS process, consumes 8mW of power, offers a TDC resolution of 5 ps, and has an input detection range of about 5.1 ns.

This study examines whether personal traits and globalization capability would affect the entrepreneurial intention. Survey using questionnaires was conducted toward 257 male and female adults aged 21 above across the nation. The analysis of the data shows that the desire for self-fulfillment, risk-taking propensity and sense of self-efficiency as personal traits have positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. And the globalization capability as mediating variable has meaningful influence on entrepreneurial intention, that is, globalization capability under the control of respective personal trait makes positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Current study would support the potential entrepreneur and the educator to create effective entrepreneurial education program.

This study aims to analyze the predict capability of some of the popular software NHPP reliability models(Goel-Okumo model, delayed S-shaped reliability model and Rayleigh distribution model). The predict capability analysis will be on two key factors, one pertaining to the degree of fitment on available failure data and the other for its prediction capability. Estimation of parameters for each model was used maximum likelihood estimation using first 80% of the failure data. Comparison of predict capability of models selected by validating against the last 20% of the available failure data. Through this study, findings can be used as priori information for the administrator to analyze the failure of software.

The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting technology innovation of the innovative IT SMEs. A research model is established based on the previous studies on the technology innovation of SMEs. The model consists of independent variables (Adhocracy culture, R&D capability, IT capability, Leadership, and Appraisal & Reward), an intermediate variable (Knowledge management), and dependent variables (product/service innovation and process innovation). Major research results can be summarized as follows: IT SMEs pursuing technology innovation should: (1) pay attention to innovation oriented culture, IT capability, and evaluation & compensation systems of the company; (2) recognize that knowledge management is an essential activity performed by the company; (3) strengthen the R&D capabilities of the company by not only exerting internal efforts but establishing cooperative network with various parties; and (4) resolve the decoupling problem of the evaluation & compensation system.
