The present study was investigates the effect of the parameters on the frost formation and heat transfer performance such as fin shape, air temperature and air velocity. Heat transfer rate and pressure drop by frost were experimentally investigated. Effect of the wet blub temperature and air velocity on the heat transfer performance has been also investigated. The heat transfer performance of the louver fin and tube type heat exchanger was higher by maximum of 0.85% than the corrugate fin type at the air temperature of $2.0/1.5^{\circ}C$. As the wet blub temperature of air were increased, the heat transfer rate, pressure drop and mass of frost of three test models were increased. Especially, the maximum heat transfer rate and maximum pressure drop were shown for the Type B louver fin heat exchanger. As an experimental result, the enhancement factor(EF) of louver fin and tube type heat exchanger was only $0.2{\sim}0.4$ due to the high pressure drop.

The presence of non-condensable gases as an additional thermal resistance inside a refrigerating circuit has been found for a general refrigerator, The effect of non-condensable gases was varied by controlling the injection amount of dry air into the refrigerating circuit to increase a thermal resistance. Energy consumption tests for the refrigerator were conducted under the various amounts of non-condensable gases. The tested refrigerating circuit was the household refrigerator. As the molar fraction of non-condensable gases was increased from 0% to 1.46%, the amount of energy consumption was found to increase up to 25%. The increase of the amount of non-condensable gases in refrigerating circuit was found to result in increasing the condensation temperature at the condenser and decreasing the evaporation temperature at the evaporator, which were presumably caused by the low specific heat and increased partial pressure of non-condensable gas.

모바일 및 무선 플랫폼등의 소형 정보기기의 사용에 있어 제기되는 가장 큰 문제점은 디스플레이 공간과 입력장치의 제약이며 소형 디스플레이 정보기기에서 정보검색의 효율성과 제 검색에 있어 여러가지 문제점을 야기시킨다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는데 이중 정보시각화 기법은 데이터간의 관계가 명확하여 특정분야의 정보를 찾아내고 분석 하는데 효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 소형 디스플레이 정보기기 중 PMP (Portable Multimedia Player)에서 음악 화일 검색을 위한 정보 검색 방식을 3차원 정보시각화 기법을 활용하여 소형 디스플레이에서의 사용성의 한계를 해결하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적으로 디자인된 Navigation System은 기존 제품에서 선행된 검색방법보다 빠르고 다양한 검색과 사용자로 하여금 조작에 있어 몰입할 수 있는 감성적 만족을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, PMP뿐 아니라 소형 디스플레이를 가진 다양한 미디어에 적용 가능할 것으로 본다.

In this study, we attempted to provide a distinctive cognitive, emotional 'Auditory User Interface (AUI) Design Guideline' according to home appliance groups and their functions. It is an effort to apply a new design method to practical affairs to overcome the limit of GUI centered appliance design and reflect user multimodal properties by presenting a guideline possible to generate auditory signals intuitively associable with the operational functions. The reason why this study is required is because of frequent instances given rise to annoyance as not systematic application of AUI, but arbitrary mapping. This study tried to provide a useful guideline of AUI in home appliances by extracting the relations with cognitive, emotional properties of a certain device or function induced by several properties of auditory signal and showing the empirical data on the basic mechanism of such relations.

In case of marine accidents, the nature of the sea tends to eliminate much of the track, making it another hardship in evidence adoption in case of an international dispute along with the false entries of fishing vessels' journals. Marine Digital Forensics Protects the functions of computers and IT appliance on vessels and extracts evidence of voyage and accidents to resolve international dispute. The digital evidence, if tampered with its integrity, my lead to the rejection to a critical claim or may even fail to make a case. As a solution, this thesis suggests Marine Digital Forensics as a way to extract evidence and prove a claim. This may be utilized as means of scientific investigation on sea as overseas exchange increases and the vessels digitalize, leading to a solution in international disputes that may occur in the future.

There are interferences between the teeth to be moved and the clear aligner made from setup. These interferences generate forces which move teeth to the desired position. However, these can cause incomplete tooth capture of clear aligner. When these interferences exceed the acceptable deformation of aligner, unwanted intrusion of teeth to be moved occurs. When correction of rotation or tipping of teeth is attempted, intrusion prevails before rotation or tipping. However, clear aligner can induce labiolingual tipping or intrusion easily. To achieve preliminary alignment including control of rotation and tipping, NiTi archwires with fixed appliance can be used first, and then clear aligner can be used for finishing in mild Class I maloccusion cases. For this purpose, clear aligner can be made using a digital setup and 3D printing. To move teeth using a clear aligner, tooth capture is critical. To improve tooth capture of clear aligners, slingshot or vertical elastics can be used. These were discussed with illustrations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how Storytelling in Mathematics Instruction effects students' mathematical communication apprehension. In order to do this, I selected two grade six classes with no significant difference on the Communication Apprehension(CA) test. I applied normal story telling and digital story telling to each of the classes for ten weeks then analyzed the effects through the post CA test. As a result, for Normal Storytelling Class (NSC), there was no meaningful difference in the ex ante and ex post CA test results. However, for Digital Storytelling Class (DSC), there was a meaningful difference in regards to the communication apprehension subgroup. Also, between the two NSC and DSC groups' post CA results, there was a meaningful difference in mathematics lesson and subgroup factors. Consequently, these results suggest the appliance of Digital Storytelling helps lower CA in $6^{th}$ graders participation in math class and subgroup.

Development and diffusion of a new and renewable energy are acutely required at domestic energy actualities to be inferior as industrialization is accelerated, and use of information electric appliance is increased rapidly. For the diessemination and practical use of new and renewable energy, this paper presents an unified security management system that is efficiently able to acquire operational status date and control distributed generation facilities. Also, the unified security management system is suggested to protect gathered operational status date from unpredictable problems such as computer virus, spy ware, and any other network problems.
