관계에 어려움이 있는 중년기 여성의 모래놀이치료 사례연구 (A Case Study of Sandplay Therapy with a Middle-Aged Woman Having Difficulty in Relationships)

  • This study explored the sandplay therapy case of a middle-aged woman having difficulty with interpersonal relationships and wanting to increase her self-identity. The goal of the therapy was to change her relationships with others by self-examination and becoming conscious of her negative animus and femininity in a free and protected space provided by sandplay therapy. Forty-five therapy sessions were held. The client exhibited her lonesomeness and fantasies by making sandtrays of a house she would like to live in, a park she would like to relax at and dreams she would like to fulfill in the initial phase of therapy (1~8, Who am I?). In the intermediate phase of therapy (9~33, Meeting myself), she displayed scenes of her negative self and breaking away from her negative self by making sandtrays of shadows, deaths, creations, a soaring scene and a disappearing alligator. In the final phase of therapy (34~45, Discovery of the real Self), she showed scenes of her meeting a positive self by making sandtrays of hope, coexistence, start, harmony and community. This study showed the effectiveness of sandplay therapy since the client' relationships with others were improved through her self-awareness by sandplay therapy in the free and protected space.

유아교사의 회복탄력성, 정서조절 어려움, 유아 문제행동 지도전략 간의 관계 (The Relationships Among Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience, Difficulty in Emotional Regulation, and Teaching Strategies for Children with Behavior Problems)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among teachers' resilience, difficulty in emotional regulation, and teaching strategies for behavior problems of children. Methods: A total of 200 day care and kindergarten teachers were surveyed. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Results: First, teachers' resilience, difficulty in emotional regulation and teaching strategies for children with behavior problems were significantly related. Teachers' resilience showed a positive correlation with teachers' positive prevention and reaction strategies but showed a negative correlation with teachers' negative reaction strategies. Among the teachers' difficulty in emotional regulation, the factor of difficulty for impulsive control and lack of attention showed negative correlations with teachers' prevention and positive reaction strategies. Second, teachers' resilience and difficulty in emotional regulation significantly explained the teaching strategies for children with behavior problems. Teachers' resilience was found to be the most important variable explaining teaching strategies for children with behavior problems. Conclusion/Implications: This study revealed that teachers' resilience and difficulties in emotional regulation were important psychological and emotional characteristics for teachers when teaching children with behavior problems.

경제적 어려움이 아동의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 -부모-자녀 관계 및 또래관계의 매개효과를 중심으로- (The effect of economic difficulty on children's quality of life - focused on mediation effect of parent-child and peer relationships -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediation effects of relationships of parent-child and between-peers based on the effects of economic difficulty on quality of life of elementary school students. Data was obtained from students (N= 493) at seven elementary schools in Choongbuk Province and analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 5.0. The major findings are as follows: economic difficulty gives a direct effect on elementary students' quality of life and is mediated with parent-child and between-peers relationships. Also, economic difficulty influences children's quality of life when a parent-child relationship is combined with a between-peers relationship. On the basis of these results, this study suggests that welfare centers and elementary schools have to teach students to have desirable sense of value. Also, schools need to provide education programs for parents to improve parent-child relationship and various activities for students to develop between-peers relationship.

노인의 자살사고에 대한 스트레스의 영향정도 (The Influences of Perceived Stresses on Suicidal Ideation in Older Adults)

  • Purpose: The purposes of the study were to understand the levels of older adults' perceived stresses in terms of family relationship, physical health, financial difficulty, death of family members, and household environment, and to identify the influences of the stresses on their suicidal ideation. Methods: The subjects were 302 older adults residing in Daegu, Korea. The data were collected by questionnaires between March and April 2007. Results: Older adults perceived the highest level of stress from the death of family members and had high levels of stresses from physical health, family relationships, financial difficulty, and household environment in order. The variables influencing suicidal ideation were stresses from family relationships, physical health, and financial difficulty. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it is recommended that nurses provide in-depth screening of suicide risk for older adults who visit general health care settings through the identification of the levels of stresses in terms of family relationships, physical health, and financial difficulty. It is further suggested to provide collaborative interventions between primary health care providers and psychiatric professionals for suicide prevention and treatment in older adults.

어머니의 자녀양육에 대한 사회적 관계망과 양육곤란도 지각과의 관계 (Relationships between Maternal support network and perceptions of parenting task difficulty)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe maternal social networks and to examine their relationships to maternal perceptions of parenting task difficulty. One hundred and thirty-three mothers of preschool children responded to a questionnaire indicating individuals in their networks, support functions, and perceptions of task difficulty. Mothers reported an average of 6.5 persons in their networks, including primarily with her own mother, the husband, mother-in-law, and sisters. While support was provided mainly by her husband and her own family members, the kinds of support varied depending on the person in networks. It was also found that support functions were different in terms of maternal job status, sex of the child, and the child's previous experience in day care or early childhood education settings. Emotional support from networks was significantly related to parenting task difficulty, especially in daily routine care. Mothers who perceived more emotional support from networks reported parenting to be less difficult.

부산지역 중소병원 임상영양사의 직무 중요성 인식도, 수행도 및 난이도 조사 (Comparison Study on Perception of Job Importance, Job Performance, and Job Difficulty in Clinical Dietitians at Small and Medium Hospitals in Busan)

  • This study aimed to compare perception of job importance, job performance, and job difficulty between clinical dietitians working at small and medium hospitals in Busan. The survey was conducted from July 15 to August 31, 2014, and data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The mean scores for perception of job importance, job performance, and job difficulty of clinical dietitian's task elements were 3.88, 2.87, and 3.18 out of 5.0, respectively. Perception of job importance had a positive relationship with job performance. However, job performance showed a negative relationship with job difficulty. There were strong positive relationships among nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, nutrition monitoring & evaluation, nutrition research in perception of job importance (P<0.05, P<0.01). Nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, and nutrition research showed positive relationships with job performance (P<0.05, P<0.01). There was also a positive relationship among clinical dietitian's task with job difficulty (P<0.05, P<0.01). These results suggest that it would be effective to adopt training programs for appropriate nutrition service and to provide continuous education programs for professional development.

The Study on the Ralationships between Productivity and Job Satisfaction in Small Group Activities -Korea and Japan Comparison-

  • This paper studied on the relationships between productivity and job satisfaction in small group activities. The researches were practiced with the same method which prof. Rao of Babson university et al.(1987) did on autonomous work groups in U.S.A.. The researcher divided companies of Korea and Japan into similar small groups such as high productive groups and low productive groups in each country and analyzed their degree of job satisfaction. According to the result, high productive groups indicated higher degree of job satisfaction than low productive groups. In the case of Korea, besides activating QC circle activity, it is also necessary to equalize the difficulty of the works, or to set up the pay system taken the difficulty of the works into consideration. In the case of Japan, it is important to encourage good human relationships and member's cooperation and unity.

어머니의 사회적 관계망, 자녀양육에 대한 난이도 지각과 아동의 발달 (Maternal Support Networks, Perceptions of Parenting Difficulty, and Children's Development)

  • The main purpose of the study was to examine relationships of child development with maternal social networks and maternal perceptions of parenting difficulty. Subjects were 90 children, ages 4 and 5, with their mothers. Child development was measured by School Readiness Test, peer nomination, and social competency ratings by teachers. Mothers responded to a questionnaire regarding social networks and parenting difficulty. The major findings of the study include: 1) Employed mothers reported receiving less emotional support and listed more in-laws and work colleagues in their social network than unemloyed mothers. 2) Mothers who perceived receiving more emotional support from networks reported less difficulty in parenting, especially in providing cognitive stimulation and daily routine care to their children. 3) Children's age and maternal perceptions of easiness in providing cognitive stimulation were the most contributing factors for predicting children's learning readiness and social competency.

교사-부모 관계에서 경험하는 유치원 교사의 어려움 (Kindergarten Teacher's Difficulties the Relationships between Teacher and Parents)

  • 본 연구는 유치원 현장에서 교사-부모 관계의 어려움을 살펴보고, 관계형성에 어려움을 주는 요소를 밝힘으로써 원만한 교사-부모 관계형성에 도움을 주고자 연구하였다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사-부모 관계에서 경험하는 유치원 교사의 어려움은 어떠한가, 둘째, 교사-부모 관계의 어려움에 대한 교사들의 자세는 어떠한가이다. 연구 참여자는 경상남도 C시에 근무하는 사립 유치원교사 15명으로 반구조화된 면담방식으로 실시되었다. 자료 분석에서 나타난 교사-부모 관계에서 경험하는 교사의 어려움에 대한 요인은 부모요인과 교사요인으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 교사는 부모의 성향과 요구에서 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 또한, 교사는 교사 자신의 입장에서 해석함으로써 어려움을 느끼고 있었으며, 이 어려움은 같은 문제를 다르게 해석하는 교사-부모 간 입장 차이와 교사들이 문제 상황에 대처해 나가면서 느끼는 개인적 감정변화로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-부모 관계의 어려움에 대한 교사들의 자세는 4가지로 나타났다.

부정교합의 객관적 정량분석: Part 2. 부정교합 요소들의 치료난이도에 미치는 영향 (The objective and quantitative analysis of malocclusion - Part 2. Influence of malocclusion components to treatment difficulty)

  • 부정교합의 진단과 치료계획 수립 및 치료방법에서 술자 간의 차이, 교정치료에서 환자간의 수용차이를 보이는 것은 부정교합의 인식 정도가 다양하기 때문이다 정부 및 민간 기관에서 보건정책의 계획과 집행은 체계적으로 진행된 과학적인 연구자료를 기초로 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구는 부정교합의 객관적 정량분석을 위한 마지막 단계로써 객관적인 부정교합의 경중도 (objective malocclusion severity) 와 주관적인 치료의 난이도 (subjective treatment difficulty)의 상관관계를 연구한 결과를 토대로 주관적인 치료의 난이도에 미치는 부정교합 구성요소의 영향을 평가한 후 치료의 난이도를 반영하는 부정교합 구성요소들의 가중치를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 , 치아모형 100쌍을 이용하여 경험 있는 치과교정의 8명이 주관적으로 측정한 치료의 난이도와 동료 평가등급 지수를 사용하여 측정한 객관적인 부정교합의 경중도 간의 상관관계를 연구하고, 각 부정교합의 구성요소별 치료난이도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 1) 이들간의 상관관계의 조사에서 객관적으로 계측한 부정교합의 경중도와 평가단의 치료 예상난이도 사이에는 유의한 관련성이 있었으며 2) 부정교합의 구성요소 별 치료 난이도의 관계를 구명하기 위하여, 주관적으로 느끼는 치료난이도의 인식에 있어 중요한 영향을 미치는 부정교합요소를 산정하였고, 3) 치료난이도를 반영하는 부정교합요소별 가중치를 산출하였다. 산출된 부정교합요소와 그 가중치는 전치돌출도가 5. 정중선일치가 4. 협측교합상태가 3, 전치피개도가 2 그리고 상악전치배열이 1 이었다. 4) 5개의 부정교합 요소와 가중치로 통계적인 검증을 거쳐 치료 난이도를 포함하는 부정교합 경중도의 객관적인 평가가 가능한 한국형 동료판정등급 가중지수를 개발하였다. 부정교합 요소에 대한 국내 치과교정의사들의 인식정도에 의하여 산출된 가중치를 이용한 동료판정등급 지수는 부정교합의 객관적 경중도 평가에 있어 치료의 주관적 난이도를 내포한 유용한 도구로서 국내 공공분야 및 전문분야에서 부정교합 난이도와 경중도의 객관적 그리고 정량적 평가를 가능하게 할 것으로 생각된다.
