The objective of this study was to explore a specific method and strategy for 'Global Leadership Program Model' in order to enhance global leadership, which will emphasize the aspect of open mind and attitude toward diversity, cross-culture, communication, and global manner. This research explored the concept and characteristics of global leadership and competency based education, and analyzed effectiveness of satisfaction and participation on global leadership programs implemented in K University and analyzed the learners' recognition on the experience. Also, the research integrated the values of global leadership with the strategies of competency-based education, and finally developed 'Global Leadership Program Model'. As a result, 'Global Leadership Program Model' might be able to help students use knowledge and skill in various contexts, and serve in the community with responsibility. It is expected that students could be facilitated to perform task and role communicating with others, and they might know exactly what learning outcome they are required to establish and what standard is used to evaluate the performance, so that this environment might motivate them and encourage them to follow the learning process more effectively.

This paper investigates the impact of monetary policy independence shock on bond yield by allowing for heterogeneous coefficients in the model based on panel data for 19 developing countries using quarterly data from 1991 to 2016. First, we estimate the model using conventional panel VAR estimation with the assumption of homogeneous coefficients across countries. Second, by performing Chow and Roy-Zellner tests to check the homogeneity assumption, we find that the assumption does not hold in the model. Third, we apply a mean-group estimation for panel VAR as a solution for heterogeneity panel model. The results reveal that central bank independence is effective in reducing bond yield with the maximum at period 6 after the shock. Shock one standard deviation bond yield has a negative effect on consumption and investment. We determine that central bank independence has a contradictory effect on real activity; a negative effect on consumption but a positive influence on investment for the first two years after the shock. Additionally, we split our sample into three groups to make the subgroups pool. Our empirical result shows that monetary policy independence shock reduces bond yield. Meanwhile, the response of economic activity to bond yield varies for all three groups.

The number of internet users rapidly increases, it has development of various learning method and education-contents. Currently, it has increasing of management, maintenance and reusing of education-contents through CMS (Content Management System) and SCORM(Shareable Content Object Reference Model) standard but actually, it has not more service for customer, In this paper, we propose CMS(Content Management System) using the supporting self learning method for increasing teaming effective of customer.

It is needed to evaluate information systems actively which has already developed to improve future performance of the organization and foster the activation of information system. The introduction or development of information system also can bring about a organizational success. To measure exactly the organizational performance of information systems, it is needed to develop a new valuation model for a specific information system from a objective pint of view, as well as to equip a standard methodology using BSC measurement. The information system valuation from a objective point of view is of importance as the basic information for the decision to obtain information system. This paper takes aim at investigating a new information system valuation model and developing a information system valuation system using case-based reasoning for predicting currency value of information system in each organization. A new information system valuation system is developed as a web-enabling base. Using this, users are able to estimate the value of specific information system on a real time efficiently.

Predicting radioactive fission product (FP) behaviors in the reactor coolant system and the containment of a nuclear power plant (NPP) is one of the major concerns in the field of reactor safety, since the amount of radioactive FP released into the environment during the postulated accident sequences is one of the major regulatory issues. Radioactive FPs circulating in the primary coolant loop and released into the containment are basically in the form of gas or aerosol. In this study, a multi-component and multi-sectional analysis module for aerosol fission products has been developed based on the MAEROS model [1,2], and the aerosol transport model has been developed and verified against an analytic solution. The deposition of aerosol FPs to the surrounding structural surfaces is modeled with recent research achievements. The developed aerosol analysis model has been successfully validated against the STORM SR-11 experimental data [3], which is International Standard Problem No. 40. Future studies include the development of the resuspension, growth, and chemical reaction models of aerosol fission products.

This paper intend to help rolling stock industry to define & innovate process and finally obtain certificate for achievement of CMMI V1.2 from SEI authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser through the introduction experienced by Hyundai Rotem Company(car-builder and supplier of electronic & electrical equipment) such as why CMMI-based process definition & improvement are planned and how each processes of CMMI V1.2 Level 3 have been implementing and how obtaining the certificate of CMMI Maturity Level 3 of CMMI for Development V1.2 staged representation etc. This paper shows the introduction to CMMI V1.2 model, process improvement methodology and CMMI appraisal on the basis of Standard $CMMI^{SM}$ Appraisal Method for Process Improvement($SCAMPI^{SM}$), V1.2. And, this paper shows about what kinds of activities/practices of 18 processes(CMMI Maturity Level 3) is essentially implemented to satisfy their's specific goal and general geal through Hyundai Rotem Company's experiences. This paper shows the advantage and problem by adopting CMMI V1.2 model. Especially, it present the corrective/preventive actions against the identified problem in order to improve processes.

Being able to resolve huge problems deriving from integration of information systems in-house or business to business, the web service that uses the XML standard technology has recently taken a quick dominance the next generation e-business bases. It's one constant concern how to integrate, change, and maintain such systems as based on certain technologies according to the changes to information technology, which is on the ongoing process of evolution. To help solve those problems, OMG suggested a new software architecture called MDA(Model Driven Architecture). MDA runs a process that establishes a platform independent model(PIM), which is an analysis model used as part of the existing development procedures, and automatically converts it into a platform specific model(PSM), a design model, based on the established PIM. Such automatic conversion has lots of benefits including easy support for diverse platforms, reducing the coding time that usually consume a great deal of the developer's effort, and facilitating quality control in the aspect of development processes. By applying the MDA development process to a new web service development, you can choose web service as the target platform at the PIM of MDA and express PSM with a web service model, WSDL. This study set out to classify the web service development or integration processes by the provider md requester to identify the types of web service development processes, and to apply the MDA development process to web service development, thus suggesting a new kind of web service development process that can be referred to by both the web service provider and requester.

Recently, BIM(Building Information Modeling),which has been an issue in construction work, has been focused on as a new alternative of building industry for way out of crisis by slowing down and decreasing of orders in construction industry. Research for introducing BIM to the architectural field is already proceeding actively at home and abroad. However, civil engineering is so nonrecurring, horizontal, and different from regular construction works that it a large amount of information occurs because of wide range of project, which causes construction firms and design engineers to have some questions whether their initial investment cost would work or not and feel uncomfortable with the cost. In this study, technology level in engineering firms were surveyed for adapting BIM to domestic civil engineering. Development direction of BIM standard information model was drawn through awareness change analysis of BIM in civil engineering, as well. Deduced development direction is composed of guide development, system development, deliverable check and international standard proposal. The outcome will be employed as preliminary data for the study on development of infrastructure BIM standard and deliverable check system in civil engineering.

The International Maritime Organization's e-Navigation strategy is to introduce new technologies to ships to support easier and safer navigation. With the e-Navigation strategy, various equipment will be installed in vessels and the system structure will be linked to onshore systems. For this reason, a common data structure between systems became necessary, and finally the S-100 standard developed by the International Hydrographic Organization was selected. This paper describes a design of marine casualty data model based on the S-100 standard. The data model of the S-100 standard is designed in the form of a UML class diagram, and the final encoding follows the GML / XML format. We will look at the S-100 standard and product specifications under development, and describe the S-100 standards-based data design and portrayal definition of marine accident data.

The chemokine receptor CCR1 a GPCR super family protein contains seven transmembrane domains. It plays an important role in rheumatoid arthritis, organ transplant rejection, Alzheimer's disease and also causes inflammation. Because of its role in disease processes, antagonism of CCR1 became an attractive therapeutic target. In the current study, we have taken a novel series of recently reported CCR1 antagonist of 1-(4-Phenylpiperazin-1-yl_-2-(1H-Pyrazol-1-yl) ethanone derivatives and performed a HQSAR analysis. The model was developed with Atom (A) and bond (B) parameters and with different set of atom counts to improve the model. The results of HQSAR showed good predictive ability in terms of $r^2$ (0.904) and $q^2$ (0.590) with 0.710 as standard error of prediction and 0.344 as standard error of estimate. The contribution map depicted the atom contribution in inhibitory effect. Compound-14 which was reported to be a highly active compound showed positive atom contribution in three R groups ($R^3$. $R^{5a}$ and $R^{2b}$) in inhibitory effect, which could be the reason why this compound is highly active compound whereas, the lowest active compound-6 showed negative contribution to inhibitory effect.
