The wearing comfort of garment is governed by two kinds of characteristics such as moisture and thermal transport properties and mechanical properties of fabrics. The porosity influenced by yarn and fabric structural parameters is known as main factor for wearing comfort of garment related to the moisture and thermal transport properties. This study investigated effect of porosity of composite yarns to the moisture and thermal comfort properties of composite fabrics made of hollow composite DTY and ATY yarns. The theoretical porosity and pore size were inversely proportional to cover factor of fabric, but cover factor was not correlated with experimental pore size. The wicking property of hydrophobic PET filament fabric showed inferior result irrespective of porosity, pore size and cover factor. The drying rate was superior at composite fabrics with high pore size and low cover factor, and pore size was dominant factor for drying property. On the other hand, thermal conductivity of composite fabric was mainly influenced by cover factor and not influenced by porosity. Air permeability was influenced by both porosity and cover factor and was highly increased with increasing porosity and decreasing fabric cover factor.

Although the investment size of R&D in Aviation and Aerospace Industries is increasing, R&D performance has not been quite good considering resources invested in it. This study is to find which R&D critical factors affect R&D Performance in aviation and aerospace industries. According to the result of research, a technology provider factor, an organization factor, a system factor and a market environment factor influence positively on financial performance, and a policy factor influences negatively on financial performance. Otherwise, a technology provider factor and an organization factor influence positively on non financial performance, and technology factor influences negatively on non financial performance. Thus, personnel involved in R&D of Aviation and Aerospace Industries should develop policy and system taking positive and negative factors to improve R&D performance. It could lead to take the better performance from R&D in Aviation and Aerospace Industires.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to confirm the exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis of the burden of 119 emergency medical technicians. Methods: The data collection period was from November 2, 2022 to November 6, 2022. This study had 316 subjects, and the collected data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's α coefficient using IBM SPSS statistics 27.0. Results: The reliability was .924. The exploratory factor analysis yielded the following information: the first factor was lack of violence policy, the second factor was conflict between the organization and the paramedics, the third factor was lack of psychological support, and the fourth factor was lack of education and communication. The explanation power of 4 factors was 54.31%. Conclusion: This study is significant as it performs exploratory factor analysis as a preliminary step in the development of a burden measurement tool.

An analytical model was developed to understand the physics and predict the functional performance of a pin puller. The formulated model is based on one-dimensional gas dynamics for an ideal gas. Resistive forces against pin shaft movement were measured in quasi-static mechanical tests, the results of which were incorporated into the model. The expansion chamber pressure and the pin shaft displacement were measured from an actual firing test and compared to the model prediction. The gas generation rate was adjusted by a correction factor, and the heat transfer rate was obtained through parametric analysis. The validity of the model is assessed for additional firing tests with different amounts of pyrotechnic charge. This model can provide knowledge on how the pin puller functions, and on which design parameters contribute the most to the actuation of the pin puller. Using this model, we estimate the functional safety factor by comparing the energy generated by the pyrotechnic charge to the energy required to accomplish the function.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of rural cultural tourism factors on brand image of agricultural products. First, hardware component has a positive(+) effect on agricultural product brand image in part. Second, software component has a positive(+) effect on agricultural product brand image in part. Third, human resource factors have a positive (+) effect on agricultural product brand image in part The results showed that rural culture tourism constituent factor is an important factor affecting the image of agricultural products. This means that rural tourism can be an important factor in local income generation such as sales of agricultural products and regional development. It is necessary to develop strategies for rural development and income increase such as enhancement of attractiveness of rural cultural tourism elements and differentiation. In other words, the development of various strategies for rural cultural tourism elements can contribute to the image and activation of agricultural products.

This study was implemented to suggest various indicators of collection evaluation for collection development policy in public libraries. For the sake of the exploratory research, this study tried to show the usability of indicators of collection evaluation through actual data of a case study. Also to analyze indicators of collection evaluation, this study used the ten years circulation records of the Gwangjin District Public Library in Seoul. Majors indicators of collection evaluation were the rate of use and use factor of purchasing books by annual, the rate of use and use factor of librarian's recommended books by annual, the rate of non circulating books by annual, and the rate of use by residence annually.

This study developed and validated a 'Parent-child Lexical Interaction Scale for Preschoolers (PLIS-P)'. First, we developed the preliminary scale with 7 factors after reviewing previous literature related to vocabulary and literacy instruction for young children and reflected on feedback from child studies experts and mothers with young children. Subsequently, to validate the scale, the online survey was conducted on mothers with 5-to 6-year-old children who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Gyeongsang, Chungcheong, Jeolla, Gangwon, and Jeju. Responses from 309 mothers were used to conduct exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. The results were as follows. First, the result of exploratory analysis showed that the model with 7 factors was satisfactory: (1) vocabulary exposure, (2) word elaboration, (3) scaffolding, (4) play activity, (5) conventional instruction, (6) word type awareness instruction, (7) word morphology instruction. Second, confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the good fit of the model. Third, the concurrent validity was confirmed by correlation analysis using EC-HOME. Last, the internal consistency reliability of each factor of PLIS-P was also confirmed. This study developed both a theoretical framework of parent-child lexical interaction and a Parent-child Lexical Interaction Scale for Preschoolers. This scale can be used by parents, practitioners, and researchers to acquire knowledge about interaction related to words between Korean parents and young children.

Game balance is an very important factor for game design, it is necessary factor to make game more fun. Most of game companies have been using their own balance method for successful game development. An efficient balance method always can't guarantee successful game development but it is true for game developer to need standard balance method for efficient game development. Fighting system between characters is mainly implemented in genre including action. Direct balance factors for fighting between characters are their characteristics and attack patterns. In this paper, We identify direct balance factors for game including fighting system between characters and propose mathematical method for it.

Many researches proposed different models and concepts for the PCK. It is important to understand its composition. Most studies investigated the development of PCK and its influence on students' learning from the teachers' perspectives. We developed an instrument for assessing middle school students' perceptions of mathematics teachers' PCK (SPOMTPCK) to investigate the nature of PCK. Theoretical claims and empirical research in PCK were used to design questions and sub-scales for the SPOMTPCK. The face validity of the instrument was established by the expert mathematics teachers and students. A questionnaire consisting of 38 items on a five-point Likert-type scale was used for data collection from 799 middle school students. The exploratory factor analyses resulted in the development of a three-factor scale of 17 items that was proved valid and reliable, that is, pedagogical representation, understanding students and curriculum, and encouraging students' engagement. The Cronbach α coefficients of the scale was 0.935, and the Cronbach α coefficient of three factors were ranged from 0.721 to 0.912. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire has good construct validity and the fit indexes are good. MANOVA analysis of variance revealed that the differences in mathematics teachers' PCK identified by students of different school types and grades were statistically significant. It is a validate measurement to evaluate the perceived mathematics teachers' PCK for middle school students.
