Few studies have specifically focused on the uncertainty of demand forecasting despite the fact that uncertainty is the one of greatest risks for governments and private partners in PPP projects. This study presents a methodology for finding robust contract conditions considering uncertainty in travel demand forecasting in a PPP project. Through a case study of an urban railway PPP project in Korea, this study uncovered the risk of excessive government payments to private partners due to the uncertainty in contracted forecast ridership levels. The results allow the suggestion that robust contract conditions could reduce the expected total level of government payments and lower user fees while maintaining profitability of the project. This study offers a framework that assists contract negotiators and gives them more information regarding financial risks and vulnerabilities and helps them to quantify the likelihood of these vulnerabilities coming into play during PPP projects.

The initial film flow development of the high-pressure swirl spray was investigated at different injector operating conditions to analyze film flow development and to provide the input data for the modeling works. This result can be also useful to verify the previously simulated results. The initial flow conditions such as liquid film thickness, flow angle and flow divergence are obtained by visualizing the inside and near the nozzle flow with a microscopic imaging system. The visualized images are quantified using an image processing tool. From the information of liquid film thickness and flow angle, the initial axial and tangential velocity and the swirl number of the swirl spray are successfully determined at various operating conditions. The experimental results showed that the initial liquid film thickness, flow angle and flow divergence are remained constant when the injection pressure is increased. However, initial film conditions are severely changed when the fuel temperature is increased. The swirl number remained constant when the injection pressure is increased while it showed increased value at high fuel temperature condition.

Lignosus rhinocerus is a macrofungus that belongs to Polyporaceae and is native to tropical regions. This highly priced mushroom has been used as folk medicine to treat diseases by indigenous people. As a preliminary study to develop a culture method for edible mushrooms, the cultural characteristics of L. rhinocerus were investigated in a range of culture media under different environmental conditions. Mycelial growth of this mushroom was compared on culture media composed of various carbon and nitrogen sources in addition to C/N ratios. The optimal conditions for mycelial growth were $30^{\circ}C$ at pH 6 and 7. Rapid mycelial growth of L. rhinocerus was observed on glucose-peptone and yeast extract peptone dextrose media. Carbon and nitrogen sources promoting mycelial growth of L. rhinocerus were glucose and potassium nitrate, respectively. The optimum C/N ratio was approximately 10 : 1 using 2% glucose supplemented as a carbon source in the basal media.

If the new town development project begins with inappropriate location then it will be difficult to recruit tenants and the proportion of the infrastructure cost could increase. It is necessary to evaluate the feasibility of the new town development projects to solve this problem. This study aims to identify the current status of the new town development projects and draw up evaluation criteria by examining advanced researches. To identify the importance of each village, we set up the weights through analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation criteria were classified into location conditions and economical efficiency. In the case of location conditions, it was classified into available size, geographical conditions, and accessibility. As a result of analyzing the questionnaire, it was subdivided into officially assessed land prices in case of economic efficiency. This study had some limitations, that is we focused on the location conditions and economic feasibility among other factors. Therefore further study should contain analysis more on socio-cultural aspects such as residents' cooperation or will for this project. By adding results later, we can make more reasonable decisions when we choose appropriate area.

This paper analyzes how franchise contract conditions are influenced by business structures as well as how contract conditions affect producer surplus by utilizing Korean franchise Information Disclosure Documents for the years 2014-2016. We find that franchise fees tend to increase in line with increases in the numbers of direct stores or the business period. Accordingly, it would be reasonable to check whether the franchise fee is excessive compared to the amount of reputation capital rather than to criticize the absolute level of the franchise fee. Regarding royalty contracts, the larger the discount in the raw materials purchase is, the higher the initial royalty is. Although this appears to be a royalty discount, it can be a means of inducing a raw materials purchase contract by initially setting a high royalty rate and then lowering it after the purchase contract is signed. Concerning the effect on producer surplus, the results show that an increase in franchise fees and royalties negatively affects the franchisee's operating profits but positively affects those of the franchisor's, leading to conflicts over the distribution of economic value added. Based on the findings here, we propose various policy recommendations, specifically reinforcing the contents in the Information Disclosure Document, further activating fixed-rate royalties, and strengthening the qualifications of franchisors when recruiting franchisees.

The presented research is devoted to determining the role of the mechanism of attracting investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of transformation using the process approach. It is proved that the process approach is dominant for this study because investments are considered as a process of investing in innovative development in the enterprise in the context of digitalization, and its application allows to take into account the impact on the mechanism of attracting investment resources. related to the mechanism of attracting investment resources of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for innovative development in the context of digitalization is a specific way of organizing, mobilizing and using investment resources for innovative development of the enterprise in the context of digitalization under the influence of economic development laws, government regulation. The effectiveness of attracting investment resources in innovative development is ensured by the mechanism that exists in the enterprise. The mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of digitalization gives the chance to define an optimum ratio between sources and volume of attraction of investments in innovation sphere.

In ACI 318-19 published recently, the conditions and development length equation to use the headed deformed bars were changed considerably. Although the use of the larger-diameter(No.14 and 18) headed deformed bars isn't yet permitted, the use of the high strength(80,000psi) headed deformed bars is permitted and the effect of bar-diameter($d_b$) on the development length is increased considerably. Therefore, structures using larger-diameter headed deformed bars will be expected to be affected by this code change. We will study the effect of the code change on the development design and find out the design optimization method to minimize the effect of the changed conditions and development length equation.

The article reveals the problems of aesthetic education of young people as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual in the modern conditions of the information society. Aesthetic education should contribute to the formation of a creatively active personality. The basis of aesthetic education of young people in the modern conditions of the information society is the core of artistic culture - art as a unique form of public consciousness that contributes to the spiritual development and improvement of the inner world of a person. The main tasks of aesthetic education are highlighted. It is focused on the formation of aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic behavior of the individual. The formation of true aesthetic and spiritual values of students is impossible without a deep awareness of the national foundations of culture, which combines science (including technology), education, art, morality, way of life and worldview, and most importantly its information component - information culture. The effectiveness of aesthetic education of students largely depends on the skillful use of various methods and means by teachers. Aesthetic education of students involves a qualitative change in the level of their aesthetic culture in the modern conditions of the information society. In the era of information and computer technologies, the main Institute for aesthetic education of young people, as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual, is mass media. Television stands out especially because it has several information series (audio and video sequence), multiplied by the efficiency of providing information that increases several times compared to paper media, which allows you to report directly during the event.

넙치의 혈청 단백질체를 연구하기 위해 본 연구에서는 이차원전기영동 분석 시의 기본조건을 확립하였다. 넙치의 혈청단백질을 이차원전기영동 법으로 분석하기 위해서는 TCA 침전을 이용하여 혈청 내에 고농도로 존재하는 이온물질을 제거하는 전처리과 정이 반드시 요구되었다. 또한 분석 단백질의 농도는 $30{\mu}g$이 적당하였다. 넙치 10개체의 혈청단백질을 이용하여 총 51회의 이차원전기영동을 수행한 결과 1,8207개의 단백질로 이루어진 넙치 혈청단백질 표준 지도를 작성할 수 있었다.

소음지도를 활용하여 개발계획의 수립단계에서 환경소음을 사전에 예방하기 위한 방안을 제안하였으며 도시기본계획의 전략환경평가와 도시개발사업의 환경영향평가를 대상으로 하였다. 도시기본계획의 전략환경평가에서는 도시지역의 개발계획내용과 소음지도 제작결과를 상호 비교 검토하여 환경소음의 영향을 고려한 계획의 타당성과 입지의 적정성을 검토하고 도시지역의 소음현황과 개발계획의 시행으로 인한 소음영향을 종합적으로 평가하여 그에 따른 장기적인 저감대책을 수립하는 것을 포함한다. 도시개발사업의 환경영향평가에서는 소음지도를 통한 개발지역 주변의 소음현황 파악, 환경소음의 현황과 개발사업으로 인한 소음영향에 대한 종합적인 평가, 다양한 소음저감방안 적용에 따른 소음지도 제작결과의 비교 검토를 통한 최적의 대책 마련 등을 포함한 소음지도 활용방안을 제안하였다.
