  • In this paper, we propose a electrical/mechanical method to effectively diagnose the local deterioration of a 10m long power shielded twist pair cable defined by the American Wire Gauge (AWG) 14 specification using electrical/mechanical methods. The rapid deterioration of the cable proceeded by using the heating furnace, which is based on the Arrhenius equations proceeds from 0 to 35 years with the deteriorated equivalent model. In this paper, we introduce a method to diagnose the characteristics of locally deteriorated cable by using $S_{21}$ phase and frequency change rate measured by vector network analyzer which is the electrical diagnostic method. The measured $S_{21}$ phase and rate of change of frequency show a constant correlation with the number of years of locally deteriorated cable, thus it can be useful for diagnosing deteriorated cables. The change of modulus due to deterioration was measured by a modulus measuring device, which is defined by the ratio of deformation from the force externally applied to the cable, and the rate of modulus change also shows a constant correlation with the number of years of locally deteriorated cable. Finally, By combining the advantages of electrical/mechanical diagnostic methods, we can efficiently diagnose the local deterioration in the power shielded cable.

Physical characteristics and evaluation of deteriorations class of a trail in Deogyusan National Park

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the deterioration of trail conditions and to obtain information for desirable maintenance and restoration of a trail in Deogyusan National Park. The physical characteristics of a trail were surveyed at a total of 412 sites over 79.8 km length. The average trail degree and width were found to be 14.31° and 1.60 m, respectively, while the average bare trail width was 1.40 m and the average maxim trail depth was 5.66 cm. Major deterioration types of trail were trail deepening (36.6%), rock exposure (33.9%), and root exposure (12.5%) in order of frequency. Deterioration classes of the trail were 0.626 km (0.8%), 3.110 km (3.9%) and 8.935 km (11.2%) for heavily, moderately, and lightly deteriorated, respectively, with a deterioration rate of 12.671 km (15.9%). Compared to other national parks, the ratio damaged trail to the total trail was 15.9%, which is slightly higher than other, including Jirisan National Park 9.6% (2019), Bukhansan National Park 13.6% (2019), Sokrisan National Park 11.7% (2019), Chiaksan National Park 12.3% (2015), and Woraksan National Park 10.5% (2015). The section of trail in Deokyusan National Park where the damage grade is analyzed as "Heavy" should therefore be restored in consideration of the field conditions. In particular, the damage status of the trail is expected to be greatly improved when the trail surface maintenance level is restored.

경복궁 석조조형물의 재질 및 손상특성 분석 (Material and Deterioration Characteristic Analysis for Stone Sculptures in Gyeongbokgung Royal Palace, Seoul)

  • 경복궁 석조조형물은 주로 화강암(884점, 96.7%)과 대리암(25점, 2.7%)으로 구성되었으며, 다양한 산지의 석재가 혼용되어 조성되었다. 이 석조조형물에서 나타나는 주요 손상은 균열(24%), 탈락(21%), 박리박락(36%), 입상분해(9%) 및 흑색변색(20%)으로써, 균열과 탈락은 높은 물리적 손상도에, 흑색변색은 높은 변색 손상도에 주로 기여하는 손상유형이다. 구역별로는 경회루(3등급 55%), 근정전(3등급 29%) 및 품계석(3등급 11%) 구역의 석조조형물에서 상대적으로 손상도가 높아 이들을 우선관리대상으로 설정하여 집중적으로 관리하고 정기모니터링 하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 품계석은 대리암으로 구성되어 외부환경에 노출될 시 풍화민감도가 크므로 강우와 일사를 제어할 수 있는 보호시설이 요구된다.

  • 감자튀김시 Silicone oil의 튀김유 산화방지효과에 대하여 검토하였다. 1. 감자튀김시 SO가 첨가된 튀김유가 SO가 첨가되지 않은 튀김유에 비하여 튀김유의 AV, Dielectiric constant, Smoke point, Oxidative stability 저하지연효과가 좋았으며, SO의 첨가량이 $1{\sim}10ppm$사이에 있어서는 튀김초기에는 큰 차이가 없으나 튀김시간이 길어질수록 SO의 첨가량이 많은 것이 산화에 대한 안정성이 높았다. 2. 감자튀김의 경우 SO를 $1{\sim}10ppm$의 사이로 첨가하면 튀김시 튀김유의 열화를 실용적으로 지연시킬 수 있었다.

노후 상수관망 개량 우선순위 결정을 위한 구역별 위험도 분석 (Risk analysis of the old pipe networks for priority determination of renovation)

  • 본 연구에서는 노후도를 보다 간단히 평가할 수 있는 운영지수 분석법을 개발하였고 이를 기존의 노후도 분석법과 비교 분석하였다. 청주시 상수관망에 적용하여 노후도를 비교 분석하였으며 사용성을 입증하였다. 기존의 간접평가법 분석결과, 율량동(구시가지), 내덕1동, 용암2동 상수관망의 노후도가 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 신뢰성해석을 통한 안전도 분석 결과 내덕1동 상수관망이 직경 200 mm, 300 mm 강관 모두 파괴확률 3.21%, 4.65%로 안전도가 가장 취약한 것으로 분석되었다. 운영지수 분석법의 경우, 내덕1동 상수관망이 직경 200 mm, 300 mm 강관 모두 위험도 0.2609, 0.2644로 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 개량 우선순위는 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 운영지수 분석법을 통해 상수도관을 보다 간단하게 노후도를 분석하여 상수관망의 운영관리에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

도장계 종류에 따른 강교 도장의 공용수명 예측 (Service Life Prediction for Steel Bridge Coatings with Type of Coating Systems)

  • 국내의 강교 도장 시방에 등재되어 있는 도장계에 대한 공용수명 예측을 위하여 현장 열화도 평가 및 촉진 내후성 시험을 수행하였고, 평가 결과에 대한 회귀분석을 통하여 열화모델을 도출하였다. 현장 적용 실적이 없는 도장계에 대해서는 국외 연구 결과 및 본 연구에서 수행한 촉진 내후성 시험 결과를 참고하여 염화고무계 및 우레탄 마감 도장계의 현장 열화도 평가 결과에 열화도 항목별 조정계수를 적용하여 가상의 평가 결과를 도출한 후에 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 공용수명 예측 결과는 금속용사를 적용하면 도장계의 수명을 일반 도장계 대비 2배 이상 연장시킬 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다.

엔진오일 유전상수 변화량 측정에 의한 엔진오일 품질 모니터링 시스템 개발 (Development of an Engine Oil Quality Monitoring System)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an engine oil quality monitoring system to warn the abnormal condition of engine oil. To do this, first of all, it is needed a personal controller development to measure the capacitance of a pre-developed engine oil deterioration detection sensor integrated with an oil filter. To measure the capacitance of engine oil in the sensor, it is used the way measuring the electric charging time in a capacitor by impressing DC volt. This method has merits on cost and signal stability. The measured capacitance is compensated by comparing with the one measured by an impedance analyzer. Also, using the dielectric constant gained by an impedance analyzer, the calculating equation of the dielectric constant of engine oil related with the currently developed sensor is decided. Then, the deterioration degree of engine oil is estimated according to the change rate of dielectric constant between green oil and used oil. Finally, using this dielectric constant information together with engine oil temperature and pressure, the currently developed engine oil quality monitoring system is to tell the abnormal state of engine oil.

  • Heat transfer experiments in an annulus passage were performed using SPHINX(Supercritical Pressure Heat Transfer Investigation for NeXt Generation), which was constructed at KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute), to investigate the heat transfer behaviors of supercritical $CO_{2}$. $CO_{2}$ was selected as the working fluid to utilize its low critical pressure and temperature when compared with water. The mass flux was in the range of 400 to 1200 $kg/m^{2}s$ and the heat flux was chosen at rates up to 150 $kW/m^{2}$. The selected pressures were 7.75 and 8.12 MPa. At lower mass fluxes, heat transfer deterioration occurs if the heat flux increases beyond a certain value. Comparison with the tube test results showed that the degree of heat transfer deterioration in the heat flux was smaller than that in the tube. In addition, the Nusselt number correlation for a normal heat transfer mode is presented.

Second : The satisfaction degree of information services acquired by the users through public library was very skeptic. Due to the poorness of information media that we wish, and deterioration of data, it losed its qualification as a creation organization for the true information, but lots of people emphasized their opinion it only role as a "study room". Third : A questioning about librarian"s assiduity in the public library, there are lots of users Complain. Main factor of that dissatisfaction is Unkindness, and business like(duplicated) assiduity. Not only this but main desire to the public library in pusan down town by the users is also a n.0, ppeared as Kind Service.   • 본 연구에서는 과거에 축조되었던 노후터널에 대하여 현장조사를 통하여 터널 라이닝 콘크리트에 발생한 균열과 누수에 대하여 열화정도를 평가하였다. 터널 콘크리트 라이닝에 대하여 외관조사, 비파괴시험, 코어를 채취하여 압축강도 및 투수성 평가와 시편에 대한 기기분석을 실시하였다.
