  • To make semiconductor chips, a number of complex semiconductor manufacturing processes are required. Semiconductor chips that have undergone complex processes are subjected to EDS(Electrical Die Sorting) tests to check product quality, and a wafer bin map reflecting the information about the normal and defective chips is created. Defective chips found in the wafer bin map form various patterns, which are called defective patterns, and the defective patterns are a very important clue in determining the cause of defects in the process and design of semiconductors. Therefore, it is desired to automatically and quickly detect defective patterns in the field, and various methods have been proposed to detect defective patterns. Existing methods have considered simple, complex, and new defect patterns, but they had the disadvantage of being unable to provide field engineers the evidence of classification results through deep learning. It is necessary to supplement this and provide detailed information on the size, location, and patterns of the defects. In this paper, we propose an anomaly detection framework that can be explained through FCDD(Fully Convolutional Data Description) trained only with normal data to provide field engineers with details such as detection results of abnormal defect patterns, defect size, and location of defect patterns on wafer bin map. The results are analyzed using open dataset, providing prominent results of the proposed anomaly detection framework.

  • Paramenophia platysoma (Thompson and Scott, 1903) is newly reported from Korean waters based on the materials collected from several seagrass and algal bed habitats. The Korean materials of P. platysoma in the present study coincide well with the original description of the species with respects to the characteristic features of the first, fourth, and fifth legs, and in most respects to P. platysoma sensu $Gam{\hat{o}}$ (1969) reported from Japan except for the antennary exopod. However, they show some differences to P. platysoma sensu Pallares (1973, 1975) reported in Argentina, in terms of the morphology of the fifth leg in females and the second leg in males. Detailed description and illustrations of P. platysoma are provided for both sexes. The morphological features of Paramenophia species are discussed and a key to the species of genus is provided.

  • The external anatomy of the immature stages (last instar larva and pupa) of the crane fly, Tipula (Nippotipula) sinica Alexander, 1935 (Diptera: Tipulidae) is described and illustrated from specimens first collected in Korean peninsula (South Korea). Comments concerning natural history and microhabitats of larvae are provided. This is the first detailed description with illustrations for the last instar larva and pupa of Tipula (Nippotipula) sinica. Pupal characteristics resemble those of most species from advanced lineages within the subfamily Tipulinae. And, also it described with habitats and biological notes of Tipula (Nippotipula) sinica. Crane fly larvae, categorization as found in this survey indicate a taxonomic stream and are expected to help.

  • A new copepod species, Cletocamptus koreanus, is described from estuaries and salt marshes on south and southwest coasts in Korea. Cletocamptus koreanus n. sp. evidently belongs to C. deitersi species group in sharing 6-segmented antennule, 3 setae on antennary exopod, leg 1 with endopod shorter than exopod, and 2+1 inner setae on the third exopodal segments of legs 3-4. However, C. koreanus is distinguished from its allied congeneric species by different setal armatures of mandibular palp, antennary exopod, endopod of female leg 2 and the third exopodal segments of legs 3-4, and relative length and shape of apophysis of male leg 3 enp 2. Description and taxonomic accounts of the new species are presented herein, with detailed illustrations and scanning electron microscope photomicrographs. Discussion on the affinities with other species of C. deitersi group are provided, along with brief comments on the morphological discrepancies between the new species from Korea and other Asian species from China and India.

  • This paper is a brief description on the task of the basic investigation of the water resource development of the principal river basins in this country for all- weather farming. In order to show how the people in the nation can best be benefited by further development of the water resources of the basins, this paper includes a description of the in individual basin's resource, its needs and problems, and its present and future development of the water resources within the natural drainage basin of the rivers are listed and their over-all results are summarised in the investigation report and separately filled. It is hoped that the government should continue and expand its detailed investigations of potential projects within the each principal river basin to obtain adequate information by which the Union of Land improvement Association can formulate a comprehensive plan for use of all the water resources of the basin's and select and recommend projects for successive stages of development.

  • This paper reports on current work using the Purdue Three-Stage Model to create enrichment classes in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (the STEM disciplines). First, the history of the Purdue Three-Stage Model and general principles of curriculum and instruction for gifted and talented learners in math/science are reviewed. Then a detailed description of the Model is presented. Following the general description, five specific teacher applications of the Model are presented and compared with respect to the STEM disciplines and developmental levels addressed, and the relative emphasis of each unit on the different stages of the Model. Finally, the advantages of the Model as a framework for curriculum development in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics classes for talented youth are discussed.

  • A chaetiliid isopod, Symmius caudatus Richardson, 1904 is newly recorded from Korea with detailed description and illustrations. This species is characterized by the following features: head has well-defined ocular lobes anteriorly projecting; all pereonites do not have any projections dorsally; maxillule has 2 long plumose and 1 short denticulate setae on inner lobe; propodus of pereopod 1 has 11 stout circumplumose setae on ventral margin in female; and pereopod 7 is ambulatory. In this paper, we present the descriptions and illustrations of mature and juvenile males, which have not been known from previous studies, as well as those of female. We also suggested a revised diagnosis of the genus Symmius.

  • Scolelepis (Parascolelepis) papillosa (Okuda, 1937), originally described from a single incomplete individual from Jeju Island in Korea, was collected from the intertidal sandflats of Soan Island (Jeollanam-do province) in Korea. The examined specimens of S. (P.) papillosa agree well with the original description in having the papillae on the basal sheath of the palps, presence of occipital antenna, absence of notochaetae in chaetiger 1, branchiae completely fused with notopodial postchaetal lamellae at the anterior chaetigers, and neuropodial hooded hooks appearing from chaetiger 16. In this study, the sequences of partial mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI), 16S ribosomal DNA (16S rDNA), and the nuclear 18S ribosomal DNA (18S rDNA) of the species were determined. We also provide the detailed description and illustrations on this species based on the complete specimens newly collected in this study.

  • The magelonid polychaete Magelona parochilis Zhou and Mortimer, 2013 is newly reported from South Korea. The Korean specimens correspond well to the original description of M. parochilis in having prostomium without horn, mucronate chaetae on chaetiger 9, superior dorsal lobes on chaetigers 1-8, ventral neuropodial lobes on chaetiger 9, smooth edged thoracic notopodial lamellae, and unidirectional tridentate hooded hooks on abdominal chaetigers. Partial sequences of cytochrome c oxidase I (COI) and 16S ribosomal DNA (16S rDNA) of the species were determined from Korean specimens. The detailed description and illustrations are provided with partial sequences of COI and 16S rDNA as molecular markers for species identification.
