중국 농촌폐교 재활용방안에 관한 기초연구 -농촌공공시설을 중심으로- (Relevant Research on Effective Reuse Scheme of China's Rural Idle Schools - Taking Perfecting Rural Public Facilities as an Example -)

  • Under the influence of birth control and rapid urbanization, China's rural school-age population is on a year-by-year decrease, which has led approximately 300 thousand middle and primary schools to idleness ever since 2000. A majority of these idle schools are located in rural areas, almost one half remaining idle due to vagueness in property right. The disposed schools are less efficient for not being combined with the real situation of rural areas. Based on the opportunity of coordinative development of urban-rural areas, this paper analyzes the situationsin terms of the development of public service facilities and the gap between rural and urban areas over the recent years. Then the effective and sustainable reuse scheme to dispose of the idle schools and reshape them into the facilities for the elders, cultural facilities and medical facilities is proposed from the perspectives of perfecting rural public service facilities and guaranteeing citizens' equal share of public service, which both maintains the public nature of the idle schools, reconciles the fuzzy property right, and boosts efficiency of reuse, saves resources, and reduces investment for perfecting rural public facilities.

  • In this study, we focused on 'Adaptive Reuse', which has the concepts of space reconstitution and social and cultural regeneration, so that previously constructed highrise buildings can accommodate various changes in modern society, and new spatial design was developed based on the characteristics of adaptive reuse. We sought to present the concept and direction, detailed strategies, and architectural response elements of space reconstitution for the purpose of realizing the typical spatial reorganization required by modern society and seeking directions and methods of space reconstitution that can be applied to future society. The purpose is to do so.

설계 패턴 기반 컴포넌트 분류와 E-SARM을 이용한 검색 (Design Pattern Base4 Component Classification and Retrieval using E-SARM)

  • 본 연구에서는 성공적인 컴포넌트의 재사용을 위하여 도메인 지향(domain orientation) 개념을 도입하여 컴포넌트들을 저장소에 분류, 검색하는 방법을 제안한다. 설계 시 디자인 패턴이 적용된 기존 시스템의 컴포넌트를 대상으로, 해당 도메인 내에 있는 각 컴포넌트와 기준패턴과의 구조적 유사성을 비교함으로서 컴포넌트를 분류하는 방법을 제시하였다. 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트를 기능별로 분할하고 그 구조를 다이어그램으로 제공함으로서 컴포넌트의 재사용 및 플랫폼간의 이식성을 높일 수 있다. 또한 E-SARM 알고리즘을 이용하여 질의와 가장 적합한 컴포넌트와 그와 유사한 후보 컴포넌트들이 우선순위(priority order)로 제공됨으로서 컴포넌트 재사용 효율을 높여줄 수 있도록 하였다.

  • The registered-properties guideline was adopted to preserve the facade of existing cultural assets with effect and alter the interior space freely. But many problems have been occurred over all the converted buildings with the passing of the years as a result of unfeasible design guidelines. Accordingly, the thesis is to propose the problem and assignment in a setting for a display through the conversion for exhibition of Korean traditional houses designated as modern cultural heritage focused on Riwhachang Choi Sunu House. The results are as follows; The exhibition circulation is continuously connected with each room, considering the previous life-style. The interior design elements are preserved according to the stand-up and sitting style. It is possible to put on one sided wall display in stand up style(Rhiwhachang), and island showcase display in sitting style(Choi Sunu House). And also these apparatus is suitable for the existing window pattern and frame. Therefore, this study is to suggest an assignment of design guideline for exhibition reuse in Korean Traditional Houses as well as the sustainable preservation of cultural assets as modern house.

게임 이용자의 사회자본과 자기해석이 행동적 적응을 통해 SNG재이용의도 및 유료아이템 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Game User's Social Capital and Self-Construal on SNG Reuse Intention and Charge Item Purchasing Intention Through Behavioral Adaptation)

  • Purpose Recently, with the enhancement of mobile technologies, people have formed various relationships and spreaded networks on social network service(SNS). In addition, although people make a decision based on the thoughts and emotions about self, there is little empirical research on social relations and self-construal of users in social network game (SNG). Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to examine the structural relationships among SNG users' social capital, self-construal, behavioral adaptation, SNG reuse intention and charged item purchasing intention. Findings The results from this study are as follow. First of all, the bonding social capital did not have a significant impact on behavioral adaptation to SNG, but bridging social capital had a positive impact on behavioral adaptation. Second, independent self-construal did not have a significant impact on behavioral adaptation to SNG, but interdependent self-construal had a positive impact on behavioral adaptation. Lastly, the behavioral adaptation to SNG had a positive impact reuse intention and charged item purchasing intention. Also, SNG reuse intention had a positive impact on charged item purchasing intention.

  • IT-SoC의 성능 향상과 개발기간 단축을 위한 IP 재사용 (reuse) 기술은 SoC 산업이 본격적으로 성장하기 위한 필수 요소이다. 이러한 IP 기술은 수요기업의 요구에 부응하는 적합한 사양을 결정하고 표준화 하는 일이 매우 중요하며, 무엇보다도 수입에 의존하지 않는 국산 기술의 개발이 중요하다. 본 고에서는 반도체 설계의 지식재산권화의 필요성과 그 재사용에 대한 중요성에 대하여 분석하고 논의한다. 특별히, 미국의 CAST 사에서 수입하여 사용하고 있는 암호화 IP를 예를 들어 문제점을 분석한다.

How Companies Persuade Active Participation of Consumers on Live Streaming Commerce? S-O-R Perspective

  • Purpose Live streaming commerce refers to the fact that people receive live audio and live video directly over the net. While some e-retailers use Live Streaming as a marketing strategy, the impact of live streaming commerce on customers' reuse intentions is unknown. The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of live streaming commerce by external environmental factors based on S-O-R theory. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we developed a research model based on the S-O-R theory. Using the questionnaire survey method, consumers who used live streaming commerce on Taobao.com were taken as research subjects. Our research model aims to find out how content attributes, real-time interactions, media characteristics, and situational characteristics as stimulus factors influence consumers' perceptions and thus reuse intentions. Findings The results of the analysis show that external environmental factors have a significant impact on consumer perceptions and that perceived risks and flows can influence consumers' reuse intentions. In addition, we also examined the impact of reuse intentions on consumers' active participation. These results show that live streaming commerce can influence consumer perceptions and behavior in several ways.

OTT 서비스 정보시스템 품질이 재사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of OTTservice information system quality on reuse intention)

  • Purpose With the continuous growth of the OTT services market, trust issues are becoming increasingly important, but research on this topic is still in its infancy. The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between information system quality and reuse intention of OTT services and to analyze the impact of trust and user satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach This study proposed a research model based on the information system success model. In this study, a survey was conducted among 236 Korean users who have used OTT services within the last six months. Findings The results of the analysis showed that text quality and visual quality had a significant impact on trust in OTT services, with text quality having the largest impact. System quality and text quality also had a significant impact on trust in OTT service providers. However, visual quality did not have a statistically significant effect on trust in the service provider. Trust in the OTT service and the service provider was analyzed to have a significant impact on user satisfaction. However, it did not have a statistically significant impact on reuse intention. These findings have important implications for improving trust in OTT services to increase users' reuse intentions. It is also expected to contribute to further expanding the field of OTT service research.

임베디드 시스템의 재사용 프레임워크를 위한 정적 메타모델 설계 (A Design of Static Meta-Model for Reuse Framework of Embedded System)

  • 임베디드 시스템 시장이 확대되면서 최근 들어 자동차, 선박, 로봇 등과 같은 다양한 분야에서 임베디드 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 임베디드 운영체제, 임베디드 소프트웨어 모델링 기법, 임베디드 소프트웨어 테스팅 등 다양한 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 임베디드 분야가 하드웨어 분야에 치중되어 왔기 때문에 임베디드 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 공학적 접근 방식이 미약한 상태이다. 이 뿐만 아니라 임베디드 시스템 개발에 있어서 재사용성을 고려한 프레임워크 기반의 설계 기법 등은 반영되지 못한 실정이다. 이렇게 개발됨으로써 시스템 내에 죽은 코드(Dead Code)들이 산재해 있을 뿐만 아니라 시스템의 재사용성이 매우 저조한 결과를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 재사용성 향상을 위한 임베디드 시스템의 프레임워크를 제시하고, 이 프레임워크에 대한 정적 메타 모델을 제시한다. 이러한 메타 모델을 통해 임베디드 시스템의 재사용 프레임워크의 구조를 표현 할 뿐만 아니라, 이를 기반으로 다양한 임베디드 시스템 형태에 따라 모델을 쉽게 확장하여 설계할 수 있도록 한다.
