자율 파지를 위한 수중 로봇 제어 시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Underwater Robot Control System for Autonomous Grasping)

  • This paper presents a control and operation system for a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). The ROV used in the study was equipped with a manipulator and is being developed for underwater exploration and autonomous underwater working. Precision position and attitude control ability is essential for underwater operation using a manipulator. For propulsion, the ROV is equipped with eight thrusters, the number of those are more than six degrees-of-freedom. Four of them are in charge of surge, sway, and yaw motion, and the other four are responsible for heave, roll, and pitch motion. Therefore, it is more efficient to integrate the management of the thrusters rather than control them individually. In this paper, a thrust allocation method for thruster management is presented, and the design of a feedback controller using sensor data is described. The software for the ROV operation consists of a robot operating system that can efficiently process data between multiple hardware platforms. Through experimental analysis, the validity of the control system performance was verified.

  • Recently, the study on the design of NCS(Network Control System) using Ethernet is being rapidly progressed. NCS can be extensively applied in manufacturing automation, office automation, home automation, remote control and ect. A merit of NCS on based Ethernet is to make good use of advanced Internet environment and to apply a application of abundant TCP/IP upper layer to NCS. The purpose of this paper is to control a speed of DC-motor using NCS on based Ethernet. The control system is divided into a server part and a client part. A server transfers a value of reference speed of a DC-motor. A client receives a output signal of DC-motor and a reference input obtained from the server. A client computes a error of two signals and then makes a control input. The control input is transferred to a actuator In this pater, A controller uses a classical control using a general feedback. In this paper, a viewpoint is to compare performance of NCS with performance of a classical control and to analyze the cause of that.

자기베어링으로 지지되는 연성축계의 식별 및 강인 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Identification and Robust Control of Flexible Rotor Supported by Magnetic Bearing)

  • The magnetic bearing system are intrinsically unstable, and need the feedback control of electromagnetic forces with measured displacements. So the controller design plays an important role in constructing high performance magnetic bearing system. In case of magnetic bearing system, the order of identified model is high because of unknown dynamics included in closed loop systems - such as sensor dynamics, actuator dynamics - and non-linearity of magnetic bearings itself. In this paper the identification and robust control of flexible rotor supported by magnetic bearing are discussed. We measure and identify overall system that contains not only flexible rotor model but also magnetic bearing and time delay. The structured and unstructured uncertainties are modeled that cover variations of natural frequencies, uncertainties in sensor and actuator gains and unmodeled dynamics. And desired performances are specified with several weighting function. Using augmented system that includes identified model, uncertainties, and weighting functions, μ-synthesis is applied to flexible rotor supported with magnetic bearing. The flexible rotor was spin up over the first flexible critical speed.

Decentralized Vehicle-to-Grid Design for Frequency Regulation within Price-based Operation

  • The utilization of electric vehicles has been suggested to support the frequency regulation of power system. Assuming that an intermediate aggregator exists, this study suggests a decentralized vehicle-to-grid operation scheme in which each vehicle-to-grid aggregator can behave independently of the power system operator. To implement this type of decentralized operation, this study adopts a price-based operation that has been proposed by many researches as an alternative operation scheme for the power system. In this environment, each vehicle-to-grid aggregator can determine its participation in vehicle-to-grid service in consideration of its residual energy of aggregated system and real-time market price. Consequently, the main purpose of this study is to verify whether or not the vehicle-to-grid power can effectively support the current frequency regulation function within the price-based operation scheme. Specifically, a frequency regulation method is proposed based on the real-time price signal, and a feedback controller for battery management is designed for decentralized vehicle-to-grid operation.

  • 본 논문에서는 양시등급 항공기 동력학에서 빠른 종속시스템의 극점들을 그대로 둔 채 느린 종속시스템의 극점만을 재배치함으로써 페루프의 근사치 해를 획득하는 방법이 제안되었다. 행렬대각화를 통하여 얻어지는 이러한 근사치 해는 수정된 것과 수정되지 않은 것 두 종류로 구분된다. 이들의 차이는 전자의 경우 오차가 $O({\varepsilon})$이며 후자의 경우는 오차가 $O({\varepsilon}^2)$이다. 두 가지 해는 모두 감소해이지만 충분한 견실성을 보여준다. 제안된 기법의 우수성은 항공기 종방향 운동 모델의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인되었다.

Direct Seek Control for Swing-arm Type Dual Stage Actuators in Blu-Ray Disc Drive Systems

  • This paper presents a direct seek control algorithm for swing-arm type dual stage servo system that consists of a coarse actuator and a fine actuator. The proposed scheme is to design a control system that attenuates the effect of dynamic coupling between the two actuators so that the seek operation can be performed in a single-shot with stability. In an optical drive system with dual stage servo mechanism, the effect of dynamic coupling between the two actuators needs to be handled during the coarse seek operation due to its inherent structure. In an extreme case, the two actuators can collide each other, which leads to critical degradation of the seek performance. To handle this problem, our proposed control scheme is to generate the drive signals such that the two actuators behave as if they are a single fixed body. To this end, a feedforward controller and two feedback controllers are designed that enable the current drive system perform wide range of track seek. Simulation results are provided to show the validity and feasibility of our proposed algorithm.

물고기 로봇의 기하학적 경로 추종 (Geometric Path Tracking for a Fish Robot)

  • 물고기 로봇 연구는 몸체 및 꼬리 관절 궤적의 크기나 주파수의 크기에 따른 로봇의 추력 비교 또는 꼬리 관절 궤적을 적절한 함수로 선정하여 물고기 로봇의 빠른 회전 등과 관련된 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 물고기 로봇이 추력을 받아 앞으로 유영할 경우, 로봇의 몸체 및 꼬리 관절이 사인파와 같이 좌, 우로 요동치며 움직이므로 피드백 제어를 행하기 어렵다. 따라서 물고기 로봇의 경로에 기초한 가상의 위치를 검출하고, 검출된 위치를 사용하여 주어진 경로 위의 예견 점(look-ahead point)을 기준으로 방향 오차를 정의하여 물고기 로봇이 경로를 추종하도록 제어기를 설계하였다. 모의실험 결과 제안된 방법의 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 동일하지 않는 노드들을 갖는 복잡동적 네트워크의 동기화문제를 고려한다. 이 문제에서 타켓 노드는 별도의 독립노드 대신에 네트워크내의 한 노드를 택하였다. 더욱이 본 논문의 동기화기법에서는 기존에 존재하는 연결행렬의 정보나 부가적인 조건을 필요하지 않는 장점이 있다. 리아프노프 안정성기법에 의거하여 타켓 노드와 다른 노드들 사이의 동기화를 위한 새로운 적응제어기를 위한 조건을 유도한다. 마지막으로 제안된 기법의 효율성을 보이기 위하여 수치적인 예제를 제시한다.

신경회로망을 이용한 헬리콥터 궤적추종제어 연구 (A Study on Helicopter Trajectory Tracking Control using Neural Networks)

  • 본 연구에서 헬리콥더의 궤적추종을 위한 제어기의 설계 및 평가를 수행하였다. 제어시스템의 알고리즘은 선형 되먹임 기법과 두 단계 시간분리 구조를 이용하여 구성하였다. 또한 헬리콥터 동특성에 대한 정확한 정보의 결핍으로 인한 모델 역변화 오차를 보상하기 위해 신경회로망을 이용한 실시간 적응제어 구조를 자세제어 시스템에 적용하였다. 제어 시스템의 궤적추종성능은 아파치 헬기의 동측성을 나타내는TMAN 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 단순형을 사용하여 평가하였다. 이를 통하여 실시간 신경회로망 적응제어 구조가 동특성 정보의 부족으로 이한 궤도 추종 제어의 성능 저하 문제에 매우 효과적으로 기여함을 보였다.

ER 유체 감쇠기를 이용한 유연 회전축 계의 진동제어 (Vibration Control of Flexible Rotor Systems Using an Electro-rheological Fluid Damper)

  • This paper concerns the design and application of an electro-rheological (ER) fluid damper to semiactive vibration control of rotor systems. In particular, the system under present study is constructed structurally flexible in order to explore multiple critical speeds within operation range. To this end, the dynamic models of the proposed ER damper and its associated amplifier are derived in the first place. Subsequently entire rotor system model is assembled along with the dynamics of the end effector based on a finite element method enabling prediction as to its free and forced vibration characteristics. Next, an artificial intelligent (AI) feedback controller is synthesized taking into account the peculiarity of Coulomb damping effect in rotor applications. Finally, computational and experimental results are presented including model validation and control performances. In practice, such an AI control proved effective whether the spin speed was either before or after critical speeds.
