샤크-하트만 센서를 이용한 가시광 및 근적외선 분광기 조립 및 평가 (Assembly and Testing of a Visible and Near-infrared Spectrometer with a Shack-Hartmann Wavefront Sensor)

  • 본 논문은 400~900 nm 파장 대역을 갖는 가시광 및 근적외선 분광기의 조립 및 성능 평가에 대하여 보고한다. 본 분광기는 이 후 결상 망원경과 함께 시야각 ${\pm}7.68^{\circ}$을 갖는 f/2.5의 영상 분광기를 구성한다. 검출기로는 $24{\times}24{\mu}m$ 피치로 이뤄진 $640{\times}480$ 전하결합소자(CCD)가 적용된다. 분광기는 두 개의 동심 구면으로 구성된 오프터 타입이며, 분광을 위하여 2번째 거울이 회절격자 거울로 교체되어 있다. 본 논문에서 다루는 분광기 광학 설계가 제곱평균제곱근(root mean suqared, RMS) 파면 잔여 수차가 210 nm(파장 600 nm 기준, $0.35{\lambda}$)로 통상 적용되는 간섭계를 이용한 이중 경로 광학 측정법 적용이 어렵고, 또한 측정 및 정렬의 용이성을 고려하여 샤크-하트만 센서를 적용한 단일 경로 파면 측정법을 적용하여 정렬 및 조립 절차를 수립하였다. 최종 조립 후 RMS 파면 오차 변화가 전 시야에 걸쳐 90 nm이내로 정렬되었음을 확인하였다. 이 후 조립 광학 구성을 유지한 채 2개 적층슬릿 지그를 이용하여 생성한 다중 핀 홀의 크립톤 램프 분광 이미지를 획득하였으며, 획득된 이미지의 분석을 통하여 조립 분광기의 분광 분해능, 키스톤 및 스마일이 각 4.32 nm, 0.08 픽셀 및 0.13 픽셀로 요구 사항을 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 샤크-하트만 센서를 적용한 오프너 분광기의 조립 절차는 유효함을 확인하였다.

남북 문화유산 조사 현황과 공동조사를 위한 제언 (A Review of Salvage Archaeology in Korea and a Joint Research and Excavation Plan for North Korean Cultural Heritage)

  • 2018년 현재 남과 북의 관계는 많은 변화를 겪고 있다. 물론 정치 상황은 예측할 수 없는 변수에 따라 달라질 수도 있다. 하지만 몇 차례 남북정상회담과 북미정상회담이 이어지면서 남북관계에도 큰 변화가 올 것임을 예상할 수 있다. 이제 한국 고고학은 통일시대를 대비해야 한다. 그동안 한국 고고학은 크게 발전했지만 북한의 고고 자료에 대해 포괄적인 정보를 알지 못한 상태에서 남한 지역의 자료만으로는 선사시대의 문화 변동과 고대 문화의 전개를 제대로 파악할 수 없었다. 앞으로 남북관계가 더욱 진전되고 북한에서 도로 철도를 비롯한 대규모 사회간접자본(Social Overhead Capital: SOC)사업이 벌어질 가능성이 높다. 북한 지역에서 벌어질 다양한 개발 사업에 따른 문화유산 조사와 연구는 한국 고고학이 질적으로 도약하는 기회가 될 수 있다. 이 글은 고속철도를 비롯하여 그동안 이루어진 대규모 개발 사업에 따른 문화유산 조사 현황을 점검하고 앞으로 남북 공동조사를 위한 방안을 제시한다. 특히 시행착오의 과정, 그리고 더 큰 비용과 노력의 소모를 줄이기 위해서는 SOC사업 계획 단계에서부터 고고학 전문가가 참여하고 지금부터 철저하고도 체계적으로 준비할 것을 주장한다. 또한 장기적이고도 학술성 높은 조사와 연구를 위해 한국고고학회가 주도하여 북한의 조선고고학회와 함께 "남북고고학협회"와 같은 기구를 만들고 항공사진과 지도 등을 이용하여 문화유적 분포를 파악할 필요가 있다. 이와 함께 북한의 고고학 인력 현황을 생각할 때 남북 공동조사가 이루어질 수밖에 없는바, 실제 조사를 담당할 실행 기구도 조직해야 한다. 계획을 세우고 조사를 실행하는 과정에서 어려움도 따를 것이지만, 그럴수록 더 철저하고도 체계적으로 준비해야 소중한 문화유산의 훼손을 막을 뿐 아니라 한국 고고학 발전의 기회로 삼을 수 있을 것이다.

UAS 영상 및 지상 LiDAR 조합한 3D 수치모형 기반 비탈면 앵커의 손상인자 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Damage factor Analysis of Slope Anchor based on 3D Numerical Model Combining UAS Image and Terrestrial LiDAR)

  • 현행 비탈면 앵커공법의 보강성능평가는 앵커 두부와 지반밀착도, 앵커 두부의 균열 및 파손에 대해서 정성적으로 성능을 평가하고 있다. 이로 인해 성능저하 상태 점검을 위한 정량적 데이터베이스화와 이를 이용한 시간이력 관리는 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비탈면에 설치된 앵커공법의 정량적 유지관리에 활용하기 위하여 UAS 영상과 지상 LiDAR의 사각지대를 보완하기 위한 SfM기반의 조합 3차원 수치모형을 구현하여 손상인자의 수치데이터를 검출하였다. 비탈면과 같은 수직구조물에서 상대적으로 높은 z 좌표 오차를 갖는 UAS 3차원 수치모형에서 사각지대 데이터 공백을 상호 보완하기 위하여 지상 LiDAR 스캔 데이터를 조합하였고 z 좌표 정확도의 향상을 확인하였다. 비탈면에 설치된 10공의 앵커에 임의로 손상을 발생시킨 후에 3차원 수치모형을 구축하였고 정사투영을 통해 균열, 파손, 회전변위와 지반 밀착도에 대한 수치 값을 검출하였다. 8K 해상도로 균열 실측값과 비교시 ±0.05mm의 오차범위에서 0.3mm 미만의 균열 검출이 가능하였다. 앵커 두부의 최대 파손 면적은 설계대비 3% 이내로 발생된 것을 확인하였고, 파손부의 체적 또한 검출하였다. 특히 z 좌표 데이터가 중요한 지반밀착도의 경우 UAS 3차원 수치모형에서는 사각지대로 인한 데이터 공백으로 측정이 불가능하였지만 지상 LiDAR를 조합할 경우 앵커 저면과 지반의 불규칙한 표면에서 표고차 확인이 가능하여 임의의 20개 지점의 평균 표고차를 지반밀착도로 도출하였다. 또한, 앵커 두부의 1° 미만의 회전각과 이동 변위 값도 검출하였다. 이에 본 연구에서 구축한 3차원 수치모형에서 앵커 손상인자의 정량적 데이터 추출이 가능하였고, 이를 데이터베이스화 한다면 정량적 평가지표의 기초자료로써 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

국가통계자료를 활용한 조경산업 현황 연구 (A Study on Status of Landscape Architecture Industry with National Statistics)

  • 조경산업 관련 국가기관, 조경단체, 기업 등의 정책 수립 및 입안, 결정에 타당한 근거로서, 체계적 국가통계자료 활용은 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 조경산업 현황을 가늠하는데 필요한 국가통계자료 활용방법론 및 기초현황 자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 먼저, 조경산업을 '설계', '사업관리', '시공', '유지관리', '소재', '연구', '교육', '행정' 분야로 분류하고, 각 분야별로 한국표준산업분류 및 건설관계법령에 따른 업종을 체계화하여 연계하였다. 이 중 국토교통부 소관 건설관계법령에 직접 규정된 업종을 중심으로 국가통계자료의 구축·연계·통합·보급, 중복성, 누락 등을 조사·분석하여, 통계분석 업종을 선정하였다. 그리고, 통계항목의 공통성, 해석 오류 최소화를 위해 의미분석을 수행하고, 최종적으로 업종등록수, 종사자수, 매출액을 선정하였다. 이를 기준으로 산업현황의 기초적 분석·평가에 활용가능한 분석틀을 제시하고, 실제 국가통계자료를 대입하여 분석·평가하였다. 즉 2019년에 조경산업 관련 업종에 등록된 건수는 12,160개, 업종별 종사자수는 106,296명, 업종별 매출액은 83,085억원으로 나타났다. 한편, 2017년부터 업종등록수, 종사자수는 지속 증가하는 반면, 매출액은 감소하고 있어, 산업적 발전방안 마련이 요구되는 상황이다. 본 연구는 다수 공공기관에서 구축된 국가통계자료를 기반으로 수행함에 따라 일관성 및 신뢰성 확보에 한계가 있다. 이에 「조경진흥법」에 따른 체계적·일관적 국가통계자료 구축이 필요하다. 향후, 공원녹지 등 주제별 국가통계자료 활용방안 및 발전방안 등을 연구하고자 한다.

식품의 소비기한 참고치 설정을 위한 안전계수 (Establishment of Safety Factors for Determining Use-by-Date for Foods)

  • 2021년 11월 5일 '유통기한(流通期限)' 대신 '소비기한(消費期限)'을 표시하도록 하는 「식품 등의 표시·광고에 관한 법률」 시행령과 시행규칙 일부 개정안이 입법 예고되었다. 이에 본 연구는 식품 유형별 소비기한 참고치 설정을 위한 과학적 기반을 구축하고자 과학적 안전계수 산출법을 마련하고, 안전계수를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 온도 남용, pH, 수분활성도, 포장방법에 대해 모의실험을 진행하며 식품 자체의 수명(소비기한)에 영향을 주는 5가지 특성을 1) 수소이온농도(pH), 2) 수분활성도(Aw), 3) 살균 여부, 보존료(항균, 항산화) 함유 여부, 저장성 향상 포장(레토르트, 진공포장, CO2 충진, N2 충진, 탈산소 제 등), 4) 제품 보관 방법 (냉장, 냉동, 상온, 실온), 5) 멸균 여부로 설정하였다. 수소이온농도(pH) 4.6 이상의 식품은 세균 생장이 용이해 가장 높은 안전계수 값인 0.92를 적용하며, pH 3.5 이하의 강산성 식품은 세균 생장이 중단되고 대부분의 효소반응이 감소하므로 안전계수를 적용하지 않았다(1.0). pH 3.5-4.6 사이의 약산성 식품은 미생물(효모, 곰팡이 포함) 생장이 활발하지는 않지만 가능은하므로 중간값인 안전계수 0.96을 적용하였다. 수분활성도(Aw) 0.91 이상의 식품은 미생물(효모, 곰팡이 포함) 생장이 용이해 가장 높은 안전계수 값인 0.92를 적용하며, Aw 8.0 이하의 건조식품은 세균 생장이 중단되고 대부분의 효소반응이 감소하므로 안전계수를 적용하지 않았다(1.0). Aw 0.8-0.9 사이의 반건조 식품은 세균 생장이 활발하지는 않지만 가능은 하며 진균류(효모, 곰팡이) 생장이 용이하므로 중간값인 안전계수 0.96을 적용하였다. 살균, 보존료(항균, 항산화) 함유 또는 저장성 향상 포장(레토르트, 진공, CO2 충진, N2 충진, 탈산소제 등) 식품은 미생물(효모, 곰팡이 포함) 오염도 및 생장, 대부분의 효소반응이 감소하므로 안전계수를 적용하지 않았다(1.0). 위와 같은 처리를 하지 않은 식품은 미생물(효모, 곰팡이 포함) 생장이 용이하고 대부분의 효소반응이 촉진되므로 가장 높은 안전계수 값인 0.92를 적용하였다. 저장 온도(냉동, 냉장, 상온, 실온)별 안전계수는 표준온도 편차 값(냉장 0.07, 냉동 0.08, 상온 0.27, 실온 0.01)을 사용했으며, 온도편차 중 낮은 온도는 안전에 영향을 주지 않으므로 온도 편차의 절반인 높은 온도 값만 안전에 영향을 주므로 50%(0.5)를 곱해주고 온도 초과에 미치는 '유통+소비단계' 기여율(85%)인 0.85를 다시 곱해 나온 안전계수 값인 냉장 0.03, 냉동 0.03, 상온 0.11, 실온 0.01을 적용하였다. 냉장식품의 온도남용에 대한 안전계수는 온도남용 시 실제 노출시간(1시간)을 반영해 50%(0.5) 곱하고, 소비자 냉장식품 온도남용 비율인 92.3%(0.923)를 곱해 도출한 0.407 값을 활용한 안전계수 값인 0.96을 적용하였다. 멸균 제품의 경우 안전계수를 적용하지 않았다. 요인별 특성을 고려하여 안전계수에 기여하는 비중과 이를 활용하여 최종 안전계수값을 산출하는 방법(A그룹-O그룹)을 decision tree로 나타냈다. 본 연구는 과학적으로 산출한 안전계수를 통해 소비기한을 제시함으로써 음식물쓰레기 감량과 탄소 중립성 달성에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

사용자 리뷰를 통한 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓의 이용경험 비교분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Social Commerce and Open Market Using User Reviews in Korean Mobile Commerce)

  • 국내 모바일 커머스 시장은 현재 소셜커머스가 이용자 수 측면에서 오픈마켓을 압도하고 있는 상황이다. 산업계에서는 모바일 시장에서 소셜커머스의 성장에 대해 빠른 모바일 시장진입, 큐레이션 모델 등을 주요 성공요인으로 제시하고 있지만, 이에 대한 학계의 실증적인 연구 및 분석은 아직 미미한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 리뷰를 바탕으로 모바일 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓의 사용자 이용경험을 비교 분석하는 탐험적인 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 본 연구는 구글 플레이에 등록된 국내 소셜커머스 주요 3개 업체와 오픈마켓 주요 3개 업체의 모바일 앱 리뷰를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 LDA 토픽모델링을 통해 1만여건에 달하는 모바일 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓 사용자 리뷰를 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편리성 토픽으로 분류한 뒤 감정분석과 동시출현단어분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 국내 모바일 커머스 상에서 오픈마켓 이용자들에 비해 소셜커머스 이용자들이 서비스와 이용편리성 측면에서 더 긍정적인 경험을 하고 있음을 증명하였다. 소셜커머스는 '배송', '쿠폰', '할인'을 중심으로 서비스 측면에서 이용자들에게 긍정적인 이용경험을 이끌어내고 있는 반면, 오픈마켓의 경우 '로그인 안됨', '상세보기 불편', '멈춤'과 같은 기술적 문제 및 불편으로 인한 이용자 불만이 높았다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 사용자 리뷰를 통해 서비스 이용경험을 효과적으로 비교 분석할 수 있는 탐험적인 실증연구법을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 LDA 토픽모델링과 기술수용모형을 통해 사용자 리뷰를 서비스와 기술 토픽으로 분류하여 효과적으로 분석할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 향후 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓의 경쟁 및 벤치마킹 전략에 중요하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

감정예측모형의 성과개선을 위한 Support Vector Regression 응용 (Application of Support Vector Regression for Improving the Performance of the Emotion Prediction Model)

  • 오늘날 정보사회에서는 정보에 대한 가치를 인식하고, 이를 위한 정보의 활용과 수집이 중요해지고 있다. 얼굴 표정은 그림 하나가 수천개의 단어를 표현할 수 있듯이 수천 개의 정보를 지니고 있다. 이에 주목하여 최근 얼굴 표정을 통해 사람의 감정을 판단하여 지능형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시도가 MIT Media Lab을 필두로 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 전통적으로 기존 연구에서는 인공신경망, 중회귀분석 등의 기법을 통해 사람의 감정을 판단하는 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 하지만 중회귀모형은 예측 정확도가 떨어지고, 인공신경망은 성능은 뛰어나지만 기법 자체가 지닌 과적합화 문제로 인해 한계를 지닌다. 본 연구는 사람들의 자극에 대한 반응으로서 나타나는 얼굴 표정을 통해 감정을 추론해내는 지능형 모형을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존 얼굴 표정을 통한 지능형 감정판단모형을 개선하기 위하여, Support Vector Regression(이하 SVR) 기법을 적용하는 새로운 모형을 제시한다. SVR은 기존 Support Vector Machine이 가진 뛰어난 예측 능력을 바탕으로, 회귀문제 영역을 해결하기 위해 확장된 것이다. 본 연구의 제안 모형의 목적은 사람의 얼굴 표정으로부터 쾌/불쾌 수준 그리고 몰입도를 판단할 수 있도록 설계되는 것이다. 모형 구축을 위해 사람들에게 적절한 자극영상을 제공했을 때 나타나는 얼굴 반응들을 수집했고, 이를 기반으로 얼굴 특징점을 도출 및 보정하였다. 이후 전처리 과정을 통해 통계적 유의변수를 추출 후 학습용과 검증용 데이터로 구분하여 SVR 모형을 통해 학습시키고, 평가되도록 하였다. 다수의 일반인들을 대상으로 수집된 실제 데이터셋을 기반으로 제안모형을 적용해 본 결과, 매우 우수한 예측 정확도를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, 중회귀분석이나 인공신경망 기법과 비교했을 때에도 본 연구에서 제안한 SVR 모형이 쾌/불쾌 수준 및 몰입도 모두에서 더 우수한 예측성과를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 얼굴 표정에 기반한 감정판단모형으로서 SVR이 상당히 효과적인 수단이 될 수 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. We propose a simple adaptive algorithm to increase capability of noise cancelation in QRS complex detection with two stage adaptive filter. At the first stage, background noise is removed and at the next stage, only spectrum of QRS complex components is passed. Two adaptive filters can afford to keep track of the changes of both noise and QRS complex. Each adaptive filter consists of prediction error filter and FIR filter The impulse response of FIR filter uses coefficients of prediction error filter. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.   • 1974년(年) 천연(天然)소나무집단(集團)에 대한 유전적변이(遺傳的變異)를 분석(分析)하고져 먼저 경북(慶北) 청송군(靑松郡) 소재(所在) 주왕산(周王山)소나무림(林), 충남(忠南) 서산군(瑞山郡) 소재(所在) 안면도(安眠島) 소나무림(林), 그리고 강원도(江原道) 평창군(平昌郡) 소재(所在) 소나무림(林)을 대상(對象)으로하여 각(各) 집단(集團)에서 되도록 소면적(小面積)의 범위내(範圍內)에 서있는 소나무 개체(個體)를 각(各) 20주(株)씩 총 60주(株)를 택(擇)하여 그 모수(母樹)에 대한 형태학적(形態學的) 특성(特性)등을 조사측정(調査測定)하고 집단간(集團間)에 보이는 차이(差異) 그리고 한 집단내(集團內)에 있는 각개체수목(各個體樹木)의 형질(形質)을 조사보고(調査報告)한바 있다(제일보고문(第一報論文). 1974년(年) 가을에 가계별(家系別)로 종자(種字)을 채취(採取)하여서 가계별(家系別) 및 산지별(産地別)의 차이(差異)를 분석(分析)하고 동시(同時)에 그 종자(種字)를 파종하여서 1-0묘(苗) 및 1-1묘(苗)를 대상(對象)으로 생장인자(生長因子)에 대한 측정(測定)을 하고 그 유전력(遺傳力)을 계산(計算)해 보았다. 그밖에 엽록소함량(葉綠素含量) 또는 monoterpene등의 함량(含量)의 차이(差異)를 분석(分析)해 보았다. 종자(種字)의 형태학적(形態學的) 특성(特性)에 있어서는 집단간(集團間) 또 가계간(家系間)에 유의차(有意差)를 보이지 않는 것도 있었으나 대체(大體)로 유의차(有意差)가 인정(認定)되었다. 그리고 각형질간(各形質間)의 상관(相關)을 보았는데 구과폭(毬果幅)과 종자익(種字翼)의 폭(幅), 구과장(毬果長)과 종자익(種字翼)의 길이간(間), 그리고 구과(毬果) 생중량(生重量)과 종자중량간(種字重量間)에는 정(正)의 상관(相關)이 보였다. 묘고(苗高)와 근원경(根元徑)의 성장(成長)에 있어서는 가계간(家系間) 그리고 집단간(集團間)에 차이(差異)가 인정되었다. 묘고(苗高)의 유전력(遺傳力)은 집단(集團)의 평균치(平均値)를 가지고 분석(分析)하였다. 즉 집단(集團)에 관계(關係)되는 분산(分散)을 유전분산(遺傳分散)으로 보고서 유전력(遺傳力)을 계산(計算)해 보았는데 1-0묘(苗)의 묘고(苗高)에서는 0.29, 1-1묘(苗)에서는 0.14가 그리고 근원경(根元徑)에 있어서는 1-0묘(苗)는 0.15, 1-1묘(苗)에서는 0.06이였다. 기공열수(氣孔列數)에 있어서는 집단간차이(集團間差異)가 있었으나 거치밀도(鋸齒密度)에는 차이(差異)가 없었다. 침엽(針葉)의 특성(特性)에 관(關)해서는 모수(母樹)와 차대간(次代間)에 상관(相關)이 없었다. 엽록소함량(葉綠素含量)은 집단간차이(集團間差異)는 보였으나 가계간차이(家系間差異)는 없었다. monoterpene의 성분(成分)에 있어서는 myrcene과 ${\beta}$-phellandrene의 함량(含量)으로 집단차(集團差)를 볼 수 있었다.
