본 논문은 서로 다른 시스템들과 응용들 간의 문서 정보 교환을 위해 기존의 워드프로세서(wordprocessor) 화일을 국제 표준 형식인 ODIF(Open Document Interchange Format) 데이터 스트림(stream)으로 변환하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 국제 기본 표준인 ODA(Open Document Architecture)와 기능 표준인 FOD 26을 채택하며, 기존의 문서 화일은 보석글V 화일을 채택한다. 구현 단계에서 국제 표준의 기능 표준에 기본해 설계함으로써 국제 환경 속에서 문서 교환이 가능하며, 멀티미디어 문서 정보통신 분야에 크게 기여할 수 있으리라 본다. 본 시스템은 PC 환경에서 Windows, ODAC(ODA Consortium) 툴킷(toolkit)을 사용한다.

This study is an attempt to furnish some helpful data for the design and implementation of the electronic document delivery system based on the analysis of it's cases. To begin with, the concepts and basic models of electronic document delivery system(Fig. 1) were overviewed in the second chapter, on the basis of which the concrete cases were introduced in the third chapter ; ADONIS Project, ARTEMIS Project, HERMES Project, APOLLO Project, UNIVERSE Project, DOCDEL Project, and etc. In the future rapidly developed the technology of electronic communication, there are many possibilities of the evolution of electronic document delivery system.

In the decision-making domain, a document warehouse is designed to meet the analysis needs of users who may have a wide variety of analysis purposes. In this paper, we propose to integrate the preferences and interactions of users based on profiles to the concept of document warehouses. These profiles guarantee the integration of personalized documents and the collaborative recommendation of documents between different users sharing common interests.

컴퓨터를 이용한 전자문서처리에 이용되는 기존의 문서편집 시스템에서는 비구조적인 문서구조를 다루게 됨으로써 시스템 내에서 사용되는 수학식의 표현은 이미지나 텍스트 등의 비구조적인 방법에 의해 표현되거나 처리된다. 이렇게 사용된 수학식은 문서의 가독성과 재사용성 그리고 문서의 처리와 교환에 상대적인 불편을 초래하게 된다. 그러므로 이러한 단점을 극복하고 효율적으로 구조적인 문서상에 MathML(Mathematical Markup Language) 수식 구조를 적용시킬 수 있는 문서편집 시스템이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MathML을 기반으로 한 수학식의 표현을 구조적으로 처리할 수 있는 MathML 수식 편집이 가능한 XML(eXtensible Markup Language) 기반의 구조적 문서생성을 위한 문서 편집 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

A methodology for XML documentation of the structural calculation document is presented to support manipulation of the design information on the internet. The text file format is chosen as a neutral format because it can be easily translated from office documents generated from engineering practice. The first word of each line is compared with the reserved numbering groups, and relative levels among the lines are defined to generate the hierarchically structured XML document of the text file. The demonstration subjected to sample general documents and structural calculation documents shows that the prototype application module based on the developed methodology can be adopted to build the database of design information which supports the safety management of infrastructures.

The exchange of model design data among heterogeneous CAD systems is very difficult because each CAD system has different data structures suitable for its own functions. STEP represents product information in a common computer-interpretable form that is required to remain complete and consistent when the product information is needed to be exchanged among different computer systems. However, STEP has complex architecture to represent point, line, curve and vectors of element. Moreover it can't represent geometry data of feature based models. In this study, a structure of XML document that represents geometry data of feature based models as neutral format has been developed. To use the developed XML document, a converter also has been developed to exchange modules so that it can exchange feature based data models among heterogeneous CAD systems. Developed XML document and Converter have been applied to commercial CAD systems.

본 연구에서는 표제면과 판권지의 서지요소의 레이아웃 특성과 구문적 특성을 이용하여 서지요소의 종류를 패턴인식 지식베이스와 전거화일들을 이용하여 자동 인지하고 인지된 서지요소를 한국문헌자동화목록형식(KORMARC)과 한국문헌자동화목록법(KORMARC) 기술규칙에 기초하여 KORMARC 형태로 출력해 주는 편목전문가시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 패턴인식 지식베이스의 생성을 위해 분석한 155종의 실험문헌집단과 86종의 검증문헌집단을 이용하여 적중률을 조사해 보니 실험문헌집단의 경우는 94%, 검증문헌집단의 경우는 93%의 적중률을 나타냈다.

Knowledge management system building knowledge acquisition, knowledge share, and knowledge maintenance for the member of corporation is expanded throughout whole industry to cope with rapid business environment. Electronic document basing knowledge management system can copy, print, and transfer knowledge to another party, so it is being regarded as a essential infrastructure to share knowledge. However, considering most of information leakage is sprung up by insider of organization, it is considered to provide countermeasure to protect illegal use from information leakage. The purpose of this paper is to establish digital information security system through design of document and manage digital information assets safely through electronic document security system protecting illegal leakage of digital information assets.

Due to the recent advances of IT industry, many companies and institutions have been used electronic documents rather than original paper copies. However, the characteristic of electronic document allows it to be readily damaged from proscribed copying, counterfeit, and falsification. These can cause the serious security problems for electronic documents. Conventional security methods for digital documents involve adding a separated image or marker, but these methods can reduce the readability of document. Therefore, we proposed a digital Jikin (Korean traditional stamp) which is normally used to identify the source or author of a document in asia. The proposed digital Jikin can preserve the readability of electronic document while protecting the document from proscribed copying, counterfeit, or falsification using image processing approach. In this paper, a digital Jikin application is designed and implemented under android platform and it converts the critical information of document onto the digital Jikin. The proposed digital Jikin contains important information in the boundary of Jikin not only about the author of documents or source, but also keywords, number of images, and many more. Therefore, the authenticity of document or whether the document has been altered or not by other person can be evaluated by the server. The proposed digital Jikin can be sent to a server through the wireless networks and can be stored using PHP and MySQL. We believe that the proposed method can offer the better and simple solution for strengthening the security of electronic document.

본 연구는 의료기관 간 정보공유를 위해 간호분류체계를 기반으로 임상문서구조(Clinical Document Architecture, CDA)의 생성과 새로운 패러다임의 병원정보시스템을 제안하였다. 간호정보 CDA는 간호진단, 간호중재 및 수행과 관련된 코딩시스템을 포함하였고 표준문서의 생성을 위해 CDA생성도구를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 목표는 개인의 필요한 간호정보를 간호전문가에게 실시간으로 제공하여 적정 간호를 제공하며 건강 증진을 도와 생산적인 삶의 질을 향상하는 것이다. 본 연구가 가지는 의의는 첫째, 국제 표준인 HL7 임상문서구조를 사용하기 위한 확장과 정제과정의 연구를 했으며, 둘째, 임상문서구조를 사용할 수 있는 웹 기반의 차세대 병원정보시스템의 구조를 제안하였다. 결론적으로, 임상문서구조에 대한 본 연구로 말미암아 평생전자의무기록(Electronic Health Record)과 임상데이터저장소(Clinical Data Repository)를 포함하여 다양한 보건의료기관 간 간호정보 공유의 기반이 될 것이다.
