  • UDDI는 웹 서비스를 위한 웹 기반 분산 레지스트리의 표준이며, 또한 비즈니스들이 제공하는 웹 서비스에 대한 정보를 등록하고 다른 비즈니스들이 이를 검색하고 이용할 수 있도록 구현한 시스템이다. OASIS(Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards)는 UDDI 서비스에 참여하는 개별 노드들의 레지스트리 변경을 모든 노드에서 인지하고. 노드간의 레지스트리 상태를 일관성 있게 유지시킬 목적으로 UDDI 복제 명세를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 OA51S UDDI 복제 명세를 만족하는 그룹통신 기반의 UDDI 레지스트리 설계에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 신뢰성 있는 그룹통신 시스템을 이용하여 일시적인 네트워크 단절이나 프로세스의 실패가 일어나는 상황에서도 UDDI 서비스에 참여하는 개별 노드들의 레지스트리 상태를 일관성 있게 유지할 수 있다.

보호복 관련 국내·외 표준에 대한 탐색적 조사 - ISO, ASTM, CEN, KS를 중심으로 - (An Exploratory Study on Domestic and International Protective Clothing Standard - Focused on ISO, ASTM, CEN, KS -)

  • When designing protective clothing, there are something to be considered such as physiological feature of human body, acting range not to restrict physical activity, and effectiveness of material. Because the primary objective of protective clothing is to protect human body from danger and it is designed through complex designing process not likely general clothing design. However, current evaluation techniques-such as the ISO, the ASTM and the CEN, and KS-provide only the standard to evaluate the primary feature of material (testing, performance requirements, material specification, selection and application, test and care, and so on). There are no standard to evaluate influence for the human body while protective clothing put on. Especially, in Korea, there is KS to evaluate protective clothing, but it is partially translated version from ISO because of lack of core technology about this field. However, developed countries recognize it is new competitive means in the time of Global Standards and they are competing to make their own standard to global standard for the protective clothing. Therefore, it can be great opportunity for Korean clothing and textile industry to revitalize if focusing on research and development for protective clothing design based on physical activity of human body, fit evaluation technique and sizing which is currently no global standard for it and developing our standard to global standard.

자동차 엔진냉각계의 해석 프로그램의 개발 (Development of Simulation Program of Automotive Engine Cooling System)

  • A numerical program has been developed for the simulation of automotive engine cooling system. The program determines the mass flow rate of engine coolant circulating the engine cooling system and radiator cooling air when the engine speed is adopted by appropriate empirical correlation. The program used the method of thermal balance at individual element through the model for radiator component in radiator analysis. This study has developed the program that predicts the coolant mass flow rate, inlet and outlet temperatures of each component in the engine cooling system (engine, transmission, radiator and oil cooler) in its state of thermal equilibrium. This study also combined the individual programs and united into the total performance analysis program of the engine cooling system operating at a constant vehicle speed. An air conditioner system is also included in this engine cooling system so that the condenser of the air conditioner faces the radiator. The effect of air conditioner to the cooling performance, e.g., radiator inlet temperature, of the radiator and engine system was examined. This study could make standards of design of radiator capacity using heat rejection with respect to the mass flow rate of cooling air. This study is intended to predict the performance of each component at design step or to simulate the system when specification of the component is modified, and to analyze the performance of the total vehicle engine cooling system.

모델기반 설계를 통한 CBTC 차상장치 소프트웨어 개발 및 적용 (Development of CBTC Car-borne Software with Model-Based Design and Its Applications)

  • CBTC(Communication Based Train Control) car-borne equipment, a part of the communication based train control system, mainly consists of automatic train protection(ATP) functions, automatic train operation(ATO) functions as well as the interface functions with other equipment including CBTC wayside equipment and train control management system etc. The CBTC car-borne software implementing ATP/ATO functions is a real-time embedded software requiring a high level of safety and reliability. To satisfy the requirements of the CBTC car-borne software, the model-based design techniques are applied with SCADE(Safety-Critical Application Development Environment) to the development of the CBTC car-borne software. In this paper, we illustrate the process modeling the car-borne ATP/ATO functions satisfying system requirement specification with system requirement management, modeling and document generation tools etc. supported by SCADE. In addition, the developed models corresponding to the ATP/ATO functions are applied to the train with CBTC car-borne equipment through its corresponding EN-50128 standards-compliant C code generated by the code generator. It is shown from the test result that the ATP/ATO models developed by SCADE work well while the trains are running in driverless operation mode.

배관 재료의 물성을 고려한 내진설계 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Seismic Design Method Considering Physical Properties of Piping Material)

  • 본 연구에서는 배관 재료의 물성을 고려한 공학적 내진설계방식과 소방시설의 내진설계의 기준에 따른 사양위주의 설계방식에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 배관 재료의 물성을 고려한 내진설계 방식의 경우는 배관에서 발생되는 비틀림 응력과 굽힘 응력의 합성 값을 통해 배관의 안전성을 분석하게 된다. 하지만 사양위주의 설계방식의 경우는 배관 재료의 안전성이 아니라 배관이 움직이는 힘을 해석하여 흔들림 방지버팀대가 견딜 수 있는지 여부를 해석하고 있다. 소화배관은 하나의 연결된 구조체로 일정구간에서 발생되는 흔들리는 힘을 통해서는 배관의 안전성을 보장받을 수 없기 때문에 배관 재료의 응력과 변위의 안전성 분석을 통해서 가능하다. 그러므로 안전성 있는 소화 설비 배관의 내진설계를 위해서는 배관 재료의 물성과 건축 구조물의 내진성능을 고려한 해석방법을 적용할 필요가 있다.

HPT 방식의 온열침대 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermo-Bed Design Development of HPT System)

  • These days, beds have been developed not as furniture to sleep in but Healthcare Furniture. The function of heating, non-electronic-waves and far-infrared rays have been added. Also, eco-friendly materials such as stone, mud, rubber and wood are combined to them together with the radiation-heating method using heat conduction through electronic coil and hot water circulation. Modern people suffer from stress and fatigue. The hot issue is "health." Focused on the health, the development of design for beds considering the influence electronic waves, anions, deep sleep and the density of toxic materials have on human bodies has become urgent. In this study, the trend, specification and efficiency of the functional health-related electronic coil technology are analyzed. Through the analysis, the environmental standards are set. According to them, technology, eco-friendly materials and additional functions for the development of the design are considered. Also, the government is promoting the IEC international standardization for the Korean traditional floor heating style beds. In preparation for that, we adopted new HPT method technology. It enables non-electronic-waves, low electricity and stable temperature maintenance control for the warm top and the cool bottom. Also, the head boards and the frames of the beds can be separated. Through this separation, the beds can be easily moved or installed. Eco-friendly materials such as Hinoki cypress wood and red clay and the existing tables function are combined to the head boards so they can be used as drawers and display shelves. If they are used as separate items, they can be used as covers. This is how we suggest the design for the heating beds.

  • 가설공사는 임시시설물이지만 공사기간동안 사용빈도가 높으며 공사비의 10% 내외를 차지하고 있어 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 하지만 가설공사의 시공검측정보들은 설계도서 및 시방사항에 특별한 명시가 없는 경우가 많으며 제기준에 대한 사항도 방대하다. 이로 인해 가설공사에 대하여 품질점검을 실시할 경우 관련 점검업무들을 비효율적으로 수행하며, 인간적인 오류가 발생할 확률이 높다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가설공사에 대하여 품질점검 업무수행을 지원하고 관련 정보를 제공할 수 있는 전자작업지원시스템을 적용하고자 한다. 이를 위해 IDEF0를 활용하여 업무 단위프로세스별 정보흐름을 규명하고 EPSS기반 품질점검 업무체계를 정리하여 프로토타입을 개발한다. 이후 현장적용을 통한 검증방법으로 가설공사 품질점검 업무의 효율과 정보접근성을 향상하고자 한다.

이더리움 스마트 계약 프로그램의 ERC-20 API 기능 명세의 관례상 표준과 적합성 리뷰 방법 (A De Facto Standard for ERC-20 API Functional Specifications and Its Conformance Review Method for Ethereum Smart Contracts)

  • 이더리움 토큰 스마트 계약의 표준 API인 ERC-20은 지갑이나 분산 거래소같은 응용 프로그램들에서 호환성을 보장하기 위해 도입되었다. 그러나 API의 동작에 대한 엄밀한 기능 명세와 표준 적합성 리뷰 도구는 지원되고 있지 않아 호환성 취약점 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이더리움 블록체인의 ERC-20 토큰 스마트 계약 프로그램들의 관례상 표준에 부합하는지 검사하는 새로운 리뷰 절차와 이를 지원하는 도구를 제안하였다. 기존 이더리움 블록체인 시장 상위 100개의 토큰 스마트 계약 프로그램들을 ERC-20 API 기능 동작면에서 분석한 지식을 바탕으로 관례상 표준을 명시적으로 정의하였고, 이렇게 정의된 관례상 표준으로 새로운 ERC-20 스마트 계약 프로그램을 체계적으로 리뷰할 수 있는 방법을 설계할 수 있었다. 이 리뷰 방법을 지원하는 도구를 개발하고 벤치마크 프로그램에 대해 실험 평가하였다.

철도차량의 의자에 관한 비교연구 (A Case Study of Chair at Railroad Vehicle)

  • Interurban railway is expanded by transportation that population can be centralism and cope efficiently in traffic jam by augmentation of vehicles in the city. Railroad chair departs in space of an existent simple rest and products that can raise human body standard and size by powerful engineering vicinity, quality of the material, psychological satisfaction etc. of users are developed steadily. Specially, study of space that can use various materials efficiently with bodily size government official because various of man and woman old and the young etc.. are using in occasion of the train is urgently required. Specially, railroad chair is a product that material and standard, structure, human body engineering, a finish etc. is studied variously. In the case of advanced nation, in case of design a chair operating time of railroad, is placed as all standards orderly and harmonious because is considered exercise dynamics etc.. and designs. The other side, in the case of our country, study expert of chair is short real and is depending on technological data of overseas railway vehicle. Chair for railroad must consider removal of short-range, long distance. That have to be consider to a lot of uncomfortable such as psychological satisfaction of user because the domestic Motor Companies are defining in fair development study and many researchers but the railroad chair company are not accumulated professional manpower and technological know-how. Railway vehicle can recognize that overseas visitors as well as native is important element as space that space is exposed internationally by product that Public personality which used cultural value is strong. Therefore, wish to plan valid spec relationship presentation of various design and specification, function etc.. and contribute to railroad chair development design process lists and analyzes van instances of railway vehicle chair of inside and outside of the country through this study.

Profile의 Composite와 Multiple Single-Segment Control의 비교 연구 (A Comparison Study between Composite and Multiple Single-Segment Profile Control)

  • As manufacturing industries become globalized, product design affects every area of organization. The design sets the goals for a number of different departments, so if it fails to effectively communicate these goals, the entire organization is less efficient. In addition, To communicate clearly, the design must represent a product that meets its technical specification. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is one of the most important factors, which has an effect on efficiency of manufacture system, in designing products. However, most of designers in different industries are prone to ignore the importance of GD&T. To analyse the importance of GD&T compliance with international standards for design drawing, a comparison analysis of the difference between two methods, composite profile control and multiple single segment profile control, is performed on three different cases and suggests how it used to be more suitable. Composite profile tolerance is specified by a dual feature control frame that has one profile symbol specified with two lines of tolerance information. Whereas a multiple single segment profile control is when two or more single segment profile callouts are used to define the location and/or orientation and/or size and/or form of a part feature. In this study, the following results will be provided : a clear definition and an obvious difference of the tolerance zone, datums and datums sequence and minimization of tolerances. On this study, composite profile tolerance and multiple single segment profile tolerance were discussed. Next steps of research will consist on reaching more accurate results for profile control. Further research will be focused on dealing with the remaining 14 symbols of GD&T.
