경량벽체 표면의 패임에 대한 시각적 판단방법에 관한 기초적 연구 (A basic study on Visual judgment method for the Dent of Lightweight wall surface)

  • Recently, there has been a rapid increase in demand for lightweight walls for their use as interior partitions, as types of structure have gradually changed from shear wall structures to column structures or flat plate column wall systems. The lack of resisting force in lightweight walls is found by measuring the depth of dents in impact resistance tests, but it is not a direct factor of impact resistance. However, in the user's position, dents of over a certain size are clearly a factor that visually reminds the need for repair. In this study, we reviewed relative methods of assessment of the need for repair based on the visual means of determination (sensory test) on the dents on lightweight walls. Dents were found to stand out starting from depths of about 4mm, and the depth of roughly 5mm was found to be the criterion for determining the necessity of repair for men, while it was 4mm for women.

슬리브덮개를 이용한 배관 보수용접시 온도분포와 잔류응력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Temperature Profile and Residual Stress in Pipeline Repair Welding Using Sleeve)

  • Korea Gas Corporation has operated high pressure gas transmission line of about 600 kilometers and, therefore, a series of repair welding processes are required in order to cope with external defects such as dent, gouge, cracking usually due to mechanical attacks. Most of gas pipelines repair processes are performed after completely venting remaining gas. However, in some case, though it is very unusual, repairs require without venting gas. For instance, this case is that damaged pipeline is remedied with split sleeve by welding. In this paper, in an effort to confirm a safe application of the split sleeve welding, residual stress, strain and temperature distributions are evaluated by computer simulation and experiments. The results obtained are as follows : 1) Computer modelling is supposed to be reasonable because microstructure changes due to welding is simulated coincidently as compare to that of real condition. 2) The maximal temperature on inside surface of pipeline is 50$0^{\circ}C$ for the repair welding process. 3) The amount of residual stress is estimated as the stress corresponding to 0.8% strain. 4) The repair process employed is determined to be technically preferable because of its avoiding cracks and fractures in the course of welding.

자동차사고 손상유형과 상해에 관한 실사고 연구 (A Real-world Accident Study on Vehicle Damage Types and Occupant Injury)

  • Base on insurance vehicle collision and bodily injury claim reports, 23,655 cases of vehicle to vehicle accidents occurred in Korea 2010 are investigated in order to understand vehicle damage severities, repair costs and occupant injury types. The results of our statistical analysis reveal that minor damages with small dent or scratches on vehicle body panels which is assumed to imply during very low speed crashes are major portion of accident severities types. The most vulnerable body regions due to the real-world accident are neck. The 86.3% of total injured driver in minor rear damaged vehicles has reported neck pains and they are followed by whole bodies and head but with much lower occurrence rates.

3D-프린팅 의치상 레진과 열중합 의치상 레진에서의 의치 첨상 재료 간의 전단결합강도 비교 연구 (A comparison study on shear bond strength of 3D printed resin and conventional heat-cured denture base resin to denture relining materials)

  • 목적: 다양한 3D 프린팅 의치상 레진과 여러 가지 의치 첨상 재료 간의 전단결합강도를 평가하여 기존의 열중합 의치상 레진과의 전단결합강도를 비교 평가하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 열중합레진(Vertex RS)과 3D프린팅 의치상 레진 두종(DENTCA Denture base II, NextDentTM Base)을 사용하였다. 의치 첨상 재료로는 성분이 다른 총 4종(Tokuyama Rebase II fast, Kooliner, Denture Liner, Denture Liner, Lang Jet Denture Repair Kit)을 사용하여 12개의 군으로 분류하였다. ISO/TS 11405규격에 따라 접착을 시행하였다. 전단결합강도를 측정하였고, 이후 입체현미경과 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 접착 계면을 관찰하고 파절편의 분석을 통하여 파절 양상을 조사하였다. 결과: 3D 프린팅 의치상 레진 군에서 의치 첨상 재료와의 전단결합강도가 열중합레진 군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 전단결합강도 결과를 나타내었다(P < 0.05). Polymethyl methacrylate계열의 첨상재료의 경우, 의치상종류와 관계없이 높은 전단결합강도를 보였다. 파절 양상은 대부분의 군에서 접착성 파절이 나타났고 일부 군에서 응집성 파절과 혼합성 파절 양상이 나타났다. 결론: Polymethyl methacrylate를 주성분으로 하는 의치 첨상 재료가 실험에 사용된 모든 의치상 레진에서 다른 의치 첨상 재료와 비교하여 높은 전단 결합강도 값을 나타내었지만, 직접법으로 의치 첨상을 시행할 경우 단량체로 Isobutyl methacrylate 성분의 의치 첨상재료를 사용하는 것이 전단결합강도면에서 유리할 것으로 사료된다.
