The Dismantlement and Construction of the buildings have the characteristic of floating change with repetition within a Time Schedule which has fixed resources, that is, Manpower, Materials and Equipments, and involve many disaster factors in performing each processes. But as these factors are variable, a work supervisor should be able to understand data analysed distinctive factors of each activities systematically, organizationally, and scientifically, and diagrammatic information media so that he can control any complex and situation beyond forecast. Thus this study is intended to be a barometer of weighing if the existing process schedule has taken security into consideration by making the characteristics of organization and action of Work package per process in a building field with more factors like these into a network system and is intended to minimize construction disasters by systematizing this into a Transformational Network.

Double-front construction machinery, which was designed for complicated tasks, requires intelligent systems that can provide the quantitative work analysis needed to determine effective work procedures and that can provide operational and cognitive support for operators. Construction work environments are extremely complicated, however, and this makes state identification difficult. We therefore defined primitive static states (PSS) that are determined using on-off data for the lever inputs and manipulator loads for each part of the grapple and front and that are completely independent of the various environmental conditions and operator skill levels. To confirm the usefulness of PSS, we performed experiments with a demolition task by using our virtual reality simulator. We confirmed that PSS could robustly and accurately identify the work states and that untrained skills could be easily inferred from the PSS-based work analysis. We also confirmed in skill-training experiments that advice information using PSS-based skill analysis greatly improved work performance. We thus confirmed that PSS can adequately identify work states and are useful for work analysis and skill improvement.
This study compared and analyzed the job importance that site managers perceived by dividing the study scope into customized and expansion remodeling projects and deriving the job descriptions from previous studies. As a result, a total of 7 construction stages and 53 job descriptions were derived. As job importance in customized remodeling projects, removal and demolition works were the most important, followed by preliminary survey, and repair and reinforcement works. In addition, as job importance in expansion remodeling projects, preliminary survey is the most important, followed by civil engineering work, and repair and reinforcement works. It is considered that the job importance of the remodeling projects derived in this study will contribute to improving their job efficiency in the future.

Use of recycled aggregates in portland cement concrete (PCC) construction can offer benefits associated with both economy and sustainability. Testing performed to date indicates that recycled brick masonry aggregate (RBMA) can be used as a 100% replacement for conventional coarse aggregate in concrete that exhibits acceptable mechanical properties for use in structural and pavement elements, including satisfactory performance in some durability tests. Recycled brick masonry aggregate concrete (RBMAC) is currently not used in any type of construction in the United States. However, use of RBMAC could become a viable construction strategy as sustainable building practices become the norm. This paper explores the feasibility of use of RBMAC in several types of sustainable construction initiatives, based upon the findings of previous work with RBMAC that incorporates RBMA produced from construction and demolition waste from a case study site. A summary of material properties of RBMAC that will be useful to construction professionals are presented, along with a discussion of advantages and impediments to use. Several quality assurance and quality control techniques that could be incorporated into specifications are identified.
Disposal of industrial waste in cities where municipal authorities permitting higher floor area ratio coupled with increasing living standards, a lot of demolition waste is being generated. Its disposal is a challenge particularly in megacities where no landfills are available. The ever-increasing cost of building construction materials also necessitates consuming demolition wastes in a useful manner to save fresh natural raw materials. In the present work, the crushed waste glass is used in high-strength concrete as a partial replacement of fine aggregate. The control concrete of grade M60 was proportioned following BIS 10262-2009. The crushed waste glass has been used as a partial replacement with varying percentages of 10, 20, 30, and 40% by weight of fine aggregate. Experimental tests were carried on the fresh and hardened state of the concrete. The effect of crushed waste glass on the workability of the concrete has been investigated. Non-destructive tests, acid attack tests, compressive strength, split tensile strength, and X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out for the control concrete and concrete containing crushed waste glass after 7, 28, and 270 days of normal curing. The results show that for the same w/c ratio, the workability of concrete increases with increasing replaced crushed waste glass content. However, the decrease in compressive strength of the concrete after 28 days of normal curing and further after 28 days of acid attacks, up to 30% replacement level of fine aggregate by the crushed waste glass is insignificant.
