2종 시설물에 해당하는 국도 내 암반비탈면의 평가체계를 보완, 수정하기 위해 문헌자료를 바탕으로 평가항목 후보를 도출하고, 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 설문을 실시하여 암반비탈면의 최종 평가항목을 선정하였다. 단계별 다중회귀분석을 통해 평가 항목의 유의성을 검토한 결과 도출된 항목은 모두 유의확률 0.05이하로 유의미한 것으로 나타났고, 비교적 유사한 수준의 가중치를 나타내어 평가항목이 타당하게 선정되었다는 것을 확인하였다. 제안된 평가항목과 기존 평가항목에 대하여 내용타당도(CVR)와 신뢰도를 검토를 통해 기존 평가체계에서 제외될 수 있는 항목을 선정하고 기존 평가체계를 보완할 수 있는 항목을 추가하여 최종적으로 18개의 암반비탈면 평가항목을 도출하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a first aid coaching program (FACP) and to investigate its effects on the first aid knowledge, confidence, and performance of childcare teachers. Methods: A Delphi survey that included 16 experts was used to develop the FACP. A total of 60 participants were included to test the effectiveness of the program. The FACP developed using the survey results focused on improving first aid knowledge, confidence, and performance using a coaching-based method. First aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) performance was assessed using 39 items from the program content. Results: Using a 3-round Delphi survey, 6 areas and 42 detailed topics for group and individual coaching programs were developed. The knowledge scores were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (t=4.24, p=.001). The confidence scores were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (F=3.89, p<.001). The performance scores were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (t=12.40, p<.001). Conclusion: Continuous application of the FACP among child care teachers is expected to minimize the harm caused by minor accidents at child care facilities. This program should be formally implemented on a consistent basis.

본 연구는 문헌 및 현장에서 얻은 생물자원지식들의 가치를 평가하기 위해 전문가들을 대상으로 실시한 델파이 조사 (Delphi method)의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 델파이조사는 전문가들이 다른 사람의 의견과 관계없이 독립적으로 전문성 있는 평가를 내린 다음에 다음 단계에서 다른 전문가들의 의견을 참고하며 자신의 의견을 수정하는 절차를 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 문헌에서 얻은 전통지식 100건, 현장에서 취득한 지식 100건 등, 모두 200건을 우선 선정한 후 전문가 6인을 선정하여 각 지식의 가치에 대하여 두 차례 평가하도록 하였다. 그 결과 두 차례의 평가점수는 연관성이 매우 높으면서 2차에서는 다른 전문가들의 의견을 수용해 어느 정도 자체수정이 발생하여 각 문항에 대한 평가점수의 표준편차가 줄어들었다. 본 조사의 신뢰성 (reliability)을 파악하기 위해 일반적인 신뢰도 계수인 크론바하 알파와 함께 일반화가능도 (generalizability) 계수를 구하였다. 이 두 신뢰도 분석을 통해 2차 평가 후 평가의 신뢰도가 상승하여 전문가에 의한 델파이 조사의 신뢰도가 매우 높다는 사실을 지지하였으나 일반화 가능도 분석 결과를 해석하는 과정에서 다른 결과를 유추할 수 있었다. 신뢰도계수가 증가하였음에도 불구하고 평가자간의 편차는 증가하여 신뢰도가 높아진 것은 평가가 상향되고 평균에 회귀하는 경향으로 잔차변동이 줄어서이지 평가자간의 의견수렴이 이루어진 결과로 볼 수는 없다는 사실이었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 신뢰도 계수와 함께 평가자 간의 분산을 파악하여 델파이조사의 추가적인 단계 (round)가 필요함을 제시하였다.

과학기술부가 2001년 11월 부산과학고등학교를 최초의 영재학교로 지정하여 2003년 3월 개교하게 됨으로써, 본 연구는 과학 영재 학생들을 위해 설립될 '과학 영재 학교'를 비롯하여 다른 영재교육 기관에서 영재 학생의 특성과 능력에 알맞은 과학 교육을 체계적으로 제공할 수 있도록 고등학교 수준의 물리 영역 교육과정을 개발하였다. 폭넓게 합의된 교육과정을 개발하고자 문헌분석과 11명의 전문가 집단을 구성하여 델파이 조사방법을 이용하였다. 1차 설문조사에서는 교육과정 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가 등으로 영역을 구성하여 그 각각에 전문가들이 자유롭게 기술할 수 있는 방법을 채택하였으며, 2차 설문은 1차 설문조사에서 수합된 의견을 분석, 종합하여 작성하였고, 2차 설문 결과는 빈도 수 또는 우선 순위 방식으로 분석하여 물리영재교육과정을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 비판적 수학교육의 관점에서 수학교과서를 분석하기 위한 분석준거 개발을 목표로 하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위한 첫 단계로서 비판적 수학교육의 이론적 근간이 되는 비판 이론과 비판적 교육이론에 대한 문헌분석을 통해 비판적 수학교육의 철학적, 인식론적 기저를 고찰하였다. 또한 비판적 수학교육에 대한 국내외 문헌을 분석하여 비판적 수학교육의 개념화 논의, 실제 수업사례 등을 종합하여 '비판적 수학교육 관점에 따른 수학교과서 분석준거 안'을 구성하였다. 이후 제시한 준거 안에 대한 타당도를 검증하기 위해 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 분석 결과에 따라 제시한 준거 안을 수정, 보완하여 '고전적 지식', '공동체적 지식', '대화적 지식', '정치적 지식' 네 범주로 이루어진 '비판적 수학교육의 관점에 따른 수학교과서 분석준거'를 최종적으로 개발하였다.

목적 : 본 연구는 델파이 방법을 적용하여 국내 감각통합치료실 구성을 위한 가이드라인을 개발하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2020년 5월부터 6월까지 감각통합치료 관련된 전문가 패널 22명을 대상으로 델파이 방법을 적용하여 전문가의 의견을 수집하였다. 델파이 조사는 2차에 걸쳐 진행 되었으며, 1차 델파이 설문에는 선행연구를 근거로 하여 평가도구 40개와 치료도구 23개의 폐쇄형 질문과 안전을 위한 물리적 환경 10개의 항목과 개방형 질문을 혼합하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 2차 델파이 설문은 1차 설문의 결과를 바탕으로 항목 삭제 및 수정과정을 거쳐 최종 수렴하였다. 결과 : 1차 델파이 결과에서는 총 59개 항목이 선정되었다. 최종 2차 델파이 결과에서는 59개의 모든 항목의 내용타당도 비율이 .42 이상으로 분석되어 삭제한 항목은 없었으며, 안정도 또한 모든 항목 0.5 이하로 분석되어 추가적인 설문이 필요 없음으로 판단하였다. 최종 델파이 조사의 평균 내용타당도 비율은 .92, 안정도 .15, 수렴도 .36, 합의도 .80으로 높은 일치도를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 감각통합치료실의 물리적 환경과 치료 도구 및 평가 도구를 조사하고, 감각통합치료자들에게 임상 현장에서 얻어진 감각통합치료실 환경에 대한 견해를 파악함으로써 앞으로 감각통합치료실을 개설하기 원하는 기관들과 임상 치료사에게 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

국내의 경우 대중교통 최소서비스 수준 분석을 통해 대중교통 접근성을 평가하고 있으나 이는 운영자 측면의 평가로 이용자 측면의 대중교통 접근성 분석은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 알뜰교통카드 데이터를 이용하여 이용자의 대중교통 접근성을 분석한 결과 법정동보다 법정리의 접근시간 및 거리가 크며, 대중교통 접근성이 낮은 유형을 분류하여 분석한 결과 전체 평균 접근 시간에 비해 유형 1은 95%, 유형 2는 64% 더 크게 나타났다. 이러한 대중교통 접근성 문제 해결을 위해 델파이 조사를 통한 실시간 수요대응 자율주행 대중교통차량의 효율적인 도입 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 델파이 조사 결과 기능은 환승연계 및 D2D, 서비스는 예약 및 정보제공서비스, 노선 운영 방식은 준동적 및 동적 운영, 접근거리는 300m, 노선 운행 거리는 10km, 정시성은 5분 이내와 같이 9개 항목에 대해 전문가들의 의견이 일치하였다.

Because of the rising healthcare costs, there is a growing need for developing efficiency indicators for medical resources use and measuring efficiency of healthcare providers and healthcare systems using them. In this study, we aimed to develop efficiency indicators for medical resources use by means of Delphi technique. We systematically reviewed the existing measures of medical resource use. Thirty nine indicators were selected as a candidates across the six domains: medical personnel, medical equipment, medical facilities, ethical management, resource efficiency, and drug use. To develop efficiency indicators with professional consensus, a 2-round Delphi survey was conducted among 29 professional experts. The following indicators were selected based on the Delphi survey results: adjusted number of the patient per day and level of the nurse number medical personnel in medical personnel domain; the number of the scan a professional physician and the quality of the scan in medical equipment domain; bed utilization rate in medical facility domain; drug price reported pharmaceutical price by medical institutions, medical fee billing transparency, and medical care appropriateness in ethical management domain; costliness index in resource efficiency domain; and utilization of high cost drug and items per prescription in drug use domain. The efficiency indicators could provide valid information about efficiency of healthcare providers and healthcare systems with respect to their resources use and facilitate policies to improve their efficiency.

In an effort to resolve environmental pollution problems, developed countries enforce green building certification systems. The same is true in Korea. However compared professional accreditation system to certification systems did not systematically in Korea. Therefore, in accordance with development of green building related systems and technology the requirement for foster green building professionals is urgent. Accordingly this study is purposed to analyze and propose that green building professional accreditation system development and operation of the direction. Through data analysis domestic and international green building professional accreditation system for draw a development plan. And then conduct an expert Delphi survey reflected in the survey results to development plan.

This study is for deriving an evaluation system which fits to the domestic urban river. For this, two times of Delphi survey was conducted to various experts who are eminent for ecology, urban design, governance, landscape architecture, hydrology. The purpose was for analysing validity and getting extra opinion of evaluation items which were preferentially have chosen. Reflecting $1^{st}$ survey's opinions as changing the word or explaining more details, the second survey was conducted, In this time, all evaluation items were analysed as valid and experts agreed with that. In conclusion, the evaluation items, "Amenity", "Biodiversity", "Ecosystem service", "Governance", "Management", which are for evaluating domestic urban river environment were derived.
