Purpose: This study explored the suitability of interventions for medication interruption and intervention preferences. Methods: Two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted with 18 expert panels comprising staff (or charge) nurses, nursing managers, and Quality Improvement (QI) team nurses working in a tertiary general hospital. For 47 situations involving the location of interruption, medication step, and source of interruption, the suitability of three interventions (no-interruption zone, medication safety vest, and education) was evaluated using a 5-point scale. Results: A total of 51 interventions for each situation were found appropriate by satisfying the degree of convergence and consensus. Patients or caregivers, peer nurses, doctors, telephones, and call bells were sources of interruption and were identified as appropriate for the application of interventions. 'Responding to requests and inquiries' by patients or caregivers showed high overall suitability. The nurses' preferred color for the intervention design (no-interruption zone, medication safety vest) is blue text on a yellow background. The priority groups for education related to medication interruptions were patients or caregivers, nurses, and non-nursing staff, in that order. Conclusion: Effective implementation of tailored intervention strategies that consider the specific characteristics of medication interruptions is crucial for mitigating interruptions and enhancing patient safety. Comprehensive educational programs aimed at reducing medication interruptions by improving awareness are necessary. Moreover, future research should evaluate these strategies in clinical settings to ensure their effectiveness in enhancing patient safety.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to present practice guidelines on what physical therapy students must learn during clinical training and how to evaluate them. Design: Design & development research Methods: A Delphi survey was conducted with 16 experts. Experts who participated in the study were asked to respond to 15 musculoskeletal system, 14 nervous system, and 12 physical factor therapy items through an online survey with a 5-point Likert score for each item regarding suitability and importance. Results: As a result of defining the core basic physical therapy skills that students in the Department of Physical Therapy must learn through clinical practice and in the process of evaluating them, there was a strong opinion that among the specific fields of physical therapy, evaluation items related to the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and cardiorespiratory system were important. On the contrary, physical factor therapy showed poor results. Conclusions: In a previous study, opinions on the specialty of physical therapists were collected from current physical therapists, and the field of physical factor therapy was evaluated low. I think this reflects the perception that treatment using electricity has been commonly used in the field of physical therapy for a long time and does not require deep expertise among clinicians. Physical therapy clinical practice guidelines and efficient operation plans for clinical practice were presented. Through this, it can be usefully applied in hospitals where physical therapy students undergo clinical training in the future.

Objectives: This study aimed to establish and provide reliable information for general public, based on expert consensus, on the risks of misuse of medicinal herbs for food and pure food ingredients for the fetus during pregnancy. Methods: A panelist of seven traditional Korean medicine (TKM) gynecologists responded to a questionnaire summarizing the fetal safety literature for twenty-five medicinal herbs for food and pure food ingredients derived from medicated diet (藥膳, Yaksun) recipes during three online Delphi rounds anonymously. Results: Ginkgonis Semen (Ginkgo nut), Illici Veri Fructus (Star anise), lavender, bitter gourd, and parsley were agreed at the level 1 of "Do not consume". These five ingredients were recognized as having significant risks both in the literature evidence and in expert opinion. Rosemary, Citri Unshius Pericarpium, Discoreae Rhizoma, lemongrass, Schisandrae Fructus, Cassiae Semen, Foeniculi Fructus, Mori Fructus, Cinnamomi Cortex, and Astragali Radix were agreed at the level 2 of "consultation with TKM practitioner is required". Conclusion: Based on the consensus of a seven-member expert panel of TKM gynecologists, consumption of Ginkgonis Semen (Ginkgo nut), Illici Veri Fructus (Star anise), lavender, bitter gourd, and parsley should be avoided by pregnant women. For Rosemary, Citri Unshius Pericarpium, Discoreae Rhizoma, lemongrass, Schisandrae Fructus, Cassiae Semen, Foeniculi Fructus, Mori Fructus, Cinnamomi Cortex, and Astragali Radix, the level 2 advisory may be recommended to use with caution and to consult a TKM practitioner for advice on consumption, dose, and duration.

One of the systematic attempts for technological forecasting is Delphi Method that externalizes and manipulates unformalized experts opinion in a particular problem or subject. It has, however, a critical shortcoming that it can not reflect the degree of interaction that exists among forecast events or subject. Gordon and Hayward(1969) criticize that when the forecast events are strongly interrelated, a totally unrealistic consensus may result. They proposed a new forecasting method that considers the interaction of events, that is, Cross Impact Analysis (CIA). A number of related models have been developed after them. In this study, we examine a variety of research results related to CIA obtained by literature survey and propose the limitation and future research direction. This analysis would be expected to help us to create a strategic scenario on future technology development at the government and firm level.

Currently G-SEED certification standards was in an effort to building energy-saving and carbon emissions reduction. In this study, focusing on school facilities to suggest an alternative improve green building certification standards through data analysis and conduct an expert Delphi survey. In this study, evaluation of the existing areas of green building certification 7-5 suggest that one out. There are five proposed areas of ecology, health, function, energy and resources. Further it can add areas of economics and $LCCO_2$. Through the assessment items of foreign certification standards evaluated to the feasibility of introducing in Korea. Furthermore taking into account the characteristics of each class, kindergarten, elementary, primary, middle and high schools, College or University were broken down by purpose.

Today, the life cycle of mobile games is getting shorter. In order to overcome this problem, we tried to summarize the strategies and marketing types of game marketing. Recently, I considered the TV advertisement that used the star of the marketing form of mobile game. In this research, user survey was analyzed based on correlation between star marketing and mobile game TV advertisement. And, through an interview with Delphi experts, I summarized the important elements of TV advertisement for mobile games. In conclusion, this research presented a total of five elements on a successful mobile game marketing strategy.The direction of mobile game advertising can promote a successful game that needs to set effective advertising marketing strategy, based on the basic nature of the game and main target.

This paper presents a formalized methodology for conducting cost-effectiveness analysis on the ROK Navy's maritime patrol aircraft. The methodology involves a Delphi method application for determining the group of appraisal variables as well as their weight values in the area of aircraft effectiveness analysis, Life-cycle costing was employed to produce cost in terms of present worth values of all costs that occur over the common 20-year life cycle. A wide range of experts was selected so that their opinions could be effectively collected and synthesized to form the framework of the effectiveness model. Such a model development strategy provides easy acceptance of the analysis result and assure fairness of the analysis.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a model of level evaluation for data governance that can diagnose and verify level of insufficient part of operating data governance. We expanded the previous study related on attribute indices of data governance and developed a level model of evaluation and items. The model of level evaluation for data governance is the level of evaluation and has items of 400 components. We used previous studies and expert opinion analysis such as the Delphi technique, KJ method in this paper. This study contributes to literature by developing a level evaluation model for data governance at the early phase. This paper will be used for the base line data in objective evidence of performance in the companies and agencies of operating data governance.

The objective of this study is to propose a new procedure to synthesize the multi-experts priorities in AHP. If multi-experts with different expertise are involved in a AHP decision, we need some way to aggregate their opinions. AHP model used to do numerical aggregation by taking only the geometric mean or the weighting geometric mean in past. To aggregate the multi-experts priorities, In this paper. we suggest a way which Decision Maker can exclude outlier matrix from group using the concept of the Compatibility and we Introduce Delphi method to use Compatibility in AHP. A numerical example is shown to illustrate the procedure.

This paper aims to explore the success factors of knowledge management in the perspectives of knowledge management integration into operations and to examine the effect of those factors on the knowledge management performance of individual users and organizations in order to link knowledge management performances to operational performances. I found two factors such as "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "knowledge management integration into application systems" and their measures by means of literature review and modified Delphi research. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that those two factors and their measures are statistically valid. Besides, the structural equation modeling analysis showed that the relationship between "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "individual user's performance on knowledge management" and the relationship between "individual user's performance of knowledge managemen" and "organizational performance of knowledge management" are significant.
