The objective of this study was to determine the overall conditions related to family meals-including perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors-among elementary school children. The data were collected from 464 male and female students attending elementary schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do in December 2006 to February 2007, using self-administered questionnaires. The results were as follows: 77.7% of the students regarded family meals as meals eaten with all family members living together in a household. With regard to the frequency of family meals, 40.9% of the students reported that they ate with their family 'more than once per day'. 74.7% of the students reported that they enjoyed family meals because mealtime is a time to talk with other family members. When the degree of satisfaction with life was evaluated using a Likert scale (strongly satisfied-5 points, strongly unsatisfied-1 point), the results showed a significantly higher level of satisfaction with their daily lives, health, nutritious conditions, and family care. Students had more positive psychological feelings as the frequency of family meals increases. Likewise, the groups who frequently ate family meals scored higher in positive attitudes and behaviors toward family meals, thereby implying that the consumption of family meals is associated with the promotion of familial relationships, psychological stability, and positive thinking in children. These findings indicate that attention should be directed toward increasing the frequency of family meals and creating a positive family meal environment.
The purpose of this study is to clarify success factors for desirable relationship between buyer and supplier in elementary school. Therefore, the survey questionnaire consisted of general background, past success, success difference, buyer-supplier relationship characteristics(trust, supporting status, communication behavior, conflict resolution techniques, supplier selection process). The subjects were 66 dieticians of elementary school in Inchon. The statistical analysis of data was completed using SPSS program. The results were summarized as follows : Average total cost/day per one person ₩1,156. The number of suppliers per one school were 6. 92.3% of the subjects were in favor of private contract, regarding contract methods of purchasing food materials. For the past success, degree of satisfaction about past their supplier showed 3.49 score. The present success difference was shown higher than the past success. There was significant correlation between the past success and the present success difference. Trust about suppliers showed 3.40score. Supplying companies hardly support for buying school. Among information quality(timely, accurate, adequate, complete, credible), timely and complete showed lower score than the other kind of elements. Among the buyer-supplier relationship characteristic elements, only trust correlated with satisfaction about suppliers significantly. Among the conflict resolution techniques, joint problem solving and persuasive attempts were often made use of by subjects. The supplier selection criteria were shown quality(7.47), supplier's capabilities(6.46), management plan(6.00), price(5.73), scale(5.48), assets(5.27), considers delivery(4.76) and technology(2.39). As results, trust was needed for the desirable relationship between buyers and suppliers. This study has some limitations. The data in this study were collected from only buyer. It is more desired to acquire data from suppliers also.

The purpose of this study was to examine the achievement of nursing program outcome among nursing students. Data were collected from December 7, 2021 to November 28, 2021, using a questionnaire for 141 fourth-grade college students in G-gun and C-city. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 23 with limits, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. Results of the Study As for the program outcomes of nursing students' undergraduate degree program in nursing, Understanding the legal and ethical standards of nursing practice was the highest at 4.61 points and Global perception scored the lowest at 3.80 points. It was found that the higher the satisfaction with the department of nursing and the satisfaction with college life, the higher the program outcome achievement. Based on the research results, it is necessary to develop and apply a plan to improve by developing and applying curriculum and extracurricular activity programs in order to improve the global perception program outcome of the graduating year.

This study was conducted to understand the degree of personality and interpersonal relationships among dental hygiene students. The survey was conducted from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021. As a result of the study, personality was 3.42 points and interpersonal relationships were 3.46 points. In general, there was a statistically significant difference in both personality and interpersonal subdomains in interpersonal satisfaction and college life satisfaction (p<.05, p<.001). The more experience they had in clinical practice, the lower their scores for friendship and professorship among interpersonal relationships. Among the sub-domains of personality, morality and sociality were analyzed as having the highest positive correlation (r=.674), and in interpersonal relationships, the relationship between friends and professors was analyzed as high (r=.606). Therefore, for the holistic growth of dental hygiene students as preliminary dental hygienists and their adaptation to the dental care field, a long-term strategy and continuous educational approach are needed at the university for cultivating character and interpersonal relationships, which are the basics. In addition, various programs related to the duties of dental hygienists should be developed and methods to be applied should be sought.
In the highly competitive and divers world of financial market, customer is the single most important factor to company's survival. Especially, creating a relationship with valued customers is a key to success. CRM provides the mean to retain high value customers. It takes a prospect of what customers expect. Utilizing those knowledge can help the products and service meet the customers' needs, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and company's profit. In this report, I am going to suggest a few ways to develop successful CRM in the life insurance industry. First, CRM should innovate the way of communication to keep pace with Web 2.0 era. In other words, the customer's needs should be caught by real-time communication than traditional off-line market research. Thus, the functionality and specification of products can be decided by customer's direct choice so that the customers are able to purchase the understanding and experience of the products. Second, CRM project should consider whether the initial strategy plan can promise the stable growth of customer at the first step. When planning strategy, the project needs to identify what customer wants and how to fulfill the needs with stable growth of the customer. In addition, the CRM should be developed by realizing that customer centric benefits ultimately guarantee the growth of the organization. Third, CRM systems should enhance the organization's ability to take the customer's insight in a 360 degree view and to capture the voice of the customer directly. In order to develop the best matched product package, more precise customer segmentation should be ahead of market segmentation strategy. Forth, the biggest reward from CRM will be a customer royalty program. Many successful banks are already planning and practicing customer royalty strategy. A comprehensive analysis of customers and their behavior allow organization to identify high value potential customers' needs and determine a strategy required to meet those needs. Even life insurance companies such as Prudential Korea are developing products designed for royal customers. Fifth, understanding and managing the experience of customer called Customer Experience Management also can increase customer satisfaction. Measuring only customers' experience and adapting it to marketing strategy make products position in the gap between the customers' expectation and experience not required by market. A key component of CEM is its application across all organizational functions. At last, the direction of change and development of CRM can be defined from the conceptualization of information technology represented by Ubiquitous and Web 2.0. Instead of just managing customer information, companies should take the initiative in personalized system with customer oriented strategy. Furthermore, with the regular communication between CRM stakeholders (Sales-Marketing-IT), customer's demand should be directly reflected to enterprise strategy in real time.
The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data necessary to improve the planning and operations for an effective on-the-job training (OJT) by analyzing educational effects and deciding on a career for employment (DCE) effects of OJT based on the perceptions of employees from the specialized high school (SHS). The survey was performed with 301 employees who are working in the industrial institutions including the OJT, among the nation's specialized technical high school graduates. 240 questionnaires were analyzed. The major results of this study are as following. First, the effects of OJT are as following. The OJT have educational effects such as the improvement of job ability and adaptability to workplace, refinement of working life, and career guidance. However, the OJT almost don't have educational effects for contents in relation to the majors in SHS. The OJT had basic DCE effects on graduates, and consistently have had them since they graduated from SHS. Second, the difference of OJT effects by employees' background variables is as following. By the gender, the OJT have more educational effects and DCE effects on male than female. By the types of career decision before taking part in the OJT, the OJT has more educational effects and DCE effects on employees with a high degree of career decision. By the working life satisfaction, the higher working life satisfaction, the higher OJT effects. Therefore, the OJT should be operated to make students feel satisfied with the OJT in order to correspond with the purpose of specialized high school - cultivating talent in specific areas.
The purpose of this study is to analyze consumers' purchase behavior for the counterfeits of fashion luxury brands. The research method of the study used a naturalistic approach. The first participant observation was carried out in the internet sites in order to collect the data on the purchase behavior for counterfeits; and the second participant observation was applied in the Dongdaemun shopping mall, Namdaemun shopping mall and Itaewon shopping mall; finally 6 informants were selected and then an interview was held with them. The results of the study are as follows; 1. The reasons for the first purchase of counterfeits are variously shown according to life stages, and the repetitive purchase behavior is influenced by the degree of satisfaction for the first purchase. The information collection for counterfeits is widely made through various media, and especially the information collection is active and positive in the case of planned purchase but it is passive and negative in the case of unplanned purchase. 2. The most important criteria in purchasing counterfeits is the degree of similarity with luxury brands and other criteria include price, design, utility etc. The majority of purchase items is not clothing but miscellaneous goods which are more similar in terms of design and quality. The purchase of counterfeits is made by impulse purchase but the purchase of luxury brands is made by planned purchase. 3. The rationalization mechanism for the purchase of counterfeits is observed in all informants, which is a sort of defence mechanism for avoiding a guilty conscience to buy illegal goods.
Purpose: The purpose of study was to examine effects of aromatherapy on stress, sleep, nausea and vomiting of women after laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: The participants were 60 women who had laparoscopic hysterectomy: experiment group for aromatherapy (n=30) and control group for routine care (n=30). The experimental group received inhalation aromatherapy for 5 minutes, twice; the first was done right after the operation, the second was at 9 pm before sleep on the same day-while the control group had no inhalation. Data were collected from July to September, 2012 at G hospital. Results: The degree of psychological stress was not significantly different between two groups (t=-1.96, p=.054). Yet, there were significant differences between two groups for degree of physiological stress (t=-3.20, p=.002), the level of cortisol (t=-2.01, p=.049), the score of sleep status (t=2.47, p=.016), the score of sleep satisfaction (t=2.43, p=.018), and the score for nausea and vomiting (t=-2.58, p=.012). Conclusion: Inhalation aromatherapy using the mixed oil of lavender, mandarin, and marjoram was effective in decreasing the level of physiological stress, cortisol, and the score for nausea and vomiting, and also allowed the participants to have a better sleep. Therefore, inhalation aromatherapy could be effective in improving the quality of life of these women during recovery.
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for prevention of VDT syndrome by confirming VDT syndrome according to the type of computer use. The subjects recruited for the research were 518 students who were in the 4, 5, 6 grades from 5 schools in Seoul. The data were collected during the period from October 8 through October 18, 2004. The results were as follows; 1. The mean value of the VDT syndrome was 1.55 (SD=.52) for the 5th graders. 2. The degrees of VDT syndrome according to the characteristics of the subjects shows higher scores for the 5th and 6th graders, boys, students with more than 4 online friends, students with a low degree of school life satisfaction, and for students with parents who had a negative attitude for their children. 3. The degree of VDT syndrome according to the type of computer use showed higher scores when the students used computers for game more than for study, more than 11 hours in a week, more than 2 hours at one time, not having any rest, in dark places, with the monitor less than 40 an distance from the eyes, sitting with their legs crossed and when the keyboard was in a higher position than their elbows. The internet absorbed group showed higher scores than the unabsorbed group. 4. There was positive correlation between the hours of computer use and VDT syndrome. Also, internet addiction and VDT syndrome had positive correlation. Therefore, each home and society needs to pay consistent attention to correct computer use by their students. Especially, schools will have to educate about computer utilization and VDT syndrome.
