Methods : For this study, we carried out PSQI, IQ, BDI and DSOM of 37 patients with insomnia who have come to Donguei oriental hospital of Donguei university from November 2008 to May 2009. And Using cross tabulation analysis, verified the association of PSQI, IQ, BDI and DSOM. Results : 1. The most Frequent Pathogenic Factor is blood-deficiency(血虛) in total patients. 2. The score of BDI has positive correlation with sc10 of deficiency of qi(氣虛), damp(濕), kdney(腎) in total patients. 3. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with zp of liver(肝) in total patients. 4. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with sc10 and zp of insufficiency of Yin(陰虛), and the score of BDI has positive correlation with sc10 of blood stasis(血瘀) and zp of liver(肝) in female patients. 5. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with sc10 of deficiency of qi(氣虛) and zp of heart(心), and the score of IQ has positive correlation with sc10 of liver(肝) in male patients. 6. The duration from onset in the group of 22-59years are longer than the group of 60-80 years and the duration of using hypnotics have positive correlation with total sleep time in 22-59years group. 7. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with zp of liver(肝) in 22-59years group. 8. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with the score of BDI in 60-80years group. 9. The score of BDI has positive correlation with sc10 of deficiency of qi(氣虛) and zp of blood-deficiency(血虛), and the score of IQ has positive correlation with zp of coldness(寒) in 60-80years group. 10. • Diagnostic method by taking pulse is generally accepted as a clinical diagnosis of today. Theoretical foundation of the method was laid by "Hwangjenaegyeong" and "Nangyeong". Since then, it was quoted by "Sanghallon" and systematically applied to diagnoses by making a diagnosis in the light of pulse condition and symptoms observed so that the original form of the method was shaped thereby. And therefore, theoretical significance of diagnostic method by taking pulse was drawn in this paper to define the theory of pulse feeling. Furthermore, this paper is corroborative of that the purpose of diagnostic method by taking pulse is to diagnose pyo-lee and jang-bu; wind-cold-warmth-heat; and deficiency and excess of gi and blood as well as substantially prove it with the texts of "Sanghallon".

Chronic Tong Bi can be turn into bone, kidney, zang organs disease and Hak Sul Pung(鶴膝風). 3. The symptoms are severe arthralgia, limit of ROM, localized coldness and edema, white coated tonge fur, wiry and knotted pulse. 4. The principles of medicinal treatment are mainly eliminating the cold and inducing the wind, removing the dampness. 5. The principle of acupucture and moxibustion treatment is mainly eliminating the cold(iron skin treatment, moxibustion, warming acupucture).

  • Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have shown great potential in treating bone deficiency. Human adipose-derived stem cells (HASCs) are multipotent progenitor cells with multi-lineage differentiation potential. Human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells (HAMSCs) are capable of promoting osteogenic differentiation of MSCs. In this study, we investigated the effect of HAMSCs on HASCs by a transwell co-culture system. HAMSCs promoted proliferation, osteogenic differentiation, angiogenic potential and adiponectin (APN) secretion of HASCs. Moreover, the positive effect of HAMSCs was significantly inhibited by U0126, a highly selective inhibitor of extracellular signaling-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. These observations suggested that HAMSCs induced bone regeneration in HASCs via ERK1/2 MAPK signaling pathway.
