A new method for creating a logical data model is proposed. The logical data model developed by the method defines table, primary key, foreign key, and fields. The framework of the logical data model is constructed by modeling the relationships between events and their related entity types. The proposed method consists of a series of objective and quantitative decisions such as maximum cardinality of relationships and functional dependency between the primary key and attributes. Even beginners to database design can use the methology as long as they understand such basic concepts about relational databases as primary key, foreign key, relationship cardinality, parent-child relationship, and functional dependency. The simple and systematic approach minimizes decision errors made by a database designer. In practial database design the method creates a logical data model in Boyce-Codd normal form unless the user of the method makes a critical decision error, which is very unlikely.

In this paper, Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy set theory is used to handle the uncertainty of students' knowledgeon domain concepts in an E-learning system. Their knowledge on these domain concepts has been collected from tests that were conducted during their learning phase. Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy user model is proposed to deal with vagueness in the user's knowledge description in domain concepts. The user model uses Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy sets for knowledge representation and linguistic rules for updating the user model. The scores obtained by each student were collected in this model and the decision about the students' knowledge acquisition for each concept whether completely learned, completely known, partially known or completely unknown were placed into the information table. Finally, it has been found that the proposed scheme is more appropriate than the fuzzy scheme.

An algorithm for modeling of yeast fermentation process using genetic-fuzzy algorithm is presented in this work. The algorithm involves developing the fuzzy modeling of the process and model update capability against the system change. The membership functions of state variables and specific rates and the decision table were generated using genetic algorithm. This algorithm could replace the complex mathematical model to simple fuzzy model and cope with the change of process characteristics well.

본 연구에서는 진도우파수 성분과 진동진폭에 대한 이상진동의 멤버쉽함수(membership function)를 고려하여, 멤버쉽정도(membership grade)를 구하고, 퍼지연산에 의하여 회전동기와 비동기진동을 구별하는 1차 진단을 한후, 각각에 대한 진동진폭의 멤버쉽함수와 인과매트릭스(decision table)를 이용하여 보다 세분된 2차 진단을 수행하는 2단계의 진단수법을 제안한다. 그리고 실험장치에서 여러가지의 결함을 인위적으로 만들고, 이 계측자료와 관련자료를 이용하여 본 진단법의 유용성을 검토하였다.

In this paper, It is proposed collecting, processing, and learning of data with PIC16F877 and Acode 300[3], constructing database in PC. The PIC16F877 microcontroller nodes are the radio sensor and the DC motor controller. The PC of flexible factory level construct the data-table for object-oriented optimal environment control. The DC Motor control command is decision with back-propagation.

This paper considers the vehicle routing problem taking account of not only delivery but pick-up at the same time. A mathematical formulation is presented for finding the route which satisfies all the demands of customers and enables picking up most containers without exceeding the capacity of the vehicle. A table comparing traveling distance and the pick-up amount is provided by using heuristic method, which will be of help to the decision makers.

In this paper, we introduce a Mann-like three step iteration method and show that it can be used to approximate the fixed point of a weak contraction mapping. Furthermore, we prove that this scheme is equivalent to the Mann iterative scheme. A comparison is made with the other third order iterative methods. Results are presented in a table to support our conclusion.

The current public survey performance review extracts samples according to the set screening ratio, and examines the extracted samples to determine the suitability or inadequacy of the survey performance. The examiner directly judges the survey performance submitted by the performer, and extracts it in consideration of various field conditions and topography for each subject. However, it is necessary to secure fairness in the examination as it is extracted with different extraction methods for each subject and the judgment of the examiner. Accordingly, in order to automate sampling for public survey performance review, the detailed sampling criteria of the reviewer were investigated to prepare a volume calculation table, and the automation of sampling using Python was studied. In addition, by reviewing items that can and cannot be automated, the application of the automated decision tree algorithm of sampling was reviewed.

The advanced knowledge is increasing day by day due to the progress of medicine and tectonics, the increase of nursing research nowadays. In parallel with these, nursing profession has a need of the nursing care with improvement of new Knowledge, tectonics and nursing procedure through the insertive education. Therefore, this study was attempted to investigate that to grasp learning need of nurses about inservice educational play a pivotal role in the progress of inservice education. This study was made from 242 clinical nurse at 4 hospitals in Seoul and through question- are consisting of 1) ideological part 2) basic sciences 3) nursing part 4) administrative part 5) the others from 10 July '75 to 7 Oct. '75. The data were treated by percentage, Licker method, arid chi- square examination. Significant difference p is 0.05. The results of this studies are as follows : A. learning needs of nurses 1) Generally the learning needs of nurses is very high. 2) Of the learning need of inservice education for nurses, the highest learning need is as follow (Table 2 ) 1 st : Charting 2 nd : The ability of grasping patient's needs and problems. 3 rd ; The contents and the methods of the advanced nursing skill. 4 th ; The importance of team work 5 th ; The general knowledge of the various disease 6 th : The decision of a propriety nursing diagnosis under the general condition. 7 th ; The introduction of the new nursing theory. 8 th : The Nurses role and the responsibility in emergency and disaster. 9 th : The improvement of nursing skill for the perfect interpersonal relationship. l0th ; Cultural education: B . Verification of hypothesis 1. Hypothesis I , learning needs of nurses and educational level of nurse will be correlated, is rejected (Table 3 ) 2. Hypothesis II, learning need of nurses and duties of post will be correlated, is rejected (Table 4) 3. Hypothesis III, learning need of nurse and clinical experience of nurses will be correlated, is rejected (Table 5).
