Participation of forest owners is essential for effective management of private forests. This study aimed to find a measure to activate participation of private forest owners in the Leading Forest Management Zone (LFMZ). In-depth interview was conducted to check the participation level of forest owners within the LFMZ and the participation level was evaluated based on the Arnstein's eight-rungs theory in this study. The results showed that the participation of private forest owners in the LFMZ is perfunctory and their influence in the decision-making process is quite limited. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system in which forest owners can involve in the decision-making process in an official manner. In this study, we suggested to make a partnership between local forest manager and private forest owners to discuss management activities and budgets in the LFMZ. However, since only a few active private forest owners were surveyed in this study, it is hard to consider their opinions as those of whole forest owners in the LFMZ.

The purpose of this paper was to understand the mediating effect of academic achievement on the relationship between youth activity participation and career decision-making in middle school students. To this end, data from the KCYPS2018 (Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018) were used, and this research proceeded with 2,471 middle school 1st grade students. This analysis method was a regression analysis to examine any mediating effect. And the findings are as follows. Middle school students' youth activities participation had a significant effect on career decision-making and academic achievement, and the effect of youth activities participation on career decision-making was mediated in part by academic achievement. Thus, a variety of youth activity programs should be developed and provided to middle school students to increase their motivation and academic achievement. Education and training for youth leaders and teachers should be provided to help middle school students make career decisions by operating youth activity programs in conjunction with the free semester system.
The purpose of this study is to identify the key decision-making variables that lead fashion company employees to participate in the fashion education programs offered by university lifelong education centers. This study also examined the education satisfaction level and preferred education method and evaluated a university lifelong education program by surveying a fashion company employees who completed a fashion education program. As decision making variables, this study included participation purposes, obstacles, and evaluation criteria. While questionnaires were used to identify the decision making variables, education satisfaction level, and preferred education method, focus group interviews were used to evaluate the university lifelong education program. The findings showed that the respondents enrolled in the program mostly because of personal motivations and considered the workload and time limitation as participating obstacles. They considered educational content as the most important evaluation criteria for participating in the program and were highly satisfied with the program they completed. This study suggests how university lifelong education centers may structure their fashion education programs to better appeal to the employees of fashion companies.

Energy industry is undergoing a paradigm shift in customer participation in the smartgrid. Customers traditionally consume electrical power. But nowadays not only do they generate electricity from private distributed generations, they can participate in demand response programs with their negawatt power which means a theoretical unit of power representing an amount of energy saved. Therefore development of decision-making criteria for electric load aggregation becomes a greater consideration as an amount of energy saved from demand response resources increases. This paper proposes load aggregators' decision-making criteria in the industrial sector where it made up the largest portion in demand response portfolio in order to assure reliability performance for demand response resources.

This study aimed to understand the relationship between nurses' rewards and job enthusiasm, using the data from the 5th Korean Working Conditions Survey(2017). The subjects of this study consist of 359 nurses randomly sampled nationwide(218 from youth group, 141 from midddle age group). The effects of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards on job enthusiasm was indentified through GLM analysis. The results reveal that, for the entire group, participation in decision making, sense of achievement, self esteem, career prospects, recognition at work, work-life balance influence job enthusiasm. For the youth group, participation in decision making, sense of achievement, self esteem, career prospects, and work-life balance are the influencing factors; while for the middle age group, sense of achievement, self-esteem, and recognition at work are the influencing factors. In conclusion, we suggest establishing a reward system that incorporates participation in decision making, sense of achievement, self esteem, career prospects, recognition at work, and work-life balance, in order to boost nurses' job enthusiasm. Also, taking age groups into account when establishing such system may improve efficiency.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships of job stressor. coping strategies. and stress responses of manufactoring workers. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires from 262 of the manufacturing workers in a local electronic company from July to August. 1999. For data analysis. Cronbach's a. Factor Analysis. Descriptive statistics. ANOVA. and Pearson's correlation coefficient with SPSS/PC+ 7.5 version program were used. The results were as follows: 1. Regard to the stress responses and coping strategies by sociodemographic variables. 'the overall stress responses' showed significant differences by sex. age. marrital state. The use of 'control coping strategy' showed significant differences by sex and the type of work. The use of 'avoid coping strategy' showed significant differences by sex. age. married state. year of career. and income. 2. The average scores of 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making factor'. 'the physical environmental factor'. and 'the role and leadership factor' were 2.66. 2.59. 2.59 in order. The average scores for 'the avoid coping strategy' and 'the control coping strategy' were 3.03. 2.97. The average scores for 'the overall. psychosoical. and physical stress responses' were 2.18. 2.18. 2.23. 3. The 'control coping strategy' was negatively related to 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making factor'. 'the role and leadership factor'. 'the psychosocial stress responses'. and 'the overall responses'. 'The control coping strategy' was positively related to all of 'the job stressors'. 'the physical stress responses', and' the overall stress responses'. 'The physical environment factor' was positively related to all of 'the stress reponses'. 'the role and leadership factor'. and 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making factor'. According to the results of this study, the suggestions were as follows: 1. The coping strategies of manufacturing workers in the specific job stress situation should be considered to future studies. 2. In order to applying the stress management program in the workplace. The organizational intervention focused on 'the job characteristics and participation in decision making' will be needed. 3. The purpose of this study is to investigate the family life participation and to analysis its related variables focusing on comparisons of male and female in the secondary students. The questonaire included school environmental variables, family environmental variables, the preference degree of Home Economics, sex role attitudes and the family life participation. The participants were 600 middle and high school students but the final data used on this study were 559. For the statistical analysis of this study, fequency, mean, Cronbach’s ${\alpha}$ coefficient, one way ANOVA, t-test and multiple regression were calculated. The results of this study were summarized as follows;1) The degree of family life participation was a little higher than middle level. While the highest participation degree was family activities participation, the participation degree of household work, communication and decision-making, leisure activities were low. 2) The variables that influence on the family life participation were the level of living and preference degree of Home Economics for both male and female.
The purpose of this study is to identify differences in processes of change, decision making, and self-efficacy by exercise behavioral stages and determine variables significantly affecting the older people's participation in exercises. The subjects of this study included 299 people aged 65 or over who were residents of G and S districts in Busan Metropolitan City. They were selected through purposive quota sampling at colleges and centers for old people and homes in order that they could be evenly distributed over stages of pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance. Data were analyzed using descriptive, ANOVA, Logistic Regression. Variables that discriminate between participants and non-participants in exercise include self-reevaluation, reinforcing management, cons and self-efficacy. Thus if variables that discriminate between participant and non-participation in exercise such as self-reevaluation, reinforcing management, cons and self-efficacy are fully considered in designing nursing interventions for inducing old people to become exercise participants, it would provide guidelines for nursing intervention programs as appropriate for the people's exercise stages.
