최근 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 스마트관광기술의 발달과 COVID-19 이후 비대면서비스의 확대로 MICE산업에서 스마트관광기술의 활용한 하이브리드 MICE가 증가하고 있다. 우리는 최근 5년간 하이브리드 MICE 참가자를 대상으로 스마트관광기술의 활용에 대한 중요도-실행도분석을 하였다. 먼저 MICE분야에서 활용되는 13개의 스마트관광기술속성은 행사운영요인, 콘텐츠확대요인, 커뮤니티요인으로 축약되었으며, 그중에서 행사운영요인과 커뮤니티요인이 MICE참가자의 전체만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대응표본 t검정 결과에 의하면, 청중과의 소통, 웨비나, 가상쇼케이스, 소셜허브레 의한 소통, 가상장터, 매치메이킹 등에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 중요도-실행도분석 결과 역시 매치메이킹, 가상장터, 청중과의 소통, 소셜허브를 통한 소통, 웨비나 등이 높은 중요도와 낮은 실행도를 나타내어 향후 노력을 집중하여 개선해야 할 부분으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 국내 연구자의 학술지 논문 발표 자료를 활용하여 학문분야간 학술지 공유도를 산출하고, 이로부터 국내 학문분야의 구조를 나타내는 네트워크를 생성하였다. 생성된 패스파인더 네트워크는 '생물학' 분야를 핵심으로 하는 생명과학 분야가 중앙을 차지하고 있었으며, 인문학과 의약학, 공학에 속한 학문끼리는 학문간 연계가 매우 강하게 나타났다. 가중 네트워크로부터 각 학문분야의 중심성과 학제성을 파악하기 위해서 엔트로피 공식과 가중 네트워크 중심성 척도를 적용한 결과 전역 중심 학문, 지역 중심 학문, 전역 연계 학문, 기타 일반 학문의 네 가지 유형을 식별할 수 있었다. 가중 네트워크를 이진 네트워크로 변환한 패스파인더 네트워크에서는 다수의 약한 링크가 모인 데이트 허브가 드러나지 않았으나, 가중 네트워크에서의 중심성 지수인 삼각매개중심성의 측정 범위를 지역에서부터 전역까지 달리하며 측정한 결과로부터 '인지과학'분야와 같은 학제성이 높은 데이트 허브를 식별할 수 있었다.

Recently, most of countries in the world are investing huge amount of capital for the infrastructure of logistics and trying to gain dominating position in logistics. To play the role of important hub in logistics, an efficient, flexible, and fault-tolerant transportation process should be developed. Minimization of transportation cost and timely deliveries in the unpredictable environment are a few of the important issues in logistics. This study suggests a way of transporting goods to destinations at the minimal cost and with the minimal delay by optimally allocating transporting resources. Various attributes in transportation such as due date, priority etc. are also considered. Appropriate transporting resources for each work item is selected by calculating the weighted sum of the cost factor and the delay factor assuming that initial sequences of work items are given. A policy to reallocate transporting resources is also suggested when work items or transporting resources are added or deleted because of accidents or disturbances. This policy provides adaptability to the allocation methodology which enables the system to cope with changing environment by controlling various attributes in transportation. Genetic algorithm is used for this approach.

Electronic commerce is becoming a significant hub for sourcing products/services which helps organizations to connect with potential customers and gain competitive advantages, though little empirical work focuses on small businesses operating in developing countries to date. Increasingly, companies are looking to utilize social media to connect with stakeholders and pursue several benefits. This study aims to investigate the technological, organizational, and environmental (TOE) factors that influence small- and medium-sized enterprises' (SMEs) social media (SM) adoption in developing countries. This study used a closed-ended questionnaire to collect data from randomly-selected respondents (owners, executives, and managers) from SMEs in Pakistan. SMART PLS version 3.2.8 was used for path analysis of 316 responses and for structural equation modeling. The research findings include the direct influence of TOE factors (relative advantage, interactivity, visibility, top management support, and institutional pressure) on SMEs' SM adoption, and in turn SM adoption also has a positive influence on SMEs performance. Moreover, the coefficient of determination of the study showed that 77.7% of the variation in SM adoption occurs because of TOE factors and 29.8% variation in SMEs occurred because of SM adoption. This paper has implications for practitioners and scholars interested in exploring the SM adoption and usage by SMEs.

Objectives : A bibliometric approach using network analysis was applied to explore the global trends of research on herbal medicine for atopic treatment. Methods : Articles related to herbal medicine on atopic treatment from 2003 to 2022 were retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection. Extracted records were analyzed according to the publication year, research area, journal title, country, organization, author and keyword. The VOSviewer program was used to visualize the trends and the research hotspots in herbal medicine for atopy. Results : Analysis of 406 articles indicated the consistent increase of using herbal medicine for atopic treatment over the last 20 years. The most productive country and research organization in issuing articles were South Korea and Kyunghee university. Many articles have been published in research areas such as 'integrative complementary medicine' and 'pharmacology pharmacy'. By evaluating the total link strength, the average publication year and the average citations of countries and authors, the influential countries and authors were identified. A network analysis based on the co-occurrence and the publication year of keywords revealed the relevant characteristics and trends of herbal medicine for atopy. The most up-to-date keywords were 'topical application', 'skin barrier' and 'care'. Conclusions : This bibliometric study examined the overall trends and the time-based development of herbal medicine for atopic treatment. The current study would be useful not only for grasping the global network hub of research on herbal medicine for atopic treatment, but also to explore the new directions for future research.

동북아 항공운송시장에서는 중국시장의 개방으로 항공운송시장이 전에 없는 급팽창을 하고 있으며, 전 세계 항공운송시장에서 아시아-태평양의 비중이 커지고 있다. 향후 점차적으로 확대될 이 지역의 인적, 물적, 서비스 그리고 정보의 교류를 위해서는 동북아 역내에서 보다 자유로운 항공편의 연결이 필요하다. 이런 측면에서 이 글에서는 지역 내 항공운송시장 통합을 위한 동북아 항공운송시장에 적용 가능한 대안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 각 국의 국내 항공운송시장에 대한 정책 변화가 필요하고, 둘째, 각 국 국내시장의 자유화 정책의 확대, 셋째, 동북아 지역 내의 양자협정의 보다 자유로운 항공협정의 체결이 필요 넷째, 동북아 항공시장에 참여하고 있는 각 국 항공사 간 전략적제휴의 확대, 다섯째, 경쟁력 있는 공항 및 노선 또는 저수요 노선부터 단계적으로 자유화 실시, 여섯째, 동북아 3 국의 주요 공항 간 셔틀 운영 필요, 일곱째, 동북아 삼국간 국제표준의 항공안전 및 보안체계의 공동 구축, 여덟째, 항공 외의 분야에서 우선적 자유화 추진, 마지막으로 아시아-태평양 지역 민간항공기구의 설립과 한, 중, 일간의 협의기구를 설립하여 각 국이 정기적으로 항공운송시장의 통합과 자유화에 대한 의견 개진을 통한 점진적인 자유화를 유도해야 할 것이다. 동북아에서 항공자유화를 위한 단기적 차원의 진전은 어려울 것이다. 그러나 중국 항공사의 계속적인 성장과 일본계 항공사들의 저비용 구조화에 대한 진전이 이루어질 경우 의외로 조속한 항공운송시장의 통합이 이루어질 수 도 있다. 항공운송시장은 과거 25년간 대변혁의 과정을 겪었다. 대 변혁의 과정 중에 가장 크게 영향을 미친것은 자유화였으며, 그 결과로 요금은 인하되고, 항공수요는 증가하였다. 이로써 침체되어있던 항공운송산업은 새로운 성장 산업으로 등장하게 되었다. 자유화 정책의 확대 추진을 통해서 만이 지역 내 교류를 활성화 할 수 있으며, 이를 주도한 국가가 지역의 중심으로서 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것이다.
