최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 위한 많은 표준화 연구가 진행되어 왔으나 데이터 공유 및 교환을 위한 표준 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 무엇보다 해당 표준화 기구에서는 의미 상호운용성 향상을 위한 구체적인 표준화 항목 및 참조 모델을 제시하고 있지 않다. 이 논문에서는 현재까지의 표준화 문제점을 정의하고, 의미 상호운용성 제공을 위한 구체적인 표준화 항목 및 참조 모델을 제안한다. 이를 위해 먼저 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 위한 전반적인 표준화 동향을 분석하고, 특히 데이터의 의미적 상호운용성을 제공을 위한 표준 개발 현황을 기술한다. 또한 다양한 분야의 표준개발에 이용된 데이터 교환 및 관리 분야의 표준 개념을 기반으로 잠재적인 표준화 항목을 정의한다. 마지막으로, 표준화 항목 간의관계성과 전체적인 의미 상호운용성 과정을 보여주기 위해 참조 모델을 기술한다. 이 논문은 표준 개발을 위한 가이드라인으로서 이용될 수 있으며, 아울러 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 표준화를 촉진할 수 있다.

The widespread dissemination of the green building certification system has led to the ongoing development of information management technologies with the aim to effectively utilize construction product information. Among them, a data crawling technology enables to collect the data conveniently and to manage large volumes of construction product information in Korea and overseas. However, without a standardized classification system, it is difficult to efficiently utilize information, and problems such as an additional work for classifying information or information-sharing errors. Therefore, this study suggests to present a necessity for the standardization of the information classification system through expert interviews, and to compare construction product classification systems in Korea and overseas. This study is expected to present a necessity for the effective management of construction product information and the standardization of information-sharing with regard to various construction certifications.

In March 2007, Korea's Ministry of Construction & Transportation (MOCT) established "Guidelines on the Computerization and Use of Geotechnical Investigation Results," which took effect as official instructions. The 2007 Geotechnical Information DB Construction Project is underway as a model project for a stable geotechnical information distribution system based on the MOCT guidelines, accompanied by user education on the geotechnical data distribution system. This study introduces a geotechnical data entry system characterized by the standardization of the geotechnical investigation form, the standardization of metadata for creating the geotechnical data to be distributed, and the creation of borehole space data based on the world geodetic system according to the changes in the national coordinate system, to define a unified DB structure and the items for the geotechnical data entry system and to computerize the field geotechnical investigation results using the MOCT guidelines. In addition, the present operating status of the geotechnical data entry system and entry data processing statistics are introduced through an analysis of the model project, and the problems of the project are analyzed to suggest improvements. Education on, and the implementation of, the model project for the geotechnical data entry system, which was developed via the standardization of the geotechnical investigation results form and the metadata for institutions showed that most users can use the system easily. There were problems, however, including those related to the complexity of metadata creation, partial errors in moving to the borehole data window, partial recognition errors in the installation program for different computer operating systems, etc. Especially, the individual standard form usage and the specificity of the person who enters the geotechnical information for the Korea National Housing Corporation, among the institutions under MOCT, required partial improvement of the geotechnical data entry system. The problems surfaced from this study will be promptly addressed in the operation and management of the geotechnical data DB center in 2008.

데이터베이스와 관련된 표준화는 기본 참조모델 설정을 통하여 크게 데이터베이스 일반, 데이터, 데이터베이스의 세가지 분야로 나누어 설명할 수 있다. 이러한 데이터베이스 국제표준화 활동은 현재 다양하고 적극적으로 추진되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 국내의 표준화 활동을 강화하기 위해 문헌정보 분야의 ISO/TC46과 데이터베이스 분야의 ISO/IEC JTC1/SC32의 활동현황을 분석하고 이와 관련하여 국내 전문위원회의 활동을 강화하여 추진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 관련된 국내 데이터베이스 표준 제정기관의 실태를 조사하고 향후 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 표준화에 대한 기술변화 및 경쟁강도와 같은 외부환경요인들의 영향을 검증하였다. 연구프레임워크의 타당성에 대해 한국기업의 샘플을 통해 실증적으로 테스트하였다. 검증결과는 외부환경요인들이 마케팅표준화와 기술표준화의 가능성을 증가시킨다는 것을 확증하였다. 연구결과는 기술변화와 글로벌표준화간에 상관관계가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 즉, 데이터는 빠른 기술변화에 직면한 기업들이 마케팅과 기술의 표준화를 강조하고 있음을 지지하고 있다. 또한 실증적결과는 경쟁강도가 마케팅표준화에 직접적으로 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하여 주었다.

Electronic catalog is a kind of electronic document to exchange product and service data for B2B or B2C EC(electronic commerce). Up to date a lot of selution/service providers which develop EC systems such as shopping malls, have constructed electronic catalogs. However, they use different contents, formats, and exchange methods without a standardized concept and consistent definition of components. This causes problems that time and cost to develop catalogs are duplicated and data exchange across e-marketplaces is difficult. In order to resolve these problems, standardization works for electronic catalog are carried out inside and outside the country. In this paper, we introduce types of standards concerned with electronic catalog, trends of standardization activities, and domestic standardization activities by industry such as electronics, automobile, shipbuilding, heavy industry, steel, electricity, construction, distribution, biomedical, and textile.

For the B2B e-commerce and SCM (Supply Chain Management), standardization of electronic catalogue that contains product and business data is important. Especially, standardization of hierarchies that is required for categorization, and standardization of product properties are difficult and costly to maintain. The ability of searching for items and data in databases is critical for successful e-commerce system. This paper introduces the data dictionary of PUB (ISO 13584) part 42 which can establish the standard of product data. The method is applied to develop the data dictionary of automotive parts.

본 연구는 도형적 창의성을 요하는 전공분야의 대학생을 대상으로 제작된 창의력 검사지의 표준화의 준거를 제시하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 전국의 대학생을 학제별, 지역별, 학년별로 표집하여 방문 검사를 통하여 수집된 자료를 분석하여 표준화 준거를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 자료분석 절차로는 첫째, 문항의 양호 도를 밝히기 위하여 기초 통계 값, 문항-하위영역(요인)간 상관계수, 문항-전체검사간 상관계수를 측정하였고, 둘째, 척도의 양호 도를 밝히기 위하여 신뢰도 및 타당 도를 측정하였고, 셋째, 도구의 표준화를 자료를 통하여 분석하여 표준점수를 제시하였다. 양호도 분석 결과 본 검사지 구성의 3가지 요인(유창성, 융통성, 독창성)으로 도형적 창의력을 측정하기에 문제가 없으며, 표준화 분석에서 개인의 도형적 판단에 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 서비스기업에 있어서 표준화활동 결정요인을 분석하였다. 표준화활동을 유형(혹은 범주)에 따라 기업의 전사적 표준경영, 국내표준화활동, 국제표준화활동 등으로 구분하였고, 그 결정요인으로 기술혁신활동(R&D와 특허출원), 기업규모, 수출, 네트워크(산업특성), 기업조직특성 등을 고려하였다. 분석된 표본은 서비스업에 속한 102개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형(logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, R&D집약도는 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 국내표준화활동에는 영향을 미치지 않지만, 국제표준화활동에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 서비스기업들이 국제적 표준화과정에의 참여를 기술이전의 수단으로 활용하는 경향이 있기 때문인 것으로 해석하였다. 둘째, 특허출원은 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영에 부(-)의 유의한 효과를 보여 주었다. 즉 특허활동이 활발한 서비스기업일수록 표준화를 기술혁신의 관점에서 중시하지 않고, 자사 기술정보의 유출이나 특허침해의 요인으로 간주하는 현상을 발견하였다. 셋째, 기업규모변수는 서비스기업의 경우 표준화 활동과 연관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 표준화에 대한 경영진의 관심은 표준화활동의 유형에 관계없이 표준화활동의 중요한 결정요인으로 분석되었다.

글로벌 경쟁시대로 접어들면서 산업 분야를 막론하고 표준화의 중요성은 날로 증대되고 있다. 세계화가 진척됨에 따라 빠른 속도로 증가하는 국가 간 무역에서도 표준화를 통한 호환성 확보는 수출 경쟁력을 결정하는 필수적인 요소가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 표준 및 표준화에 대한 교육 실태와 표준화 교육이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 연구하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 우리나라 정보통신 및 전기전자 기업을 샘플로 하여 표준화 교육의 실태를 확인하였다. 또한 기업의 표준 및 표준화 교육에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기업의 특성, 업종, 업력, 그리고 교육에 대한 필요성 인식의 측면에서 확인하였다. 그 결과 기업의 특성과 표준화 교육에 대한 필요성의 인식에 따라서 표준 및 표준화 교육의 수준이 양적으로 달라짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 이러한 표준 및 표준화 교육의 실시 수준이 기업의 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 확인하였다. 연구 결과 표준화 교육의 횟수 및 교육 인원은 기업의 R&D 수행과 생산 및 품질 개선으로 대표되는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 글로벌 경쟁에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 방편으로 표준화 교육의 중요성에 대해서 확인하였다는 점에서 그 함의를 가진다.
