With broadcasting telecommunication, rapid change detection, and construction of spatial information, a long reconnaissance, resources detection in dangerous area and natural disasters, which are difficult for manned aerial vehicles to perform, international recognition in UAV merely being used for limited military purposes has been changed and its demand for both civil and military purpose have been increased. However, considering the current situation that availability of UAV varies and its working areas also broaden, the stability of UAV and the problems of privacy protection are more important in integrated operation of UAV. In particular, the application of UAV system is urgent for the area where rapid decision making due to expedite data construction such as disaster, calamity, and the acquisition of spatial information for small area are required. However, since technical stability for UAV system and institutional regulation in regard of spatial information are not examined, and UAV system has not been integrated with aerial photograph, the limitation of UAV system has been presented. Thus, this study is aimed at analyzing domestic and foreign research trend and institutional research trend in terms of integrated UAV operation, and proposing its implications and the availability of integrated UAV operation for future national spatial information data construction.
The cost of downloading content from the Internet may be costly for mobile device users using its 3G connection, because the 3G connection cost to download data from the Internet is a function of the amount of data downloaded. This paper introduces an approach in which mobile devices, called peers, form an ad hoc network and share their downloaded content with others. As an example, spectators may want to collect/share information about players and game records in a stadium. In an art gallery, visitors may want to retrieve some background information about the displayed work from the nearby ad hoc network. In an outdoor class, a teacher may download today's topic files from the Internet, and all students may share the content with minimal or no cost paid. This is possible if mobile device has both a 3G interface and a wireless LAN interface. If the peers want to improve privacy md discourage traffic analysis when sharing content, this paper describes a low-delay anonymous connection between the sending peer and the receiving peer using two additional peers. Simulation results show that the transmission time overhead of the anonymous connection may increase 50% or less as the number of peers increase or the peers are scattered over the larger area.

With the emergence of the IoT environment, various smart devices provide consumers with the convenience and various services. However, as security threats such as invasion of privacy have been reported, the importance of security issues in the IoT environment has emerged, and in particular, the security problem of key management has been discussed, and the PUF has been discussed as a countermeasure. In relation to the key management problem, a protocol using MIPUF has been proposed for the security problem of the group key management system. The system can be applied to lightweight IoT environments and the safety of the PUF ensures the safety of the entire system. However, in some processes, it shows vulnerabilities in terms of safety and efficiency of operation. This paper improves the existing protocol by adding authentication for members, ensuring data independence, reducing unnecessary operations, and increasing the efficiency of database searches. Safety analysis is performed for a specific attack and efficiency analysis results are presented by comparing the computational quantities. Through this, this paper shows that the reliability of data can be improved and our proposed method is lighter than existing protocol.
The purpose of this study is to check the extent to which "instruction of physician or dentist" defined in the Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act is applied in relation to radiography examination procedures for radiological technologists. There were a high perception that "the professionalism in radiation examination on radiological technologists are higher than that of a physician or dentist." They answered that the current continuing education has a great impact on maintaining and continuing professionalism and learning new knowledge in the radiology field. In addition, the radiological technologists provide a very high level of education in areas related to radiography procedure ethics such as patient care, patient safety, and patient privacy protection, as well as specialized fields such as radiation-related examination methods, radiography examination dose, and patient exposure dose. Radiological technologists replied that they were receiving it consistently. In conclusion, in the current medical environment, the 'instruction' of a physician or dentist cannot be seen as being realistically performed. The phrase 'instruction' of a physician or dentist as defined in the Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act is considered inappropriate in respect of the fact that the state recognizes the qualifications of the medical service technologist through a license. Cloud computing is getting a lot of attention by many people and businesses due to IT environmental changes such as the proliferation of smart devices, the increase of digital data, and the cost of IT resources. More individuals use personal cloud computing services for storing and managing information and data. Therefore, this study proposed determinants that are expected to have an influence on evaluating the value of cloud computing based on the value-based adoption model, examining the relationship between the continuous use intention of cloud computing. Results of the study show that usefulness, convenience of information access, extensibility had a positive impact on perceived value while privacy concerns and costs had a negative impact on perceived value. In addition, perceived value was found to have a significant effect on the intention to continue use of cloud computing. Finally, trust was found to have a significant effect on the perceived value and the intention to continue use of cloud computing. The findings are expected to provide useful information for understanding the factors that individual users consider important in the steadily growing cloud computing market.
The purpose of this qualitative study was to identify cultural factors among older Americans that could influence them to accept new welfare technologies. This study also explored how social and cultural-based plans could increase the acceptability of welfare technologies for improving the quality of life of older adults in the future. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten professionals who work with older adults. The collected interview data were subsequently analyzed using a two-cycle open coding process. The data analysis generated 29 codes that were organized into 7 primary codes, or categories, and 22 secondary codes nested within the primary codes. Several themes were identified: individualism, family-oriented culture, pragmatism, low-context culture, privacy, fun-seeking culture, and a less hierarchical culture. These findings will inform the development of a future survey to examine the relationship between older adults' intentions when using technology and socio-cultural factors in community settings. In order to explore the different impact levels of the cultural factors found in this study, the future study will need to include measures for identifying socio-cultural variations among individuals in one country or across countries.

Background: The efforts to build more "people centered," "patient centered" health system has been emerging all over the world. Aligning with it, the Korean government is conducing the survey called "Medical Service Experience Survey (MSES)." There are critics, however, that MSES is not scrutinizing the medical experiences of patients in various healthcare settings. For this reason, this study aims to perform an empirical analysis of the differences in answers of patients responding to various healthcare settings. Methods: There are two steps in this study. First, explanatory analysis is conducted to compare the tendency of statistical concentration on questionnaires by divided healthcare settings. Second, confirmative analysis is carried out to evaluate the construct validity, reliability, and discriminant validity of the questionnaire in each healthcare setting. The raw data of MSES, which was conducted in 2020 by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Korea and the Korean Institute for Health and Social Affairs is used. Results: As a result of exploratory factor analysis for all outpatients, the items were classified into four factors statistically: "doctor experience," "nurse experience," "outpatient service experience," and "patient satisfaction." It was confirmed that the reliability of all factors extracted was secured. However, for patients who visited hospitals, questionnaires related to personal privacy, such as "experiences on medical staffs considering physical exposure" or "experiences related to personal information exposure," were answered in conjunction with items of "nurse experience." Besides, patients responded that administrative elements of medical services, such as "experiences of comfort in medical institutions" and "experiences of satisfactory administrative services," were related to the items of "nurse experience." The answers of patients who visited traditional medical hospitals and clinics about "doctor experience" and "nurse experience" were not discerned statistically, and the answers to "doctor experience," "nurse experience," and "medical institution experience" were entangled with the responses of patients who visited dental hospitals and clinics. On the other hand, as a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, it was found that the inquiries of MSES generally had intensive validity. Conclusion: The collection of objective and scientific data is the prominent component to enlighten the patient-centered healthcare system alongside with change of the worldwide paradigm of measuring the healthcare system performance as follows the transition of perspective of health care from provider-centered to patient-centered. This study empirically shows that the patient experience can vary as the healthcare settings. Furthermore, to make an advance in measuring the experience of patients with medical services, this article proposes the deliberate consideration of the different kinds of healthcare settings and articulate design of the survey.
Purposes: Prompt evaluation of routes and contact tracing are very important for epidemiological investigations of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). To ensure better adoption of contact tracing apps, it is necessary to understand users' expectations, preferences, and concerns. This study aimed to identify main reasons why people use the apps, appropriate services, and basis for voluntary app services that can improve app participation rates and data sharing. Methodology/Approach: This study conducted an online survey from November 11 to December 6, 2020, and received a total of 1,048 survey responses. This study analyzed the questionnaire survey findings of 883 respondents in areas with many confirmed cases of COVID-19. This study used a multiple regression analysis. Findings: Respondents who had experience of using related apps showed a high intention to use contact-tracing apps. Participants wished for the contact tracking apps to be provided by the government or public health centers (74%) and preferred free apps (93.88%). The factors affecting the participants' intention to use these apps were their preventive value, performance expectancy, perceived risk, facilitative ability, and effort expectancy. The results highlighted the need to ensure voluntary participation to address participants' concerns regarding privacy protection and personal information exposure. Practical Implications: The results can be used to accurately identify user needs and appropriate services and thereby improve the development of contact tracking apps. The findings provide the basis for voluntary app that can enhance app participation rates and data sharing. The results will also serve as the basis for developing trusted apps that can facilitate epidemiological investigations.

Cyber attacks are increasing worldwide, and attacks on personal privacy such as CCTV and IP camera hacking are also increasing. Although news and media have raised concerns about the security of IP cameras and suggested measures to prevent damage, hacking incidents continue to occur. In order to prevent such hacking damage, it is necessary to identify the cause of the hacking incident and take concrete measures. First, we analyzed weak account settings and web server vulnerabilities of IP cameras, which are the causes of IP camera hacking, and suggested solutions. In addition, as a specific countermeasure against hacking, it is proposed to add a function to receive a notification when an IP camera is connected and a function to save the connection history. If there is such a function, the fact of damage can be recognized immediately, and important data can be left in arresting criminals. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to increase the safety from hacking by using the connection notification function and logging function of the IP camera.
