The main results of this study were summarized like following: First, this study was based on the definition and characteristics of the ambivalent fashion consuming tendency. The current ambivalent fashion consuming tendency consisted of price ambivalence, trend ambivalence and brand ambivalence. The consumer's demographic characteristics affected trend ambivalence, brand ambivalence. Second, continuous information search was composed of entertaining information search and rational information search. Third, ambivalence fashion consuming tendency had a strong influence on continuous information search (information search and share activity). Forth, the price ambivalence, trend ambivalence and brand ambivalence, which is the factors of ambivalent fashion consuming tendency, significantly impacted on selecting the fashion store. In conclusion, ambivalent fashion consuming tendency is main related factor impacting on continuous information search and fashion store selection.
BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: This research analyzes the effects of the food choices of industrial workers according to their sugar intake pattern on their job satisfaction through the construction of a model on the relationship between sugar intake pattern and job satisfaction. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Surveys were collected from May to July 2015. A statistical analysis of the 775 surveys from Kyungsangnam-do was conducted using SPSS13.0 for Windows and SEM was performed using the AMOS 5.0 statistics package. RESULTS: The reliability of the data was confirmed by an exploratory factor analysis through a Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the measurement model was proven to be appropriate by a confirmatory factor analysis in conjunction with AMOS. The results of factor analysis on food choice, sugar intake pattern and job satisfaction were categorized into five categories. The reliability of these findings was supported by a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.6 and higher for all factors except confection (0.516) and dairy products (0.570). The multicollinearity results did not indicate a problem between the variables since the highest correlation coefficient was 0.494 (P < 0.01). In an attempt to study the sugar intake pattern in accordance with the food choices and job satisfaction of industrial workers, a structural equation model was constructed and analyzed. CONCLUSIONS: All tests confirmed that the model satisfied the recommended levels for the goodness of fit index, and thus, the overall research model was proven to be appropriate.

Results: There was no significant difference in the prevalence of adolescent metabolic syndrome before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. As for general characteristics, changes in high blood pressure were confirmed from waist circumference, diastolic blood pressure, and metabolic syndrome risk factors. When analyzing the general characteristics according to gender, there were significant differences in waist circumference and diastolic blood pressure in boys. Concerning the risk factors for metabolic syndrome, there was a significant difference in high blood pressure in both boys and girls and in abdominal obesity in girls. Conclusion: Hypertension and abdominal obesity, which are risk factors for metabolic syndrome, should be managed by including them in the school health area. Communities and schools should take an active role in preparing the youth for healthy adulthood.
Nutritional researchers world-wide are using large-scale sample survey methods to study nutritional health epidemiology and services utilization in general, non-clinical populations. This article provides a review of important statistical methods and software that apply to descriptive and multivariate analysis of data collected in sample surveys, such as national health and nutrition examination survey. A comparative data analysis of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) was used to illustrate analytical procedures and design effects for survey estimates of population statistics, model parameters, and test statistics. This article focused on the following points, method of approach to analyze of the sample survey data, right software tools available to perform these analyses, and correct survey analysis methods important to interpretation of survey data. It addresses the question of approaches to analysis of complex sample survey data. The latest developments in software tools for analysis of complex sample survey data are covered, and empirical examples are presented that illustrate the impact of survey sample design effects on the parameter estimates, test statistics, and significance probabilities (p values) for univariate and multivariate analyses.
This study was conducted to select the restoration priority of forest damage sites in Gangwon Province. We first identified the status of damaged areas. We then selected restoration evaluation indicators through a literature review. We then set weights for these indicators through expert surveys. We next acquired data that can represent these indicators and spatially mapped them. Finally, we prioritized the restoration target sites by taking the weights. The results of the study showed that disaster sensitivity and ecologicality are important criteria for selecting the restoration priority of damage sites. The analysis showed that damage sites in Doam, Jeongseon, Samcheok and Inje are in urgent need of restoration. The results of this study are significant in that they selected the restoration priority of damage sites in Gangwon Province based on the restoration priority evaluation criteria selected based on expert surveys. However, the priority restoration areas derived from the results of this study are not actually implementing restoration projects at present. Therefore, it is judged that it would be efficient in various aspects to establish the restoration priority area based on scientific analysis techniques and carry out the project for efficient implementation of the restoration project. In this study, it can be pointed out that the priority of restoration of damage sites was derived based on data from the past due to the limitation of data acquisition. However, the fact that the priority restoration area inferred based on past data has been restored over time has improved the reliability of the study by verifying the usefulness of the priority extraction technique. In the future, if the priority of damage sites is extracted by extracting the restoration target area boundary through the latest data based on the methodology applied in this study, it is considered that it will be available as a result that can be applied to the field.

In addition, according to the trend of research, it is analyzed that the use of GPS device and the mobile big data are newly emerged. Finally, we analyze pedestrian data based on mobile big data in terms of 'application' and distinguishing it from existing survey methodology. We present the possibility of mobile big data. (1)Improvement of human, temporal and spatial constraints of data collection, (2)Improvement of inaccuracy of collected data, (3)Improvement of subjective intervention in data collection and preprocessing, (4)Expandability of walking environment research.
The purpose of this study was to establish a model for constructing longitudinal data for medical school, and to structure cohort and longitudinal data using data from Yonsei University College of Medicine (YUCM) according to the established input-environment-output (I-E-O) model. The study was conducted according to the following procedure. First, the data that YUCM has collected was reviewed through data analysis and interviews with the person in charge of each questionnaire. Second, the opinions of experts on the validity of the I-E-O model were collected through the first expert consultation, and as a result, a model was established for each stage of medical education based on the I-E-O model. Finally, in order to further materialize and refine the previously established model for each stage of medical education, secondary expert consultation was conducted. As a result, the survey areas and time period for collecting longitudinal data were organized according to the model for each stage of medical education, and an example of the YUCM cohort constructed according to the established model for each stage of medical education was presented. The results derived from this study constitute a basic step toward building data from universities in longitudinal form, and if longitudinal data are actually constructed through this method, they could be used as an important basis for determining major policies or reorganizing the curricula of universities. These research results have implications in terms of the management and utilization of existing survey data, the composition of cohorts, and longitudinal studies for many medical schools that are conducting surveys in various areas targeting students, such as lecture evaluation and satisfaction surveys.
