협동로봇 활용을 위한 작업안전 시나리오 설계 방법론 연구 (A Design Methodology of Task Safety Scenario for the Application of Collaborative Robots)

  • This study is about a design method for deriving task safety scenarios for the application of collaborative robots. A five-step process for deriving task safety scenarios for collaborative robots has been proposed, which focuses on the type of collaboration between human and collaborative robot. The three types of collaboration were classified according to the collaboration workspace and the worktime of human and collaborative robot. Based on these three types of collaboration, task safety scenarios include scenarios that predict risk from unintended use during work. Collaboration with collaborative robot is a human-centered process because human actions can create dangerous situations. Besides, we improved the understanding of this design methodology by presenting examples of the application of task safety scenarios according to the process for each type of collaboration.

  • In earth moving construction equipment used for rough and dangerous works, seat suspension system is the only means for reducing the vibration transmitted to the operator. Thus ISO(International Organization for Standardization) 7096 suggests a recommendation for the vibration characteristics of the seat suspension system in order to protect the human beings from excessive vibrationl. In this research, a new mechanical type seat suspension system is designed and a mathematical model, effective design parameters of the seat suspension system are determined and concept design strategy is presented.

건설장비 안전사고 저감을 위한 위험성평가 (Risk Assessment for Reducing Safety Accidents caused by Construction Machinery)

  • Construction machinery has been utilized to carry out construction works effectively. Using construction machinery enables a builder to reduce the time and the cost needed for the construction, but the fatal accident caused by it has been increased. This study is intended to identify risk magnitude of accident by kind of construction machinery through interviews with experts. Construction machineries surveyed in this research are excavator, tower crane, lift, mobile crane and forklift, those are the machinery which accident occurs more often than the other machinery. To evaluate the risk of the accidents identified, risk category was determined according to the US DOD system safety program (MIL-STD-882B) considering the risk degree and intensity. As a result, accident occurred in the process of material transport & handling was found to be the most dangerous. On the other hand, the accidents caused by the defective machinery and the poor safety gear were considered to be less dangerous relatively. The risk category by type of construction machinery suggested in this study is expected to provide the basic data in developing the safety guidance for construction project.

  • As a result of vehicle maintenance of rocker arm shaft for 4-cylinder SOHC engine, failure analysis of rocker arm shaft is needed. Because more than $30\%$ of vehicles investigated have been fractured. Failure analysis is classified into an naked eyes, microscope and X-ray fractography etc. It can predict applied load as well as load type. These methods are applicable to components with simple boundary condition but aren't applicable to components with complex boundary condition. The existing fractography don't catch hold of failure boundary condition quantitatively. Especially, in case that the components isn't fractured at same position. We must determine the most dangerous failure boundary condition to evaluate their operation mechanism. The effect of various factors on response should be estimated to solve this statical problem. This study presents the most dangerous failure boundary condition of rocker arm shaft using orthogonal array and ANOVA in order to assure its robustness.

  • 2007년 12월 7일 태안앞바다에서 발생한 Hebei Spirit호와 크레인바지선 삼성 1호의 충돌사고로 인한 대형오염사고의 발생단계에서 대응하는 전 과정을 통해 많은 문제점이 지적되었다. 이에 따라 저자는 이번 오염사고를 오염방지 측면에서 그 원인을 집중적으로 분석하여 개선책, 즉 예인선의 예인시의 출항통제 및 항해검사 기준 강화, VTS 서비스 확충 및 관리책임부서를 해양경찰청으로의 이관, 적합한 정박지 지정 및 선종별, 화물별, 목적별로 분리하여 정박지 관리, 위험물운반선의 특별관리시스템 도입 등을 제시함으로써 추후 오염사고의 방지에 도움을 주고자 하였다.

  • Recently as the rapid increasing of the elderly, silver housing has grown up. Though much fire evacuation and safety law, fire accident is most dangerous problem in our society. So this study is the purpose to analyze evacuation safety in urban silver housing of floor planning by corridor types using human behavior simulation. The methodology of this study is 'Literature Review' and 'Simulation'. This study has been carried out on silver housing's definition, types, fire safety theory and relation law. To proof evacuation safety, this study measured escaping time, longest distance, and bottleneck counting using human behavior simulation. This study use game engine simulation program to analyze 6 corridor types experimental model. As the result of simulation, this study compare between ASET and simulation result. The result come down to 3 part. First, double loaded corridor type is the most dangerous on urban silver housing. Second, Safe shelter's location and number cause increasing of escaping time. Lastly escaping time is influenced by behavior of agent, bottle neck strike frequency.

  • As construction technique and design are developing, the bridge tend to be longer, and also the type of bridge is verity. Steel and concrete combination improve the mechanics characteristic and economical efficient which Hybrid Structure divide Mixed Structure with Composite Structure. The connected section of the Mixed Structure should integrate steel and concrete that should show the same behavior as well, And also this connection needs big interna1 force and stiffness because it used to be a most dangerous section. This study carry out a nonlinear analysis technique with slip, check out each different type of section force's transfer mechanism on the connection. And this analysis was carried out using parameter that are front plate thickness, connection length, filled concrete strength and so on. We confirmed the profitable type of connection is front backward type. The biggest stiffness and certain stress transmission are showed at the ratio 0.075 between total length and connection length, and also most economical front plate thickness is judged when it set three times thicker than flange.

Web 기반의 산림형태 모니터링시스템 개발 (Development of Monitoring System for Forests Type Based on Web)

  • 광범위한 지역의 주기적인 정보 획득이 가능한 인공위성 영상은 환경탐사분야에서 새로운 대안으로 받아들여지고 있으며, 산림 분석에서도 활용될 수 있다. 이러한 인공위성 영상을 활용한 우리나라의 산림식생을 고려한 연구 이외에, 산림형태의 구분을 통한 지속적인 관리시스템에 관한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 Landsat TM 위성영상을 이용하여 산림을 형태별로 분류한 후, 촬영시기가 3년 뒤인 다른 영상에서 나타난 산림형태의 변화를 분석하고 지속적인 모니터링을 위한 변화 추적시스템의 적용을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 식생분류에 유리한 다중분광센서를 탑재한 Landsat TM 위성영상을 이용하여 산림형태의 변화를 분석하고, 이를 Web 상에서 주기적으로 모니터링 할 수 있게 하였다.

선박동적영역과 충돌위험평가식을 결합한 항해위험성평가모델 전개 (Establishment of Navigational Risk Assessment Model Combining Dynamic Ship Domain and Collision Judgement Model)

  • 이 연구는 운항자가 항해 중 위험을 느끼는 고정 및 이동 물표에 대한 해상교통위험성평가에 대한 것이다. 이를 위해 선박 길이와 속력, 선박조종성능이 고려된 동적선박영역을 기초로 한 충돌위험평가식을 구하였다. 특히, 동적선박영역과 충돌위험평가식을 하이브리드 결합하여 자선의 크기, 속력 등의 영향을 정량적으로 지표화한 항해위험성평가모델을 검토 및 개선하고자 한 것이다. 기존 항해위험성평가 모델에 적용이 부족한 속장비(speed length ratio) 즉, 선박의 길이와 속력에 대한 비가 고려된 새로운 형태의 해상교통위험성평가 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 그 결과 무차원 속력 즉, 속장비가 클수록 CJ 값이 크며, CJ 값은 속장비에 의해 잘 표현되고 있다. 또한, 속장비가 크면 속장비가 작은 경우보다, 보다 먼 거리에서부터 [주의], [경계], [위험] 또는 [매우위험]상태에 도달한다. 이 연구의 결과는 위험항로 회피 또는 최적항로 구축, 방파제폭이나 교량경간 등을 포함한 항로나 항만개발, 연안항해용 안전해도 개발 및 향후 자율운항선박과 같은 스마트선박의 운항 중 충돌방지와 최적항로 선정에 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

Forearm Replantation for a Patient Presented with Major Amputation Injury: A Case Report

  • With the development of safety measures for employees who work with dangerous machinery, the frequency of amputation injuries has been decreasing with resultant decrease in replantation procedures. However, in some patients with major amputation injury, replantation is still necessary for the preservation of limb and it's function. The replantation of the upper extremity (UE) is a complex and technically demanding surgical procedure. For the successful replantation of UE, the type of injury, reconstruction sequence, ischemic time, and other combined injury of patient should be considered. We report a case of major amputation of UE by guillotine-type injury and discuss the treatment process of this patient.
