22.9 kV CV 전력케이블의 14주기 고온 열화에 대한 Lightning-Impulse 특성 (Lightning Impulse Characteristics for 22.9 kV CV Power Cable Before and After Cyclic Aging for 14days)

  • Cyclic aging for 14 days is performed to remove a large amount of the volatiles found in freshly manufactured cable. In this paper, we examined lightning impulse characteristics of 22.9 kV CV power cable before and after cyclic aging for 14days. As the result, the breakdown voltage after aging under normal temperature was lower than that before aging, and the breakdown voltage after aging under hot temperature was lower than that before aging. We found that the dispersion of lightning impulse breakdown voltage before 14 cyclic aging test were reduced rather than those after 14 cyclic aging test.

  • 22.9 kV CV power cable is very important factor of underground distribution power line. Cyclic aging for 14days is performed to remove a large amount of the volatiles found in freshly manufactured cable. In this paper, we examined AC breakdown characteristics of CV power cable before and after cyclic aging for 14days. As the result, even if there were some exceptions, the AC breakdown voltage before aging was lower than that after aging, but most of the results were that the AC breakdown voltage after aging was lower than that before aging.

  • Cyclic aging for 14days is performed to remove the large amount of the volatiles found in freshly manufactured cable. In this paper, we examined lightning impulse characteristics of power cable before and after cyclic aging for 14days. As the result, the breakdown voltage after aging was lower than that before aging, but the breakdown voltage after aging was higher than that before aging in TR CNCV-W $60mm^2$ power cable.

Aging 효과에 따른 낙동강 모래의 비배수 전단거동 특성 (Characteristics of Undrained Shear Behavior for Nak-Dong River Sand Due to Aging Effect)

  • In this study, to observe aging effect of undrained shear behavior for Nak-Dong River sand, undrained static and cyclic triaxial tests were performed with changing relative density ($D_r$), consolidation stress ratio($K_c$) and consolidation time. As a result of the test, the modulus of elasticity to all samples estimated within elastic zone by the micro strain of about 0.05% in case of static shear behavior increased with the lapse of consolidation time significantly, so aging effect was shown largely. Also strength of phase transformation point(S_{PT}$) and strength of critical stress ratio point($S_{CSR}$) increased with the lapse of consolidation time. Undrained cyclic shear strength($R_f$) obtained from the failure strain 5% increased in proportion to relative density($D_r$) and initial static shear stress($q_{st}$), $R_f$ of consolidated sample for 1,000 minutes increased about 10.6% compared to that for 10 minutes at the loose sand, and $R_f$ increased about 7.0% at the medium sand. In situ application range of $R_f$ to the magnitude of earthquake for Nak-Dong River sand was proposed by using a increasing rate of $R_f$ as being aging effect shown from this test result.

ATH 첨가에 의한 실리콘 고무의 염무/열 반복열화 특성 변화 (The Change of the Cyclic Aging Characteristics under Salt-fog/Heating on Silicone Rubber by ATH Additions)

  • In this research, silicone rubber with additions of inorganic filler, alumina trihydrate$(Al(OH)_3\;:\;ATH)$, was aged acceleratedly and cyclically by the salt-fog and heating. The optimum amount of ATH addition to silicone rubber have been investigated by measurements of leakage current in the change of electrical properties and tensile strength, %elongation in mechanical properties and FT-IR, TG, SEM in the change of the chemical properties. With regard to un-aged silicone rubber, as the ATH addition amount increases, conductive path formation time was shortened in the electrical properties and tensile strength was increased, %elongation was decreased. In case of identical ATH addition amount, as cyclic aging increases, surface resistivity, tensile strength and %elongation were decreased. Considering the cyclic aging, the most effective amount of ATH addition was about 90phr.

CrMoV강 용접부의 주기적 열시효처리에 따른 미세조직, 미세경도 및 인장강도 특성 (A Characteristic of microstructural evolution, microhardness and tensile properties in CrMoV rotor steel weldment experienced by the cyclic thermal aging heat treatment)

  • An investigation of the CrMoV rotor steel weldment which experienced by cyclic thermal aging heat treatment and as-received condition was performed. This evaluation was carried out to confirm whether this type of weldment is appropriate for the service environment in terms of microstructural examinations, microhardness measurements and tensile tests. The cyclic thermal aging heat treatment, containing continuous heating and cooling thermal cycle was programmed to simulate the real rotor service condition. The heat treatment was performed for 40 cycles(5920hrs). The results indicated that the weldment was composed of 4 different regions such as heat affected zone of the base metal, butter weld(initial weld), full thickness weld(final weld) and the base metal. The double welding process was applied to eliminate the susceptibility of reheat cracking at heat affected zone of base metal. The grain refinement at the HAZ due to the welding process could reduce the possibility of cracking susceptibility, but its tensile properties was appeared to be low due to the weld metal in as-received condition. The benefit effect, grain refinement was extended with carbides coarsening during the cyclic thermal aging heat treatment. However the poor mechanical properties of the weldment was more degraded as undergoing the heat treatment.

  • 모래의 aging현상은 점성토에 비하여 무시할 정도로 매우 작아서 1980년대 초까지는 거의 연구되지 않았다. 그러나 퇴적이나 교란 후 시간경과에 따라 관입저항치의 증가가 관찰되면서 현장시험을 중심으로 모래의 aging 효과에 대하여 활발한 조사가 이루어졌고, 최근에는 현장시험뿐만 아니라 실내시험에서도 여러 연구자들에 의해 모래의 aging 효과가 규명되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모래의 비배수 반복전단거동에 대한 aging효과를 살펴보기 위해 낙동강 모래를 이용하여 상대밀도$(D_r)$, 압밀응력비$(K_c)$ 그리고 압밀시간을 달리하여 비배수 반복삼축압축시험을 실시하였다. 시험결과, 비배수 반복전단강도$(R_f)$는 압밀시간에 따라 증가한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 시험결과에서 나타난 aging 에 따른 $R_f$ 증가율을 이용하여 낙동강 모래지반의 지진규모별 비배수 반복전단강도의 현장적용 범위를 제안하였다.

  • The cyclic aging for 14days is performed in order to remove the large amount of the volatiles contained in freshly manufactured cable. And the accelerated water treeing test(AWTT) is performed to accelerate the occurance of the water tree in the dielectric of XLPE. In this paper, we examined the AC breakdown voltage characteristics of the 22.9kV power cable before and after the cyclic aging for 14days and the AWTT. As the result, the AC breakdown voltage of the TR CNCV-W power cable is higher than that of CNCV-W and FR CNCO-W power cable.

  • 건조된 명태들은 전반적으로 다가불포화지방산이 감소하고 단일불포화지방산은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 특히 주기적인 자연냉동과 해동을 반복하면서 건조된 명태(미숙성황태)를 장기간 숙성하여 완성한 황태의 지방산 조성은 북어나 미숙성황태와 비교해 볼 때, 원료시료(명태)간의 차이를 감안하더라도 특징적인 차이를 보였다. 총 유리아미노산 함량도 황태가 북어나 미숙성황태보다 낮게 나타나 불포화지방산과 유리아미노산의 반응에 의한 점진적인 갈변화 현상을 설명해 주는 것으로 판단된다. 황태의 수용성 갈변물질은 주로 숙성단계에서 많이 형성되는 것으로 추정되었다.

냉간가공된 316L 스테인리스 강의 인장 및 저주기 피로 물성치에 미치는 동적변형시효의 영향 (The Influence of Dynamic Strain Aging on Tensile and LCF Properties of Prior Cold Worked 316L Stainless Steel)

  • Tensile and LCF(low cycle fatigue) tests were carried out in air at wide temperature range 20$^{\circ}C$-750$^{\circ}C$ and strain rates of 1${\times}$10$\^$-4//s-1${\times}$10$\^$-2/ to ascertain the influence of strain rate on tensile and LCF properties of prior cold worked 316L stainless steel, especially focused on the DSA(dynamic strain aging) regime. Dynamic strain aging induced the change of tensile properties such as strength and ductility in the temperature region 250$^{\circ}C$-600$^{\circ}C$ and this temperature region well coincided with the negative strain rate sensitivity regime. Cyclic stress response at all test conditions was characterized by the initial hardening during a few cycles, followed by gradual softening until final failure. Temperature and strain rate dependence on cyclic softening behavior appears to result from the change of the cyclic plastic deformation mechanism and DSA effect. The DSA regimes between tensile and LCF loading conditions in terms of the negative strain rate sensitivity were well consistent with each other. The drastic reduction in fatigue resistance at elevated temperature was observed, and it was attributed to the effects of oxidation, creep and dynamic strain aging or interactions among them. Especially, in the DSA regime, dynamic strain aging accelerated the reduction of fatigue resistance by enhancing crack initiation and propagation.
