The new way of doing education in the cyber space is not limited by time or locations. The students do not need to attend classroom physically and simultaneously. This study tries to probe the relationships among demographic variables and instructional variables with students' satisfaction with the management class in a cyber university. The results demonstrate that demographic variables are not significantly related with students' satisfaction. Rather instructional variables such as personal interactions with professors, job related contents and careful reduction of difficulties countered during the class proceeding are more significantly related with learning satisfaction. The result shows the newly emerged internet based education system requires in-depth cooperation among professors, system engineers, education instrument designers, and students.

본 논문에서는 가상환경에서의 바둑 게임을 위하여 CyberGlove와 트랙킹 장비를 이용한 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하고 이의 사용성을 평가하였다. 먼저 바둑 게임을 위한 3차원 객체들을 생성한 후, WorldTookit을 이용하여 가상환경을 구축하였다. 그리고 트래킹 리시버가 부착된 CyberGlove를 끼고 바둑함으로부터 "바둑알 집기"와 바둑판 위의 화점에 "바둑알 두기"를 통해 가상환경에 익숙치 않은 사용자들을 대상으로 인터페이스의 사용성을 평가하였다. 실험 결과 현실 세계와 같이 손과 손가락을 움직여 바둑을 두는데 매우 흥미로와 했고, 사용자의 2가지 뷰에 따라 실험한 결과 직교 top 뷰에서의 정확도가 대각 원근 뷰 보다 높게 나타났다. 또한 주변 화점에 바둑알을 둘때의 정확도가 현저히 저하됨을 알 수 있었다. 장기간 사용시 불편함 호소 등 해결해야할 문제가 있음에도 불구하고 가상현실 인터페이스는 보다 몰입적이고 현실감 있는 게임을 위해 필요한 요소임을 확인할 수 있었다.

This research focused on searching the specialized factors which affect the cyber universities' performance. This research was approached from three perspective of professor, graduation and employment, and brand image to embody the cyber universities' performance. We drew five factors of contents variety, contents quality, practical orientation of contents, lecture presence, and learning management as the Influencing factors of cyber universities' performance. We proved our research model by analyzing 170 questionnaires which were completed by college students who were studying at cyber universities in China. The results of analysis are showed as below: 1) The level of contents variety can affect the cyber universities' performance; higher level gains better outcomes. 2) The level of contents quality can affect the cyber universities' performance; better quality gains better outcomes. 3) The level of practical orientation of contents can affect the cyber universities' performance; the higher the better. 4) The level of lecture presence can affect the cyber universities' performance; the stronger the better. 5) The level of learning management can affect the cyber universities' performance; the higher the better.

Objective : In recent years, CyberKnife has emerged as an important treatment modality in the management of pituitary adenomas. Treatment results after performing CyberKnife and the complications of this procedure are reviewed. Methods : Twenty-six patients with pituitary adenomas received stereotactic radiosurgery with the CyberKnife (CKRS). The follow-up periods ranged from 7 months to 47 months (mean$\pm$SD : $30{\pm}12.7$ months). The patients consisted of 17 with non-functioning adenomas, 3 with prolactinomas and 6 with acromegaly. The change in the tumor volume, visual acuity, hormonal function, and complications by this therapy were analyzed in each case. Results : The tumor control rate was 92.3%. Hormonal function was improved in all of the 9 (100%) functioning adenomas. Hormonal normalization was observed in 4 of the 9 (44%) patients with a mean duration of 16 months. In two patients (7.6%), visual acuity worsened due to cystic enlargement of the tumor after CKRS. No other complications were observed. Conclusion : CyberKnife is considered safe and effective in selected patients with pituitary adenomas. However, longer follow-up is required for a more complete assessment of late toxicity and treatment efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to pinpoint currently arising issues concerning cyber fashion mall by analysing present status and contents of its web design, management and planning within the limits o business to customer (B2C) commerce, and to suggest a direction for building an ideal fashion mall on the internet. As for the study method, conceptual definitions were given based on previous studies. And a positive study was implemented, in which the cases of 23 chosen cyber fashion malls among 60 or so domestic and foreign malls selling fashion products were found by internet search engines and analysed. Results of the case analysis of cyber fashion malls are as follows : 1) cybermall must provide customers with an integrated service as well as e-commerce. 2) various products assortment and price differentiation must be developed, 3) the techniques of graphics, coloring and texturing, and layout design must be adopted to process and express product information, 4) the legislative system is needed to deal with the security, and 5) design and management of customer oriented interface are needed to process and express product information matter of electronic payment and customer protection. Considering the issues in internet fashion cybermalls, are suggested the important factors that are necessary or web design, planning and management to build an ideal cyber fashion mall. These results will contribute to the development of fashion e-commerce.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of partial-cyber and full-cyber lectures and explore directions for improvement. This study compared the mean scores of course evaluation for traditional face-to-face lectures, partial-cyber lectures of blended instruction, and full-cyber lectures. Also, this study interviewed instructors of full-cyber lectures to investigate the ways to enhance the lecture quality. The findings suggest that the course evaluation scores for full-cyber university were consistently lower than those for other types of lectures for four semesters between the years of 2011 and 2012. Results also showed that mean scores of partial-cyber lectures were the same as those of face-to-face lectures. After all, class satisfaction in full-cyber courses that learning occurs in cyber space was the lowest. Instructors who taught full-cyber lectures proposed that enrollment should not be within 60 students and professional assistance should be provided for lectures exceeding 60 students. Finally, they suggested content updates through a collaborative system with professionals, instructors' efforts to enhance interaction in both online and offline contexts, and learning quantity rationalization.

The word "cyber-space" was coined through the developments in communication technology and computers. It became possible to experience disembodied space in practice through a new kind of medium. this research aims to clarify the kansei stimulation elements as realistic sensed by users who use 3-dimensional expressions in cyber-space. The research was carried out by preparing 25 samples of computer graphics, and administering 3 questionnaires to 12 examinees. The Principal Ingredient Analysis method was used for its analysis and assessment. As a result of this research, it can be concluded that materials, reflection and shadow have the strongest effect on human beings' senses in cyber-space.

인터넷과 기타 휴대용 PC등이 발전하고 보편화됨에 따라 인터넷 이용이 편리해짐은 좋지만 비대면성, 비익명성, 비 국경성 등 인터넷의 이러한 특성상 사이버 범죄들이 나날이 다양해지고 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 사이버 범죄 중에서도 스토킹, 원조교제의 수단, 몰래카메라, 사이버음란물 유통 등 각종 신종 성폭력이 심각해지고 있어 사회문제로 끈임 없이 등장하고 있다. 현실세계에서의 성폭력과 마찬가지로 피해자가 느끼는 성적 수치심이나 심적 고통은 피해자의 자아에 깊은 상처를 남기며 더 나아가 왜곡된 성문화를 정착 시키는 새로운 사회적 문제로 작용한다는 점에서 사이버성폭력의 심각성과 문제는 오프라인상의 성폭력범죄에 비해 결코 뒤지지 않을 것이다. 물론 이러한 범죄들에 대한 처벌 조항들은 있다. 그러나 이런 것들이 있음에도 사이버상의 성폭력은 근절되지 않고 있다. 이것은 법적인 조치의 강화를 요구하는 동시에 인터넷을 사용하는 네티즌 스스로의 적극적 대처를 요구하는 것이기도 하다.

The emergence of the Smart Grid is an integrated solution for the next generation power system that combines IT technology in the power system to create optimal energy utilization and various services. However, these convergence technologies (power systems and information communications) are not only improving the related technologies but also producing various problems especially exposure to cyber risk. In particular, the intelligent power grid has security vulnerabilities through real-time information sharing among various organically linked systems, and it is more complicated than the cyber risk problem in the existing IT field and is directly connected to national disaster accidents. Therefore, in order to construct and operate a more stable smart grid, this paper analyzes the system of power system control system in Korea, and proposes a cyber security element definition and a countermeasure establishment method of power monitoring & control systems based on security standards of smart grid (No. SPS-SGSF-121-1-1).

The internet is established as the basic infrastructure of our life and we live in cyberspace on internet, and additionally many problems on cyberspace arise. One among them is the most serious cyber attack of the information society. The cyber attacks increase each year, attack type and the intelligence is evolving, and then the cyber ecosystem is getting more complicated. In this study, we analyze the Internet last incident status and type of Internet invasion and hacking methods, and analyze the corresponding national and international organizations and associations active status.
