균형적인 신체활동을 위한 맞춤형 AI 운동 추천 서비스 (Customized AI Exercise Recommendation Service for the Balanced Physical Activity)

  • 본 논문은 직종별 근무 환경에 따른 상대적 운동량을 고려한 맞춤형 AI 운동 추천 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 가속도 및 자이로 센서를 활용하여 수집된 데이터를 18가지 일상생활의 신체활동으로 분류한 WISDM 데이터베이스를 기반으로 전신, 하체, 상체의 3가지 활동으로 분류한 후 인식된 활동 지표를 통해 적절한 운동을 추천한다. 본 논문에서 신체활동 분류를 위해서 사용하는 1차원 합성곱 신경망(1D CNN; 1 Dimensional Convolutional Neural Network) 모델은 커널 크기가 다른 다수의 1D 컨볼루션(Convolution) 계층을 병렬적으로 연결한 컨볼루션 블록을 사용한다. 컨볼루션 블록은 하나의 입력 데이터에 다층 1D 컨볼루션을 적용함으로써 심층 신경망 모델로 추출할 수 있는 입력 패턴의 세부 지역 특징을 보다 얇은 계층으로도 효과적으로 추출 할 수 있다. 제안한 신경망 모델의 성능 평가를 위해서 기존 순환 신경망(RNN; Recurrent Neural Network) 모델과 비교 실험한 결과 98.4%의 현저한 정확도를 보였다.

ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 사용자의 재구매 의사와 조직 이익에 미치는 영향요인 연구 (A study on the factors influencing the ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits)

  • ASP service users' needs for flexible and customized services to deal with changes in business environments and user contexts seems to be appealing due to the progress of technology and IT paradigm such as ubiquitous computing and web 2.0. Through the lens of expectancy confirmation and flexibility, we explored factors that influence users' repurchase intent and organizational benefit in ASP services. With an empirical study, we examined information quality, service quality, flexibility, customization, user satisfaction, trust in ASP services can contribute to the repurchase intent and organizational benefit. In addition to, business type and company size are added to the research model as control variables for user satisfaction, trust, and repurchase intent. Our findings suggested that the service quality and flexibility significantly were cruicial determinant of user satisfaction in ASP services. Furthermore, user satisfaction significantly influenceS repurchase intent, and organization benefits were affected by repurchase intent. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand factors that affect ASP service users' repurchase intent and organization benefits.

기상정보시스템 품질요인이 이용자 만족과 사업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Weather Information System'Quality Factor on User Satisfaction and Business Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a key quality factor affecting user satisfaction based on quality attribute of weather information system and additionally, a managerial implication for activating weather information service market by analyzing causal relevance between weather information system and business performance. Methods: As its method, a causal relevance of quality factor of weather information system affecting satisfaction and business performance was analyzed by using structural equation model. An enterprise utilized in analysis sample performed a survey by targeting 186 distribution/logistics and general manufacturing company. Results: It was revealed that information, service quality of weather information system exerted a significant influence on user satisfaction and it did not take a significant influence on business performance in terms of quality of information, system and service. A significant relevance between user satisfaction and business performance was strong supported. Finally, it was revealed that utilization level of weather information system had a moderating effect on business performance. Conclusion: Domestic weather information system mainly focused on information utilization based weather information system and additional service level utilizing weather information is very low in practical terms. Therefore, in order to expand domestic weather related service market, systematic market expansion strategy of providing corporate customized service and case enlargement would be required.

SK Energy's Customer Satisfaction

  • Many oil refinery companies have been proactively carried out marketing activities to survive in highly intensified service station industry. In 2012, SK Energy ranked number one in three customer satisfaction surveys (NCSI, KCSI, and KS-SQI). SK Energy's success is in its differentiated customer satisfaction business strategy. SK Energy has been implementing various marketing activities. As a part of the activities, it issued an affinity credit card with on spot discount privilege for the first time in the oil refinery industry. SK Energy also issued EnClean bonus card for OK Cashbag points that can be used for discounts at the service stations. On top of all, SK Energy generated point value-up with '3K Exclusive Privilege' program. In addition, team 'CS 119' was formed to noticeably improve the service. 'CS 119' visited each service station, diagnosed its CS service level then provided customized field training for improvement. Long-termimplementation of 'ACE Program', a field-base CS monitoring system, regularly checked customer satisfaction level. 'ACE Program' has significantly contributed improving SK Service Station's service quality and customer satisfaction. This case reviews customer satisfaction marketing activities SK Energy carried out. The focus is on distinctive factors that distinguish SK Energy's customer satisfaction marketing activities from competitors.

모바일뱅킹 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 탐색 (Exploring the Antecedents to Affect the Intention to Use of Mobile Banking)

  • 최근 모바일뱅킹은 모바일을 포함한 정보기술 인프라를 통해 소비자의 수요에 맞춰 즉각적으로 고객이 원하는 개별 맞춤 서비스를 가능하게 함으로써 기존 오프라인 은행의 전략까지 변화시키는 혁신적인 서비스이다. 하지만 모바일뱅킹서비스는 기대와는 오프라인 뱅킹을 대체할 수 있을 수준으로 사용범위가 확대 되지는 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 오프라인 뱅킹과는 다른 혁신적인 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 대상으로 고객들이 어떠한 요인에 영향을 받아 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 활용하는 지를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로 모바일뱅킹 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 동인으로 개인 사용자 측면에서의 개인-혁신 적합성과 긍정적 심리자본을, 그리고 객관적인 정보기술 서비스 특성으로써 모바일뱅킹의 서비스품질 요인을 각각 영향요인으로 연구모형에 포함시켜 향후 모바일뱅킹 서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 모바일뱅킹 사용자 195명의 데이터를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 실증적 분석을 한 결과, 사용자의 능력적합성 및 가치적합성, 그리고 긍정적 심리자본은 사용자의 향후 모바일뱅킹 사용의도 및 실제 사용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한 모바일뱅킹 목적(뱅킹업무와 온라인 주식거래)에 따라 긍정적 심리자본과 사용의도 간 관계가 달라질 수 있다는 조절효과 또한 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 이용하는 고객의 사용능력과 모바일뱅킹을 통해 추구하는 가치와 목적을 반영한 뱅킹서비스 개발에 주력할 필요가 있음을 제안한다.

노인을 위한 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스 (An Study on the Ubiquitous Homes Service for aged people)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce ubiquitous home services for the aged. In comparison with general ubiquitous homes, ubiquitous homes for the aged have two major characteristics. First, the service contents should be expanded and strengthened. Second, the services should be customized to each individuals. The primary objective of a ubiquitous home for the aged is health care. The three affordances for this objective are 1)prevention of sickness and reducing the speed of aging process, 2)technical assistance for disability, 3)recovering and enhancing the physical and cognitive function. For this purpose this paper analyses the characteristics of the aged and current ubiquitous technology and ubiquitous home service, thus providing an outline for ubiquitous services necessary for aged people.

  • This study has been aimed to analyze the following three points which are believed to be the most important in establishing efficient library networks. The writers have done the research into the literature and references concerning the networks of library, as they are considered crucial functions in cooperative administration between the libraries. The following are the findings from the survey: 1) The established networks in foreign countries have been compared with those of Korea, basing upon the data and present situations in both areas and the definition and agreed viewpoint of the networks are presented. 2) The relations between the existing Library system and Consortia were clarified in view of the current trend, thus showing the scope and integral aspects of them. 3) Finally, we have classified the types of network into four categories, such as search service network, customized service network, service center/network and state local networks, and made through analysis of the character, organization and management of each realm.

Dynamic Resource Allocation and Scheduling for Cloud-Based Virtual Content Delivery Networks

  • This paper proposes a novel framework for virtual content delivery networks (CDNs) based on cloud computing. The proposed framework aims to provide multimedia content delivery services customized for content providers by sharing virtual machines (VMs) in the Infrastructure-as-a-Service cloud, while fulfilling the service level agreement. Furthermore, it supports elastic virtual CDN services, which enables the capabilities of VMs to be scaled to encompass the dynamically changing resource demand of the aggregated virtual CDN services. For this, we provide the system architecture and relevant operations for the virtual CDNs and evaluate the performance based on a simulation.

  • GIS systems have gradually been utilized in life information as well as special businesses such as traffic, sight-seeing, tracking, and disaster services. Most GIS services focus on showing stored information on maps, not providing a service to register and modify their preferred information. In this paper, we present a new method which reduces DXF map data into Simple Geographic Information File format using format conversion algorithms. We also present the prototype implementation of a GIS search system based on ontologies to support associated information. Our contribution is to propose a new digital map format to provide a fast map loading service and individual customized information on the map service.
