A university needs to analyze and improve its curricula with the perspective of the consumer to develop a syllabus for the training of industry-demand customized human resources. Accordingly, this paper surveyed the demand of fire-related industry workers to evaluate the major fitness of the curriculum of fire risk prediction and assessment and carried out descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and one-way ANOVA based on the results. According to the analysis, fire-related industry workers reported that the curriculum of fire risk prediction and assessment is suitable for majors. In addition, they were greatly aware of the necessity of basic major and common major subjects among subjects of fire risk prediction and assessment. The results of this analysis will provide the basic data to improve the curriculum continuously in the future.

A recent rapid change in society drives the colleges and universities into the unlimited competition for satisfying users' demand. The introduction of customized educational system is one of the survival strategies of university that reflected this characteristic. The result of a research on the customized curriculum of the dental hygiene study shows that the managers of dental hospitals and clinics think that the dental assistance field is dental hygienist's major task. On the other hand, though the dental hygienists think that the oral health education is the main task, they just comply with the intention of managers of the dental hospitals and clinics in reality. Hence, the reinforcement of the practicum in the industry field is required to meet the demand from the industry. And there is also a need to offer an opportunity of self-realization through work life by allowing dental hygienists to have stable status within dental hospitals and clinics with enhanced education and training on preventive dental treatment and oral health.

The purpose of this study is conduct development and assessment of the on-site customized education program in college curriculum with utilizing Living Lab. The development process is conducted in Living Lab's mechanism ; idea expression, setting agenda, actual activities, and feedback. The developed early education program is constructed four subjects, sixteen sub themes, and fifty three activities. For the assessment of the program, the satisfaction survey was conducted to sixty eight teachers who work for early education institutes in Busan, S. Korea. In the result, more than 80% of respondents answered that the program was satisfying. The study is meaningful as a basic data to utilize Living Lab in various subjects and majors in college.

Still there is a quality mismatch between required manpower of game companies and supplied one from universities in Korean game industry. The demand-oriented workforce training project is being implemented by KOCCA(Korea Creative Content Agency) for reducing the gap. This paper is focused on the development of training course for students of the game programming department in K University. This paper derived a education training course customized to online game industry by surveying 35 companies to find their needs for recruiting. Additionally some advice is suggested for successful education training. This paper not only will contribute to verify the required competence of people force in game industry but also offer a guideline for designing curriculum for game programmer.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of KOICA learners and to suggest some points to be considered in the development of a Korean language curriculum for KOICA Scholarship Program participants. For this purpose, the researcher first constructed questionnaires for analyzing learner needs based on the primary characteristics of learners that can be observed in actual education sites, and conducted a questionnaire survey for 71 trainees from the 'Graduate School of International Studies'(GSIS) and the 'Graduate School of Public Administration'(GSPA) in Seoul National University. Based on the analysis of the results, the researcher proposed several points to consider in terms of objectives, contents of education, methods of teaching, distribution of class time, textbooks and etc. in the development of a Korean language curriculum for KOICA learners. The 'KOICA Scholarship Program' is expected to continue to be implemented in the future, and it is expected that the development of a customized curriculum and corresponding textbooks for KOICA learners will soon be provided by governmental agencies. The researcher hopes that the results of this study can serve as useful reference.

The purpose of this study is to develop indicators to establishing the education system, focusing the curriculum in each department of H University for quality management of the curriculum. The indicator was developed based on previous studies and cases studies of other universities, and the validation of them was confirmed by the Delphi survey method. The Delphi surveys were conducted by two times, and 16 and 15 people participated for the first and second survey, respectively. We derived the following major results through developing the indicator. First, in order to conduct an education inspection of major courses, , , , , and are required. Second, the checking factors should be evaluated based on the contents in each stage, and can be regarded as a core activity in the curriculum. Accordingly, the checking factors becomes the basis for the establishment of the indicator to establishing the education system, and the indicator can be an expression method that represents the basis data for determining the factors to be evaluated.

Teachers should be able to reorganize the curriculum according to the student level, reorganize textbooks freely, and distribute them to students. However, current paper-textbooks are difficult to modify or edit some contents and distribute them to students, also current digital textbooks are grouped into units, so the order or educational resources cannot be reconstructed. In addition, The digital textbooks are difficult to update external links or the latest resources, and to contain various multimedia materials or high-definition realistic content due to capacity limitations. Therefore, this study presented functions: teaching and learning and evaluation functions, resources search and sharing functions, learning records and analysis functions, screen showing and printing functions, so that teachers can provide customized learning by level to students using digital textbooks. Through the expert Delphi survey, detailed functions for each area were divided into teachers and students. We proposed expanding and developing digital textbooks to various subjects, and distributing various teaching and learning models using digital textbooks.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various universities' corporate field application education models are being presented. In particular, along with new teaching methods, various educational models for customized education of many companies are being studied, increasing their usability. Research on project-oriented teaching methods for competencies required in the field of business is the most developed field in recent years. In this study, we intend to propose a case-oriented curriculum model that applies the project-oriented teaching method to the requirements of these companies. In particular, we design an industry-oriented curriculum model through a companycustomized education model for blockchain and web developers, and suggest the direction of development focusing on examples of the operation process. The model through this case was designed and operated as a curriculum model suitable for the field through in-depth interviews with industries, etc.

In order to improve this, Korean universities should reorganize their curriculum such as job system research and job - based program development according to the demand of industry in order to improve their working ability due to the decrease of the school - age population and the youth unemployment rate. In this study, first, conceptualization of friendly education and definition of industry - university cooperation and analysis of cases related to friendly - educational cooperation between industry and academia, second, analysis of fusion healing majors in Healing Bio - I want to conduct research. Konkuk University Healing Bioresource College conducted a survey based on demand such as experts and industry for the development of industry - academic cooperation - friendly curriculum. As a result of this process, I developed a curriculum development committee to study the internal and external environment through the literature survey, focus group interviews, and Delphi research. The purpose of this study is to develop competitiveness curriculum reflecting competitiveness of human resource development in Korea, to develop competitiveness curriculum that reflects customized opinions of societal demand, to organize systematic curriculum to have practical ability, to strengthen the employment link through development of curriculum in accordance with the direction of human resources development, We will make contribution to build the system of operation from the center to the consumer center, evaluation of the practical ability through the curriculum and the feedback system.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a needs analysis among experts regarding the curriculum in the field of new and renewable energy for the future experts. To achieve this goal, purposive sampling was employed to select 30 experts from the reginal, industrial, academic, and research sectors in the new and renewable energy field, who participated in needs surveys and expert Delphi surveys. Needs assessments for 53 courses and suitability evaluations for 6 curriculums were conducted, and comprehensive advisory opinions were gathered. Data were analyzed using t-tests, Brich's needs assessment, the locus for focus model, and content analysis methods, with the assistance of MS Office Excel 2018 and SPSS 25.0 software. The key findings include: (a) 18 courses should be given top priority for operation, while 4 courses should be considered secondarily; (b) All 6 curriculums received positive evaluations; (c) Improvements are needed in curriculum development to cater to both generalist and specialist training needs, incorporating the acquisition of new technology and project-based learning experiences. The results of this study provide implications for the development of customized curriculums in the new and renewable energy industry.
