서울 소재 대학도서관 운영성과의 결정요인에 관한 실증연구 - 대출성과를 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Operating Performance of Academic Libraries in Seoul - Focused on Circulation Performance -)

  • 본 연구에서는 선행연구에 대한 분석을 통하여 우리나라 대학도서관의 운영성과를 결정짓는 주요 변수들을 파악하고, 각 변수들이 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증함으로써 대학도서관의 경쟁력 실태와 장기적인 고객만족도 제고를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 도서관 서비스 활동에 대한 성과측정치 가운데 하나로 볼 수 있는 도서관 대출성과와 특성요인들(면적, 직원수, 장서수, 예산) 간의 관계를 분석하고 있다. 2004년부터 2007년까지 한국도서관협회에서 발간하고 있는 한국도서관연감에 포함된 통계 자료에 기초하여 이러한 관계를 종합적으로 분석한 결과, 대학도서관이 보유하고 있는 장서수와 도서관의 예산 규모 및 도서관 고유의 공간 면적 등과 같은 요소가 대출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다(가설 1, 3 및 4 입증). 이와 같은 실증연구 결과는 대학도서관의 환경적 요소를 구성하는 도서관 면적이나 장서의 구입 및 개발 활동을 적극적으로 수행함으로써 대학당국을 만족시키고, 그러한 활동에 대한 투자(예산 지원)를 통하여 지속적인 도서관 활동(도서대출) 성과의 향상을 도모할 수 있을 것이다.

On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

럭셔리 패션브랜드의 아트 마케팅 성과 (Art Marketing Practice Result of Luxury Fashion Brands)

  • This study examines the concept and type of art marketing used by luxury fashion brands as well as to elucidate the productive outcome of art marketing based on art marketing case studies. The research methods adopted in this study were a literature review and case studies. The scope of the research focused on companies operating luxury fashion brands such as Louis Vuitton S.A., Kering Group, Prada S.p.A., $Herm{\grave{e}}s$ International S.A., Salvatore Ferragamo Group, Giorgio Armani S.p.A. and Compagnie $Financi{\grave{e}}re$ Richemont S.A.. The results showed that luxury brands using art marketing to enhance the competitiveness of the company by combining art and marketing mainly incorporate the following types of art marketing: art foundation and museum, art sponsorship, art collaboration, advertising campaign, exhibition promotion, and flagship stores. In terms of the outcome of art marking by luxury fashion brands, it was found that art marketing facilitates company activities help companies acquire a positive image from revitalizing culture and art, produces increased profits for the companies due to increased product sales as well as expands the marketability of respective companies through company PR and brand promotion, customer satisfaction by providing cultural space, artistic places and new experiences.

  • This paper identifies current status and key determinants of participation in multimedia UCC as a web2.0 paradigm. Significant factors composed of IT digital convergence environments and young generation's value, attitude to connecting to web (human relation, visual expressionism, arousal, et al). This paper analyze multimedia UCC service status & current status of participation level of UCC users. The research implemented to analysis customer click streaming data (inter-temporary page-view, unique user)of small-mid multimedia UCC Company and to 2nd data(ww.rankey.com) for page-view and unique user to participation tendency by age and sex about total participation amount of multimedia UCC. In case of young generation be familiar with new internet service, Internet web space meaning important information seeking media and 1 person media able to connect to new web network as prosumer. In UCC centered internet business, web based customers implemented the role of prosumer as generate web contents and consuming to net-working.

소셜 네트워크 사이트의 사용자 충성도에 관계혜택과 사회적 영향이 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Relational Benefits and Relationship Commitment on Customer Loyalty for Social network Sites)

  • Due to the development of social networks and smartphones, many different kinds of issues have emerged in business and society. By reflecting these trends, social network sites have appeared and they are recognized as the new concept of sites. The major feature of the social network sites is that the social relationship had been taken to the online space. Social network sites support the formation of a network and offer users the relationship between users offline as well as online. Based on the features mentioned above, users enjoy the benefits using social network sites. These social network sites in the enterprise can be used to form relationships with customers. This study identified the influencing factors as relational benefits and social influence on relationship commitment in social network sites. In addition, we analyzed that how the relationship commitment between users affects user loyalty after their using social network sites. We presented empirical results by utilizing structural equation model with 244 respondents and the significant implications for the academy and the practice with discussions.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 맞춤주택(아파트)에 있어 주거욕구충족을 위한 주택수요자의 요구사항을 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 진행은 국내 맞춤주택의 현 입주자와 잠재수요자들을 대상으로 설문조사론 실시, 이룰 분석하는 것으로 이루어졌다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 도출된 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다 : 1) 맞춤주택에 있어 수요자가 가장 많이 필요로 하는 사항은 공간과 마감재의 다양한 선택인 것으로 나타났다. 2) 마감재의 경우, 수요자들이 인하는 선택의 최소 폭은 $4\~6$가지 종류인 것으로 나타났다.

한국 근대백화점 실내공간의 표현 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Interior Characteristics of Modern Department Stores in Korea)

  • This paper has focused on comprehending the interior designs and characteristics of modern department stores in Korea by looking into the birth and changes of those built under the Japanese Forced Occupation Period. The first modem department stores including Mitsukoshi, Georgia and Hwashin Department Stores began to appear in Korea under the Japanese Colonial Rule. They considered a variety of architectural elements like construction planning, shop arrangement, path of customer movement and interior design. The interior of modem department stores aimed to pursue the so-called modernization movement, but failed to fully contain the unique characteristics of the times in that particular period. Modem department stores took on new western styles prevailed in Korea and were characterized by the eclecticism in which various architectural forms exist together. In other words, their interiors implied a sign of the times in the confusing and corrupt world then. Especially those modern department stores were designed, repaired and extended by foreign designers who were ignorant of the history of Korean architecture. What is worse, their further remodelling practices made big mistakes by considering only functional and economical aspects and giving a back seat to the architectural and historical value of existing modern department stores. Therefore, we should make more efforts to study and conserve the fundamentals of modem architectures like modem department stores in order to have better understanding of the aesthetic value of indoor space and facilitating smooth communication between past and present.

차내 환기구 형상변화에 대한 연구 (A Study ono the Type-Change of Automotive Register)

  • Nowadays since the automobile is regarded as the third living space, comfortable conditions are required in the passenger compartment. The customer's concern on air-conditioning/heating, ventilation and demisting/defrosting performances has been much increased. Both ventilation and demisting /defrosting performances are directly influenced by register location, shape of regist guide vane, ventilation flow rate, air distribution , and air circulation pattern. Diffuse plume of air from the register is desirable not only to maintain comfort when the comfort when the comfortable condition has been satisfied but to improve demisting /defrosting performance. In this study, experimental and numerical investigation about the flow field of six different register vane types were carried out , respectively. The numerical analysis, based upon the $textsc{k}$-$\varepsilon$ turbulence model , was applied to the air flow field. The results show that the shape of register guide vane should be considered as an important design paramter.

u-멀티플렉스 서비스의 한계와 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving Services of u-Multiplex)

  • Multiplex is a representative culture facility of citizens. Therefore, a lot of researches and investment on multiplex are carried out to improve benefits of service suppliers and users. Especially, focused on main services of a theatre such as ticket booking and issuing within multiplex, examination of tickets, admission information of movie screens and screening information inquiry, improvement activities are carried out. However, it is not enough to evaluate on what efficiency the above efforts have in the viewpoint of customer benefits and business. Therefore, this study analyzed value and limit of the newest service of multiplex applying the existing ubiquitous concept(u-multiplex service), and proposed a model and a plan for improving the existing services. The study interviewed with specialists in the related field and applied workshop-shape group interview to 110 university students and simulated service models. The contribution of the study is to analyze the value and limit of the existing multiplex service objectively, and to propose a new service model and plan to improve its limitation. In the future, the study plans to research on service models by extending space and functional roles of multiplex to the whole subsidiary facilities including movie screens.

Solving a New Multi-Period Multi-Objective Multi-Product Aggregate Production Planning Problem Using Fuzzy Goal Programming

  • This paper introduces a new multi-product multi-period multi-objective aggregate production planning problem. The proposed problem is modeled using multi-objective mixed-integer mathematical programming. Three objective functions, including minimizing total cost, maximizing customer services level, and maximizing the quality of end-product, are considered, simultaneously. Several constraints such as quantity of production, available time, work force levels, inventory levels, backordering levels, machine capacity, warehouse space and available budget are also considered. Some parameters of the proposed model are assumed to be qualitative and modeled using fuzzy sets. Then, a fuzzy goal programming approach is proposed to solve the model. The proposed approach is applied on a real-world industrial case study of a color and resin production company called Teiph-Saipa. The approach is coded using LINGO software. The efficacy and applicability of the proposed approach are illustrated in the case study. The results of proposed approach are compared with those of the existing experimental methods used in the company. The relative dominance of the proposed approach is revealed in comparison with the experimental method. Finally, a data dictionary, including the way of gathering data for running the model, is proposed in order to facilitate the re-implementation of the model for future development and case studies.
