  • Six Sigma advocates rigorous application of quality management tool. Using Six Sigma program provides a mechanism for service organization to achieve organization's goal and customer satisfaction. A model on Six sigma in service organization was developed and applied for the service organization. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. Conclusively, 6 sigma leadership is the important drivers to process management and customer relationship management. Process management and customer relationship management are significantly related to the job performance and customer satisfaction.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, and the moderating effect of gender. Based on the responses from 807 customers who encountered employees in telecommunication industry, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that all service quality factors have positive relationships with customer satisfaction. The results of moderating analysis showed that empathy and tangibility have positive interactive-effects on customer satisfaction with gender. With increasing of empathy and tangibility, female customers have been more satisfied than male customers.

호텔종사자의 내부마케팅과 고객만족의 관계에서 서비스품질의 매개효과 (The mediating effect of service quality between internal marketing and customer satisfaction)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and the mediating effect of service quality. Based on the responses from 163 hotel employees and 489 customers who encountered them, the results of hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all internal marketing factors have positive relationships with service quality, and service quality has positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Also, service quality has mediating effect between four internal marketing factors(education, compensation, delegation of authority, and internal communication) and customer satisfaction.

  • 기업에 있어 고객은 수입의 원천으로 기업의 발전을 위해서는 효과적인 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)가 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 고객의 요구를 파악하고 실제 고객이 필요로 하는 제품이나 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 그러나 점점 고객의 요구가 다양해지고 복합적인 형태를 갖게 되어 이를 파악하는 것이 어려워지고 있다. 최근 스마트 폰의 출현과 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 SNS의 발달로 실시간으로 다양한 고객의 목소리가 증가하고 있는 가운데 효율적인 CRM을 위해 이러한 빅 데이터를 이용 하는 것이 매우 효율적인 방법으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고객자체가 기업의 자산이며 서비스 산업의 대표라 할 수 있는 호텔기업의 CRM을 위해 빅 데이터를 활용하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 빅 데이터 서비스를 이용하는데 있어 보안에 대한 문제점을 논의하고 대책을 강구한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural causal relationships between service image, service satisfaction, affective commitment, and customer loyalty to customers who have experienced hospital medical services, and to identifies the mediating effect of relationship proneness in explaining the effects of service image, service satisfaction, and affectivel commitment on customer loyalty. For this study, 250 respondents were surveyed and data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. Statistical analysis tools, such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 were utilized for ensuring the validity and the reliability, whereas the SEM method was used for testing the research hypothesis. The results of study are as follows. Service image had significant influence on service satisfaction and emotional commitment. First, Service satisfaction was significant for emotional commitment and customer loyalty, and emotional commitment had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, the path relations between variables were all statistically significant. Second, there was differences the moderating effect of the relationship proneness in the effects of service satisfaction, service image and affective commitment on customer loyalty. In other words, the moderating effect of the relationship tendency was consistent with the research hypothesis and the adjustment effect was significant in the relationship between service satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, there was no control effect in relation to service image and customer loyalty and affective commitment and customer loyalty. Therefore, In order to secure long-term and stable profits by establishing a relationship with their customers, the medical service marketing strategies of hospitals should be promoted to enhance customer loyalty by raising the level of service satisfaction to high relationship proneness group and by raising the the level of affective commitment to low relationship proneness group.

  • 기업은 이윤창출을 위해 사회의 변화와 고객의 요구에 따라 진화되어왔다. 건설산업 역시 시대의 변화에 따라 진화되어오면서 고객에 대한 관계를 관리하게 되었다. 하지만 현재 건설산업에서의 고객관리는 홍보나 광고에 치중된 고객관리를 하고 있어 진정한 고객관리가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 진정한 고객관리를 위해서는 대상에 대한 관리뿐만 아니라 그 사이에서 형성되는 관계를 관리함으로써 고객의 자료를 정보화하고 이를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 고객관계관리를 위한 적극적이고 체계적인 경영전략인 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship Management)의 적용을 위한 건설산업에서의 고객의 정의, 기존 CRM경영전략과 차이점 그리고 지향해야 할 CRM경영전략과 역할에 대한 제안을 통하여 건설산업에서의 CRM적용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the marketing research area, service quality and customer satisfaction have been considered as ones of the most important marketing variables. However, there has been a lot of controversy over the direction of the casual relationship between the service quality and the customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationship between the service quality and the customer satisfaction. Granger's test of casuality method has been used to test the casuality relationship between two variables. In this paper, we applied the Granger's test of casuality method to KS-SQI and NCSI data of 17 business area which had been gathered annually. As the research result, we found that the customer satisfaction might cause the service quality in many service area.

  • Recent market environment shows a new relationship between customer and company. You can easily observe customers take initiatives to get involved in the marketing activities such as product development, pricing and distribution etc. Despite the fact there are a lot of marketing activities initiated by customers in the online travel market, customer participation has been given little attention in the academic literature. Our research is grounded in the well-known commitment-trust theory of relationship marketing, originally proposed by Morgan and Hunt(1994). According to the theory, trust is central to successful relationship marketing. This study explores the effect of trust on customer participation in the online travel market. Consequently, this study suggests some managerial implications for marketing strategies in response to customer initiative in the marketing activities on the online travel market.
