농촌지도인력이 인식한 농촌지도사업에 대한 고객의 요구 및 농촌지도기관의 업무수행수준 (The Needs of Customer to Agricultural Extension Service and the Performance Level of Public Agricultural Extension Organization)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the type of customer which is essential to agricultural extension service, specify their needs and identify the performance level of public agricultural extension organization by the needs of customer. To meet these purpose, we conducted a focus group interview and surveyed the agricultural extension workforce. The results of this study are as follows. First, we classify the customer of agricultural extension service as 9 types. Second, the needs by customer types are specified 12 types. Third, those who attached to Rural agricultural development administration and agricultural research and extension service organization in provinces recognize them selves as more performing organization than agricultural technology center in region, except one area.

지각된 의료서비스 품질이 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Medical Service Quality on Word-of-Mouth Intention)

  • Objectives : This study empirically verified the effects of service provided by medical service providers on customer satisfaction and favorable word-of-mouth intention. Moreover, it measured the mediation effects of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and favorable word-of-mouth intention and proposed implications in terms of marketing. Methods : The research hypothesis was verified with a structural equation, and the Sobel test was used to analyze of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and word-of-mouth intention. Results : From the hypothesis verification results, physical and human factors among the quality factors of medical service affected customer satisfaction.Additionally,customer satisfaction interacted as a factor influencing favorable word-of-mouth intention. Conclusions : Medical service providers should work to enhance the satisfaction of customers in terms of human and physical factors by providing quality medical service that is different from other providers and by improving the quality of medical service and the environment which could lead to effective word-of-mouth intention.

VOC와 외부채널간의 고객 피드백 차이 분석 (Analyzing Customer Feedback Differences between VOCs and External Channels)

  • VOCs have been used as the most definitive resource to reflect customer feedback when developing products and services. However, due to the development of the Internet and the emergence of SNS, VOC is no longer the only channel that represents customer opinions. There are also a number of studies showing that many customers express complaints through channels other than VOCs. In this paper, we analyze the difference between the official VOC data and the data collected through the external channel, and suggest ways to reflect the various opinions of customers. To do this, this study uses keyword analysis that can identify differences according to frequency through social network, modular analysis to distinguish topics according to centrality and similarity, and emotional analysis to confirm word polarity (positive and negative). The results of this study show that the opinions of the customers were different depending on channels such as VOCs and external channels. Therefore, the collected data through VOC as well as external channels should be used in order to reflect the opinions of customers. In particular, this paper confirms that the results of one channel may vary depending on the channel characteristics even for the same channel. This confirms that collecting voc only on certain channels may differ from what real customers require. Therefore, data collected through VOCs as well as external channels must be used to reflect various customer feedback.

Determinants of Hospital Nurse Burnout: The Moderating Role of Supervision

  • Health care has become a rapidly growing industry where the role of nurses as a group of emotional labor employees is central and prone to burnout. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of supervision in moderating burnout caused by the effect of work intensity, customer contact, and self-efficacy, where the moderating role of supervision on burnout with its various predictors is still unstable. This quantitative study was based on research samples collected through questionnaires from 131 hospital nurses spread over two different locations. The questionnaire asked about supervision, work intensity, customer contact, self-efficacy and burnout used a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicated that work intensity and self-efficacy had a significant effect on burnout, while customer contact had no significant effect on burnout. Supervision as a moderator only significantly moderates the effect of work intensity on burnout, while supervision is not significant as a moderating variable on the effect of customer contact and self-efficacy on burnout. This study can contribute to the development of theories about burnout and practically can be used as a reference by policy makers in enhancing the role of supervision for nurses in hospitals.

  • Nowadays data-based decision making is emerging as the center of the business environment paradigm, but many companies do not have data-driven decision-making systems. It has also been studied that using an expert's intuition in decision making can be more efficient in terms of speed and cost, compared to analytical decision making. The goal of this study is to analyze customer churn factors using a group of experts within a financial company from the viewpoint of decision-making efficiency. We applied a debit card 'A', product of the National Credit Union Federation of Korea. The churn factors of all the financial expert groups were examined. Also. the difference in each group (management support, card recruitment, customer service group) was analyzed. We expect that this study will be helpful in the practical aspects of managers whose environments is lack data-oriented infrastructure and culture.

Exploring CRM through Technology-enabled Experience in Virtual Environment: The Era of COVID-19

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the application of Augmented Reality (AR) technology to enhance interactivity and decision making via technology-enabled experience particularly, in the context of COVID-19. This study investigated effects of perceived utilitarian value, hedonic value, social value, and perceived risk on customer satisfaction with AR technology that are rarely examined in previous studies. Research design, data and methodology: Online survey data was used in the study. This study applied factor analysis and regression analysis to test the hypotheses and employed ANOVA and mediation effect analysis to explore additional findings. Results: The results suggested that customers' perceived usefulness, arousal, social preference, innovativeness, financial risk, and performance risk have statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The findings of the study provided managerial and policy implications to develop and advertise the introduction of AR technology with the emphasis on the practical and utilitarian benefits of the technology. The result of this study highlighted the importance of customer relationship management by providing advanced services to customers through AR technology. This study contributes to technology-enabled CRM literature by providing the empirical result to verify the assumption that AR technology can be an effective tool of firms' CRM strategy

공연예술 선택 특성과 서비스 품질이 사후 행동에 미치는 영향 -전주, 한국소리문화의전당 이벤트 체험을 중심으로- (Effects in Response to Nature of Selection on Performance Type and Quality of Service Affects to Post Behavior -Focusing on Jeon-ju, Sori Arts Center's Event Program-)

  • 경제성장과 국민들의 소득수준이 증가 및 여가시간의 증대와 삶의 질 향상에 대한 가치관의 변화로 공연예술은 더욱더 각광을 받고 있다. 공연 콘텐츠가 이루어지는 장소인 공연장은 전국 각지에서 다양한 형태로 설립되어 왔으며, 2015년 현재, 전국에 232개의 문예회관이 운영되어 지고 있다. 본 연구는 문예회관 이용객을 대상으로 공연예술에 대한 선택 특성을 파악하고 공연장의 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 연구와 실증적 분석을 통해 사후행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 공연예술 선택 특성은 지각된 가치와 만족도, 재방문 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국소리문화의전당의 서비스 품질의 조절 효과는 시설의 우수성과 직원의 친절도, 부가서비스는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 편의성과 부대시설은 미비한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 공연을 관람하는 관객들이 만족하기 위해 중요하게 생각하는 공연예술 선택 특성과 서비스 품질요인은 어떠한 관계가 있는지 확인함으로써 한국소리문화의전당의 경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 전략을 얻었다고 사료되며, 지역의 대표적인 공연장인 한국소리문화의전당에 대한 심층 분석과 연구는 수도권은 물론, 다른 지역의 공연장이나 문예회관의 운영에 좋은 사례와 연구 자료가 될 것이라 판단된다.

휘트니스센터의 실내 환경계획에 관한 연구 (Research on the Interior Circumstance Planning of a Fitness Center)

  • The factors to limit interior circumstance and the expression of the space start In the point how to provide the order in the interior space according to the intention of design. The controlling of the natural and artificial surroundings should be focused by synthesizing and analyzing the condition of circumstance, function, and emotion to provide the comfortable room to a customer in a fitness center. A fitness center aiming at the future requires various function according to it's role depending on the change of the social values. In addition, the fitness center reflecting the various regional culture according to the change of values requires the expansion of the cultural and life space. The characteristics of fitness space like this affects the mental effect of a customer with the color and quality of the materials suitable for the characteristics of grouping, continuity, symbolism, and generation as well as the unification in the total design and the simplicity of maintenance and management. The paper aims to extract factors related to the circumstance plan of the interior and to suggest it's application in the interior design. The design applicable to the circumstance plan of the interior will keep changing according to the social change and the change of the understanding along with the factors. The continuous research on the interior circumstance planning of a fitness center could be approach to develop in a systematic method and the paper will be expected to be a little step toward it.

보조생식술 센터에서 ISO 9001 : 2000 품질경영시스템의 도입 및 시행의 효용성 (Efficacy of ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Management System in Human Assisted Reproductive Technology Center)

  • 목 적: ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템은 국제적인 인중 기준에 의해 제품 및 서비스의 품질을 적절하게 판정하고 이를 향상시키기 위해 시행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 품질경영시스템을 보조생식술 센터에 성공적으로 도입하고 적용하는 과정에서 확인된 효용성에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 연구방법: 제일병원 아이소망센터는 2004년 1월부터 ISO 9001:2000 인증을 위한 활동을 시작하였으며, 고객만족도조사와 주기적인 내부심사와 사후심사를 실시하였다. 심사과정에서 확인된 부적합 사항에 대한 시정 및 예방 조치와 이에 따른 효과성을 검증하였으며, 고객불만사항에 대한 지속적인 관리와 개선을 위한 프로젝트를 진행하였다. 결 과: 본 센터는 초일류 불임센터로 성장하고 최적의 품질경영시스템을 확립하기 위한 품질방침을 설정하여, 2004년 6월에 한국품질재단 (Korean Foundation for Quality)으로부터 "체외수정 및 배아이식 시술에 관련된 연구"에 대하여 ISO 9001:2000 인증을 받았다. 이러한 품질방침을 실현하기 위해 품질경영시스템에 적합한 품질매뉴얼, 프로세스, 절차서, 지침서 등에 대한 문서화를 완료하였다. 삼 년 동안의 내부심사와 사후심사에서 각각 140건과 7건의 부적합이 확인되었으며, 이에 대한 시정조치를 실시하였다. 결 론: 본 센터에서는 ISO 품질경영시스템의 도입과 운영을 통해 고객만족도의 향상, 체계적인 문서화를 통해 업무의 투명화와 효율화가 가능하였다. 보조생식술 센터에서의 ISO 품질경영시스템은 보조생식술에 대한 국가적인 관리시스템을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 기본적인 기관별 경영시스템으로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

전자메일 기반의 고객관계관리(CRM) 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Electronic Mail-based Customer Relationship Management System)

  • This study designs and implements a new approach to the classification of e-mail requests from customer based on machine learning techniques. The work on building an electronic mall classifier can be cast into the framework of text classification, since an e-mail is a viewed as a document, and judgement of interest is viewed as a class level given to the e-mail document. It is also implemented an e-mall based automated response system that integrate with Call Center in a practical use.
