가상상점에서 고객 행위 연관성 분석을 위한 데이터 마이닝 기법 (A Data Mining Technique for Customer Behavior Association Analysis in Cyber Shopping Malls)

  • Using user monitoring techniques on web, marketing decision makers in cyber shopping malls can gather customer behavior data as well as sales transaction data and customer profiles. In this paper, we present a marketing rule extraction technique for customer behavior analysis in cyber shopping malls, The technique is an application of market basket analysis which is a representative data mining technique for extracting association rules. The market basket analysis technique is applied on a customer behavior log table, which provide association rules about web pages in a cyber shopping mall. The extracted association rules can be used for mall layout design, product packaging, web page link design, and product recommendation. A prototype cyber shopping mall with customer monitoring features and a customer behavior analysis algorithm is implemented using Java Web Server, Servlet, JDBC(Java Database Connectivity), and relational database on windows NT.

패션 제품 판매원의 감정 노동과 자기효능감 및 탈진감이 고객지향적 판매 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fashion Product Salesperson's Emotional Labor, Self-Efficacy and Burnout on Customer-Oriented Selling Behavior)

  • The purposes of this study were to extract the effects of emotional labor, self-efficacy and burnout on customer-oriented selling behavior of salesperson by literature review and to examine the effect variables on customer-oriented selling behavior empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 400 salespersons who were selling clothes, cosmetics, shoes, leather products and accessories in department stores located in Kwang-ju city during August 18-24, 2006. Data collected from 307 salespersons were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan-test, correlation, regression analysis and path analysis. The results were as follows: First, Salesperson's emotional labor was composed of two factors; emotional labor toward the customer and emotional labor toward the organization. Second, Salesperson's emotional labor had negative significant influence on customer-oriented selling behavior. Specifically, the emotional labor toward the organization negatively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior, but the emotional labor toward the customer positively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior. Third, Salesperson's emotional labor positively influenced on burnout. Specifically, emotional labor toward organization significantly influenced on burnout, but emotional labor toward customer did not influenced on burnout. Fourth, Salesperson's self-efficacy positively influenced on customer-oriented selling behavior. Fifth. Salesperson's self-efficacy negatively influenced on burnout. Finally, Salesperson's burnout negatively influenced on comer-oriented selling behavior. The direct effect of salesperson's self-efficacy on customer-oriented selling behavior was large than the indirect effect of salesperson's self-efficacy mediate burnout. But the indirect effect of salesperson's emotional labor mediate burnout was large than the direct effect of salesperson's emotional labor on customer- oriented selling behavior.

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on customer orientation to investigate the causal relationships among these variables. The questionnaires was administered to 121 fashion product employees of department stores in Gwang-ju city during February $10{\sim}15$, 2006. For analysis of data, frequency, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and path analysis were applied. The results indicated that job satisfaction of employees significantly influenced customer orientation(p<0.001) and organizational citizenship behavior(p<0.001). The organizational citizenship behavior of employees significantly influenced customer orientation(p<0.001). The job satisfaction had both direct and indirect effects on customer orientation mediated by organizational citizenship behavior.

The Influence of E-commerce Logistics Service Quality on Customer Engagement Behavior

  • Purpose: With the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics services, as an important part of e-commerce shopping, have gradually attracted people's attention. Customer engagement behavior is a new topic in marketing, and its connotation is still being explored. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between logistics service quality and customer engagement behavior. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed the method of online questionnaire survey, with Chinese e-commerce platform users as the survey objects, 248 valid survey sample data were collected, and the method of factor analysis and structural equation model analysis was used to verify the research hypothesis model constructed in this paper. Results: The four dimensions of e-commerce logistics service quality have different influences on customer satisfaction, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Convenience, assurance, and security have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction; Customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the three dimensions of customer engagement behavior: customer repeat purchase behavior, online word-of-mouth, and customer referrals. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the managers of e-commerce companies to improve customer engagement behavior by improving the logistics service quality.

Customer Behavior Pattern Discovery by Adaptive Clustering Based on Swarm Intelligence

  • Customer behavior pattern discovery is the fundament for conducting customer oriented services and the services management. But, the composition, need, interest and experience of customers may be continuously changing, thereof lead to the difficulty in refining a stable description of their consistent behavior pattern. This paper presented a new method for the behavior pattern discovery from a changing collection of customers. It was originally inspired from the swarm intelligence of ant colony. By the adaptive clustering, some typical behavior patterns which reflect the characteristics of related customer clusters can extracted dynamically and adaptively.

그린제품 품질과 그린소비 행위가 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Green Product Quality and Green Consumer Behavior on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 환경적 관점에서 제품 품질, 소비 행위, 고객만족, 그리고 고객충성도 간의 관련성과 영향을 탐색하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 18개 문항으로 구성된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 210명의 응답자 중에서 친환경제품을 이용해본 경험이 있는 167개의 자료를 회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 SPSS로 자료분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 그린제품 품질은 고객만족과 고객충성도에 유의적인 영향을 미치며, 그린소비 행위의 가격요인은 고객만족과 고객충성도 간의 영향을 조절시키는 것으로 나타났다. 실증분석의 결과는 그린제품 품질은 고객만족과 고객충성도에 기여함을 의미한다. 또한 그린소비 행위의 가격요인은 고객만족과 고객충성도 간의 영향을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose - A pre-study on service quality-based customer value is conducted with the path structure (perceived value of service quality→customer satisfaction→behavior intention) based on the hierarchical model of service quality including interaction and outcome quality, physical environment quality and the SERVQUAL model of process quality, namely, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. In addition, customer value in the service industry is studied by dividing into the two-way structure of utilitarian and emotional values. This study classifies customer values of family restaurants through the customer value model based on the 4×4 matrix needs system of Jeon and Kim (2009). It illustrates the path structure of customer value→customer satisfaction→behavior intention targeting college students in order to generalize the customer value system of family restaurants. Research design, data, and methodology - This study established seven hypotheses based on the relationship between each type of customer value (food quality, convenience, social, emotional, interior quality, service encounter, and purchasing) and customer satisfaction, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavior intention. The study data were collected from students in the Department of Business and Tourism at Kimpo University. In all, 294 survey papers were returned of the 300 distributed: 253 pieces were used in the final analysis excluding 41 with insufficient and less effective answers. For statistical analysis, the statistics software package SPSS 15.0 was used. Results - The results of the analysis are as follows: first, the customer values of family restaurants are classified by seven customer values: goods quality value, emotional value, convenience value, social value, purchasing value, service encounter value, and inner quality value. Second, emotional value, purchasing value, service encounter value, and inner quality value had positive impact on customer satisfaction. In particular, purchasing value through being included in functional value was not classified in the previous study; however, this study could classify and generalize this value in a new way. Finally, customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavior intention. This showed that college students had behavior intention - repurchase intention and word-of-mouth - because they could be content with the food items on the menu and the service provided by employees. Conclusions - The main points based on the above-mentioned results are as follows. This study with college students as study subjects could be classified into four dimensions, namely, generic value, usage value, purchasing value, and physical value and seven sub-dimensions on customer values of family restaurants based on a 4×4 matrix needs system. Then, to confirm its generalization, the path structure of customer value→customer satisfaction→behavior intention was verified. While existing pre-studies used simplified values by classifying restaurant values largely as utilitarian value and hedonic value, this study classified various forms of customer value, and that customer value especially could be expanded by adding purchasing value. As a result, it is shown that marketers need to diversify their customer services because this study proved that customer values can be classified in various ways based on customer needs.

축제참가자가 지각하는 사회교환관점과 고객시민행동 간의 관계 -보령머드축제를 중심으로- (Relationship among Social Exchange Point of View and Customer Citizenship behavior in the Festival Participants' Perception -Focused on the Boryeong Mud Festival-)

  • 본 연구는 관광산업의 대표인 지역축제 참가자를 대상으로 고객시민행동 요인과 사회교환관점 요인들 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 실증적으로 조사하여 지역축제의 활성화에 기여하고자 하는데 중요성이 있다. 사회교환관점의 요인으로는 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 공정성지각, 지각된 고객지원을 선택하였고 고객시민행동의 측정도구로는 고객애호도, 고객협조, 고객참여를 사용하였다. 본 연구를 수행함에 있어서 조사대상의 모집단은 보령머드축제 참가자 239명을 대상으로 진행하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC+ WIN 13.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 유의적으로 도출된 정준함수1에서 사회교환관점 활동인 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객지원, 공정성지각은 고객시민행동인 고객애호도, 고객참여도, 고객협조에 기여하는 상대적 설명력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 정준함수2에서는 사회교환관점 활동인 공정성지각, 고객지원은 고객시민행동인 고객참여도에 기여하는 상대적 설명력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 분석결과 연구가설의 사회교환관점 활동과 고객행동은 유의한 관계를 갖고 있다는 가설은 부분적으로 유의함을 할 수 있다. 결론적으로 고객시민행동의 구현은 서비스 상황에서 관광객의 지각에 달려 있다는 점을 제시하고 있다.

은행서비스 환경에서 라포형성행동이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 : 고객태도를 매개로 (The Effects of Rapport Building Behavior on Customer Loyalty in the Banking Service Environment : Through Customer Attitude)

  • 본 연구는 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 은행 주거래 고객을 대상으로 하여 은행 서비스 환경에서 라포형성행동이 고객태도를 매개로 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 유의 표집법을 적용하였으며 최종분석에 사용된 표본수는 201명이며 입력된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 은행서비스 환경에서 라포형성행동의 하위요인인 세심한 배려, 예의바름과 정보공유는 고객충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 유대형성은 고객충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 라포형성행동의 하위요인인 세심한 배려, 예의바름과 정보공유는 고객태도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 유대형성은 고객태도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객태도는 고객충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객태도는 라포형성행동과 고객충성도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 은행서비스 환경에서는 라포형성행동이 고객태도와 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이는 고객과 은행간의 라포형성행동이 고객태도를 변화시키고, 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 변화하는 은행서비스 환경에서도 고객과 은행간에 라포형성을 통해 고객충성도를 높이는 고객관리가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다.

외식 신상품 개발의 고객 참여와 효과에 관한 연구 (The Survey on the Effects of Food Hygiene and Customer Voluntary Behavior on the Development of New Products in Foodservice Industry)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the survey on the effects of food hygiene and customer voluntary behavior on product development. For this, we examined the demographic variables, relationship and distinctive influence. The study targeted 220 persons and employee who live in Seoul. The findings of this study are as follows. Firstly, we find that, as for food hygiene factors, there are significant relationships among customer satisfaction, cost reduction, customers' prior occupations, food hygiene safety. Secondly, we also find that there is a significant relationship between customer voluntary behavior and the survey. Thirdly, we find that, as for hygiene factors, there is a correlational significant relationship with customer voluntary behavior. Finally, the analysis shows that there is distinctive influence between the food hygiene and customer voluntary behavior. This study has academic significance in that it attempts to investigate the relationship between the factors influencing the development of new merchandise of the food industry.
