곡선 R.C라멘교의 해석적 고찰 (An Investigation on the Analysis of Curved Rahmen Bridge)

  • R.C. Rahmen bridges have been widely constructed in the location of interchange or narrow road crossing. In addition, skewed or curved rahmen bridges are mostly constructed in comparison with normal rahmen bridges for the purpose of maintaining the route of road or considering the beauty of bridge. However, due to the functional characteristics, rahmen bridges are sustained under the direct vehicle loads and the side directional earth pressure so that the stress concentration with respect to the geometrical eccentricity can be occurred if rahmen bridges are constructed in large amount of skew. In this investigation, the behavior of skewed rahmen bridges which is located in curved route has been analysed to investigate the additional effects on the change of stress concentration. As a result, it is judged that the stress of curved rahmen bridges is more concentrated than the stress of straight rahmen bridges in the region of obtuse angle. However, in the middle of slab, the curve does not affect on the stress concentration.

철도곡선부 속도향상을 위한 선형개량요소 결정 (Determination of Route alignment improvement parameter for Speed up in Railway curve sections)

  • 철도속도향상 계획은 미래에 있어 풍요로운 사회를 실현시키는데 중요한 역할을 담당하게 될 것이다. 열차 운행속도에 매우 큰 영향을 주는 선형 요소는 곡선구간으로서 이 구간에서는 열차의 주행성과 승객의 승차기분을 저해하는 요인을 줄이기 위해 완화곡선구간을 포함한 곡선부에 캔트 및 슬랙을 설치하게 되는데 이러한 값들은 열차의 종류가 다르기 때문에 균형적인 값을 사용하지 못하고 어느 정도 부족한 상태로서 유지되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 곡선반경별로 설정캔트량을 조사하여 부족캔트량에 대한 횡가속도를 산출하여 곡선부에서의 주행성을 검토하여 효과적인 곡선관리 방법을 제시하였으며 선형개량요소를 적용하여 속도향상 효과를 얻었다.

Continuous Location Tracking Algorithm for Moving Position Data

  • Moving objects are spatio-temporal data that change their location or shape continuously over time. Generally, if continuously moving objects are managed by a conventional database management system, the system cannot properly process the past and future location which is not stored in the database. Up to now, for the purpose of location tracking which is not stored, the linear interpolation to estimate the past location has been usually used. It is suitable for the moving objects on linear route, not curved route. In this paper, we propose a past location tracking algorithm for a moving object on curved routes, and also suggest a future location tracking algorithm using some past location information. We found that the proposed location tracking algorithm has higher accuracy than the linear interpolation function.

  • 곡선 구간에 복합 해저관로를 설치하기 위해서는 한 개의 관로를 설치하는데 필요한 설계 및 장치보다 더 많은 상황들을 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 두 개의 복합 해저관로를 설치하는데 필요한 각종 설치 설계 및 장치 설계를 비롯하여 개발된 특수 장치들을 소개한다. 두 개의 해저관로의 외경은 30 inch, 두께는 17.5 mm, 콘크리트 코팅은 70mm이고 3.007km의 노선 중 약 1km가 곡선 구간이다. 최대 수심은 34m이고 약 7.5m의 조수간만의 차를 갖고 있는 지역이다. 해저 곡선구간에는 18개의 해저 가이드 파일을 설치하여 곡선부에서 요구되는 반경을 확보하였다.

항해위험평가모델에 의한 연안역 항해의 안전 제고에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Coastal Navigation Safety by Navigational Risk Assessment Model)

  • The major cause of the marine accidents is the collision with a moving object such as ship as well as the fixed object such as breakwater. Therefore, the most effective way to reduce the maritime ship accidents is the prevention of collision. In order to decrease the collision, it is principle that the navigation officer promptly judges the dangerous condition and makes the quick response. The ship does not allow any object or other ships approaching its surrounded area called ship area so that it prevents the collision. Generally, the ship which has high speed or poor maneuvering capability shall be managed from the distance so that the other ship does not invade its ship domains(watching distance, blocking distance). Accordingly, this study sets the navigational risk assessment model by applying ship dynamic domain and collision judgement method considered ship length, speed and navigational capability. It also reviewed the validity of the model and evaluated the perilous water way (Maenggol Channel) and a curved route near Maenggol Channel. As a result, in case of a ship with 100m in length passing Maenggol Channel, it represented "warning" level before 1.5nm to the entry, "dangerous"level 0.75nm before to it and "very dangerous" level 0.5nm before to it and then "dangerous"level again up to the entry. Applying to the curved route also showed the same results as the Narrow Channel or Maenggol Channel. This analysis highly matched with the actual navigation results. In the future, this model will be useful for coastal navigation safety chart development and safety evaluation for route or port development. It also allows to evaluate the dangerous route or the best route by applying the result into ECDIS so that it will finally help to reduce the marine accidents. Eventually the model will be effective for the marine traffic simulation evaluation forced by Maritime Traffic Safety Act.

철도곡선부 개량에 따른 열차운행시간 단축효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Shortening Effect of Train Running Time as Railway curve sections improvement)

  • 교통기관으로서의 역할을 충분히 수행하기 위해서 철도속도향상을 통한 운행시간 단축은 인간의 생활양식 고급화 및 시간가치의 증대로 인해 절실히 요구되는 사항으로 부각되고 있다. 특히 열차운행속도에 매우 큰 영향을 주는 선형 요소는 곡선구간으로서, 우리나라의 경우 곡선구간이 많은 비율을 차지하고 있어 이 구간에서의 속도향상은 전체구간의 운행시간을 단축시킬 수 있기 때문에 우리나라의 선형에 대한 특성을 고려하여 곡선부 전체구간에 걸쳐서는 선형을 지배하고 있는 요소의 개량 및 부분적 개량방법으로 사용되는 완화곡선 연장기법을 각 단계에 걸쳐 주행안정성 및 승차감의 지표로서 이용하고 있는 횡가속도 값을 적용하여 속도향상를 통한 운행시간 단축효과를 얻었다. 이 결과 우리나라 선형조건상 곡선부 전구간을 개량하는 것이 운행시간을 단축하기 위해서는 완화곡선의 연장 방법 보다 효과적임을 나타내고 있다.

IPM기반 곡선 차선 검출기 하드웨어 구조 설계 및 구현 (Hardware Architecture Design and Implementation of IPM-based Curved Lane Detector)

  • 본 논문은 자율주행자동차가 곡선 주행 차로를 따라 주행 경로를 인지하고 경로 제어가 가능하도록 하기 위한 IPM 기반의 차선 검출기 구조에 대해 제안하고 RTL (Register Transfer Level) 기반의 회로 구현 결과에 대해 설명한다. 제안한 회로 구조는 곡률이 심한 차선에 대해 높은 정확도를 보장하기 위해 역투영 정합 영상을 Near/Far 영역으로 구분하여 허프 변환과 차선의 후보 영역 검출 연산을 적용한다. 자율주행자동차의 경우 다양한 알고리즘을 탑재해야 하므로 임베디드 시스템에서 차선 인식기의 시스템 자원 사용량을 줄이기 위해 차선 인식에 사용하는 영상 데이터 및 각종 파라미터 데이터에 대해 메모리 접근 회수를 최소화하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 회로는 Xilinx Zynq XC7Z020에서 LUT 16%, FF 5.9%, BRAM 29%의 FPGA 자원 점유율을 보였으며 100MHz 클럭에서 Full-HD ($1920{\times}1080$) 영상을 초당 42장 처리 가능한 성능을 갖고 약 96% 차선 인식률을 보인다.

도심형 자기부상열차 선로 종곡선 구간에서의 PSC-U 형 거더와 프리캐스트 바닥판 적용성 평가 (Applicability Evaluation of PSC-U Type Girder and Precast Deck to the Vertical Curves in Urban Maglev Train Route)

  • One of the characteristics of the Maglev Train is the prominent capability of upgoing. Maglev train with the aim of longitudinal slope 7/100 is under development by the Center for Urban Maglev Program in Korea. To realize these slope, vertical curves must be inserted before and after the slope. The inserted curve has the radius of 3,000m generally. The insertion of these vertical curve results in the additional differences between the girder upper face and the guide rail, and the alignments are controlled by cast in place concrete at present. In this study, for longitudinal curved route with longitudinal slope 6/100, the applicability of PSC-U type girder and precast deck was evaluated for the span length 25m, 30m and vertical curve radii with 3,000m and 1,500m with respect to longitudinal slope 6/100.

Anterior and Posterior Stabilization by One Stage Posterolateral Approach in the Unstable Fracture of Thoracolumbar and Lumbar Spine

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical results of anterior and posterior stabilization by one stage posterolateral approach for the unstable fracture of thoracolumbar and lumbar spine. Methods : By posterolateral approach with curved skin incision, unilateral facet and pedicle were removed. Through this route, corpectomy was performed, and then this space was replaced with mesh cage filled up with autologous bone graft. Both side pedicle screw fixation was followed to upper and lower levels. Results : Six of seven patients of this study showed neurological improvement. The other one patient showed no neurological change. One patient had postoperative infection, another patient had postoperative kyphosis. The other patient had epidural hematoma on operation site after surgery. And all patinets on this study made to have spinal stability except one patient happened postoperative kyphosis. Conclusion : In the unstable fracture of thoracolumbar and lumbar spine, one stage anterior and posterior stabilization and fusion by posterolateral approach seems to be an effective procedure, if we have more care and supplementation.

Kinetic Study on Aminolysis of 4-Nitrophenyl Isonicotinate in Acetonitrile: Effect of Amine Basicity on Reactivity and Reaction Mechanism

  • A kinetic study is reported on nucleophilic substitution reactions of 4-nitrophenyl isonicotinate (7) with a series of cyclic secondary amines in MeCN. The plots of $k_{obsd}$ vs. [amine] curve upward for the reactions with weakly basic amines (e.g., morpholine, 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine, and piperazine) but are linear for those with strongly basic amines (e.g., piperidine and 3-methylpiperidine). The curved plots for the reactions with the weakly basic amines are typical for reactions reported previously to proceed through uncatalyzed and catalyzed routes with two intermediates (e.g., a zwitterionic tetrahedral intermediate $T^{\pm}$ and its deprotonated form $T^-$). In contrast, the linear plots for the reactions with the strongly basic amines indicate that the catalytic route (i.e., the deprotonation process to yield $T^-$ from $T^{\pm}$ by a second amine molecule) is absent. The Br${\o}$nsted-type plots for $Kk_2$ and $Kk_3$ (i.e., the rate constants for the uncatalyzed and catalyzed routes, respectively) exhibit excellent linear correlations with ${\beta}_{nuc}$ = 0.99 and 0.69, respectively. The effect of amine basicity on the reaction mechanism is discussed in detail.
